Dragon Sneeze Silly Genji Dragon Sneeze Silly Genji Dragon Sneeze "My goal was to prevent Ifuuki from obtaining the sword." Sabu replied, "I have no plans for the sword. It's beyond me. It's beyond you. Leave it be, nothing good can come of it." "Don't you understand?" Yuna said, betraying the slightest hint of unrest. "This is the Ifuuki we're talking about. Preventing Ifuuki from getting the final piece is only a temporary solution. Ifuuki will hunt you down and kill you. She'll pry the hilt of the sword from your cold, stiff hands. Just like she did with the necklace! Just like how she killed Geku!" Yuna realized he was sweating. A quiver of panic trembled through his brain. "Enough of this!" He trust his hand towards the Kusanagi, only to have his left arm burn with an insane, incomprehensible pain. He yelled in agony and withdrew his hand. It was steaming, his glove hand burned off completely, revealing his forearm, his flesh was crimson with the burns, sizzling and peeling at a rapid rate. "Yuna!!" Sabu shouted and began to move forward but the straining whine of a wire made him freeze. It was caught on his ankle and though he tried to pull back, he breathed sharply in when it snapped. The wire pulled on another, that pulled on another, setting of a chain of events that eventually led to the snaging of 1 explosion tag. To the far left of Sabu, the ground exploded and almost instantly 3 other explosions erupted, one after the other. One of the explosions blew Yuna clean of his feet and his head hit a rock, promptly knocking him out. To make matters worse, the location of each explosion began to link through cracks in the eroded floorwork of the temple. The cracks grew bigger and eventually the whole floor gave way, and descended sluggishly. It fell upon the shore of the underground bay, not without a colossal tremor. The bay had eroded into a slant. What remained of the holding floor was set in motion once again, this time heading for the gargantuan bay of algae infested waters. The Kusanagi toppled of its pedestal and began to roll across the rough stone work, but trapped itself on a stone. Yuna, however didn't. He rolled across the floor and eventually and helplessly plunged into the water. Sabu was blown off his feet. Dirt and dust blew across his face nearly suffocating him before he got above the debris. The floor slanted and he did his best to stay upright when he saw Yuna fall into the water. With stones falling all around him and dirt filling the chamber from walls already flooded by the previous flood jumping in to save him would be suicide. But to Sabu, letting him die would be far worse. He dived into the cold water without a second thought. Yuna was still unconscious, however, the strangest phenomena occurred. His burned arm seared with chakra, and copper-like scales encompassed the whole burnt area and eventually peeled of, revealing his left arm as good as new.

Dragon Sneeze Silly Genji Dragon Sneeze Sabu huffed, "No one is beyond saving." He glanced over to Mai and when he saw she was relatively safe he scanned the room for the sword. He spotted it rolling down the slanted stone toward the water still encased in its protection. "We have to-URK!" Sabu was cut off when a rubbery arm wrapped around this throat. "Hello my friend! I was hoping you'd sssstill be alive sssso i could kill you!" a bruised and cut Muuga spat. "Get your filthy hands of him!" Yuna yelled, still a bit dazed and delirious. He held his left hand over the water, and initiated his Uzubaku technique. In an instant, the water was siphoned out of the bay into the palm of his hand, forming a rotating blob of semi-solid water, with all his might he thrust it towards Muuga's face. Muuga dodged the shaky attempt and ignored Yuna. He hissed in pain when Sabu stabbed him in the leg with a heated kunai. Sabu then flipped him over his head and dodged another huge rock. The room's stability was quickly crumbling. She saw the sword rolling down the slope to the water. "Yuna! Complete your mission! Get the sword and Mai and get out! NOW!" Sabu was then tackled by Muuga again. [[if this isn't ok just edit it or delete it eh?]] Rio had gone with Mai and Rin-Tao through their journey, he too realized that the adults fight was for the adults, he was far out of his league as well. When the ground collapsed he found a hand and foot hold as well, saving him from the fall. When Mai fell Rio hated himself for not catching her and was relieved to see Sabu act for him. As the battle started and he heard Sabu yell about the sword. He looked saw the Kusanagi, the whole reason they had risked this journey and why his father risked his life against Ifuuki. With a burst of strength Rio launched himself through the air at the sword. He was closer through the sword, be it straight up. He made a quick, single seal that sent a signaled to the billions of symbiotes in his body to begin mass producing and become more active for a short time, much like when they were in battle and move to heal him many times faster. He landed with a snap as he felt his thick leg bones fracture in many places and rolled forward. By the time he was on his feet again his bones were healde enough to run on. he made haste to the sword and grab it quickly. His body erupted in pain as he did, his hand melted down tot he muscle and the skin burnt away all the way to his elbow almost instantly. He let out a cry of pain and as he dropped the blade for a second before grabbing it again, his skin almost grown back by the time he did. His skin now growing back burning away, his body and the cursed blade battling. Rio gritted his teeth through the pain and did not let out a second cry. He spoke to the approaching Yuna. "My name is Ohmu Rio, a friend of those who wish to keep the Kusanagi from Ifuuki. My allies have come to take this cursed sword so that we might attempt to destroy it with the Tenken, the holy sword." "I must take the sword away from here as fast as I can and take it to the land of Vortexs, the resting place of the Tenken. My father, Kama Onryou occupies Ifuuki at this moment and the rest of Muramasa's Three have come to aid us. By the time the battle is over I must be far from here. My body can stand carrying this sword longer than most. Please save Mai and allow me to do this for you, beg you." It was quite obvious that Rio ment what he said.

Despite Sabu saving him... Despite the reapperance of Muuga, Yuna was only sure of one thing. It wasn't a thrilling idea, but it had to be done for the greater good. He turned around and grabbed his face, as if to say 'Damn it.' This was all part of being a ninja. He turned around a new person. Slowly but surely, he drew his blade up to point at Rio's neck. Chunks of rock fell violently, it seemed that the entire ground floor was collapsing in. "I'm afraid I can't let you do that, Ohmu- sama."

The trees below barely moved as the boy darted on.
"Sakurai..." He hissed, his eyes sweeping over the horizon, taking in the scenery.
A lake blossomed out of the trees below, drawing the boy down, intriguing him.
"It's been so long... since I have been free." He sighed, kneeling and studying his reflection.
"Things have changed." He smiled to himself, standing slowly and holding out a hand.
He clenched it and breathed heavily, his arm crackled.
"A lot of things have changed." He grinned, opening his hand and discharges thousands of volts of electricity into the water.
A school of dead fish floated to the top, bobbing morbidly along in the steaming water.
The boy closed his eyes and sighed, his mind went blank, taking him back to a few weeks ago.
He sighed, his eyes focused on the scroll in his hand, his mind absorbing everything written upon it.
"Let's give this a shot." He nodded, standing up and holding out a hand. His left hand formed seals and his right glowed slightly, then erupted a huge discharge of energy.
"Whoa..." He gasped, his hand burned from the amount of chakra he'd released.
"Oh, ********." He winced, shaking it tenderly.
"Raitei..." A voice whispered.
"Hm?" The boy grunted in acknowledgment.
"Karai..."
"Yes?" He nodded, looking up at the source of the voice.
"Muuga-sama!" Karai exclaimed, standing and hiding his singed arm.
"Sssssso, you got it?" Muuga smiled, his teeth glistening in the dim light.
"Yes, I've got it." Karai nodded.
"I have ssssssssomething for you, Raitei Karai." Muuga nodded, coaxing him closer.
"Yes?" Karai spoke, moving closer.
Muuga moved fast, his hand formed several seals and slammed into the boy's chest, hard.
"Eugh!" Karai groaned.
"Enjoy it." Muuga smiled, snapping his fingers and vanishing from the room.
Karai looked at his chest, a dark seal glowed gently above his left pectoral.
"What the ******** was that?" He hissed, falling back and touching the seal.
'I can give you power...' A voice whispered, so close, yet so far.
"Who's there?" Karai exclaimed, twisting to his feet and adopting a gouken stance.
'I am yours to command, Raitei Karai.'
"Then I command you to show yourself" Karai seethed.
'So be it...'

Karai looked at the lake, his eyes burnt with the fires of the past.
"Sakurai..." He hissed.
"I'm strong enough now..." He grinned.
"Strong enough to take you..."
"Strong enough to kill you..."
And with this Karai turned, heading for the last place he'd seen his closest friend.

Dragon Sneeze The ground below Tobasu's group shifted a bit and there was a rumble. Then without warning the ground gave way. Mai vanished into the ground as if she was swallowed, and Rin-Tao caught herself by an exposed root. Before Tobasu could reply he fell through the ground but managed to hang on to a root like Rin did. His mind was racing. Below him he heard voices. He didn't bother to get get up after he saw Sabu save Mai. He overheard what they were saying. Muuga was down there...so was a Ohmu. He had the sword now. Tobasu heard a hiss which was clearly coming from Muuga. Now it sounded like Sabu did not want the Ohmu to have the sword....well time to get into action then Tobasu dropped himself and equiped his wire claws. With one swift motion several wires were wrapped around a stalagmite. On his way down he shot out several wires towards the sword hoping to grab it on his way down. The only sounds he made so far was the sound of the wires. He was now going down in a straight line towards Muuga's head. Which he planned to give a pretty nasty kick if this worked out.

As Karai drew closer he felt something move, something deep within him, something so deep that he felt it had attached itself to his soul.
"Calm yourself." He muttered, the sealed god became more and more active as he moved.
Karai came to rest on a small tree branch, he touched the seal upon his chest and groaned as it burnt his flesh, searing him angrily.
"I said calm yourself." He commanded, yet still the seal burnt.
"Raiden... Yangouinkai!" Karai hissed, the seal flashed a shocking blue and spread across his body, slowly consuming him. He felt his chakra being diluted by the power of the thunder god, his entire body shook with electricity, its power surging through his veins.
"KAI" Karai gasped, pressing a pale finger to the seal. He focused his chakra to the point of his finger and willed the seal to close.
"I am in control here." Karai spat, forcing the sealed god back into a docile state.
"You will wait. Wait...until the time is ripe."
'Indeed.'
With that Karai moved on, his body ached, but his will dragged him on, pushing him towards the past.
"I will never rest..."

Just a Tobasu acted another entered the fray, Issui. He landed in front of Rio, standing guard against Yuna. Issui drew his sword and cut the wires that approached Rio's arm.
Issui stood ready to act, though he obviously was not in a hostile stance. "Why do you not wish for the Kusanagi to be destroyed?" He asked as he brought his sword back to point at Yuna. "As Rio said we are friends of all who seek to keep the blade from Ifuuki and/or destroy it. We are allies of the Kandichime, so why do you stop us from removing this retched object from this earth and the spirit of the demon it contains with it. If you attempt to harm my friend I will show you what a Ookawa can do near such a large body of water." Issui seemed more determined than most to see the sword's destruction through his tone. It seemed there was more history to feelings to the sword than he said.
Rio nodded in thanks to Issui, sweat was beading on his brow, his symbiotes were working overtime to keep up with effects of holding the Kusanagi. He began to take a few steps back, looking for a way to escape with the opportunity Issui had granted him.

His eyes shot a brilliant orange abruptly, and his pupils expanded into the Kaigokougan's natural emblem, only emphasizing the determination in his eyes. He cocked his kodachi back and gripped it with both hands. ((Lol, where the ******** is Yamazaki?))

"And once the blade is destroyed once and for all the point on whether she will kills us for it will be moot." Issui back away for a moment when Yuna activated his Kaigokougans. "Otatsu?" Issui said with a raised eyebrow before speaking to Rio. "Rio, throw the sword into the water." Rio began to protest but Issui cut him off, "Trust me Rio! This boy deserves more effort than I gave him credit for." With that Rio nodded and threw the cursed sword into the water, where it sank quickly, as did the wounds of Rio's arm, his skin would be regrown within the next few minutes. "So Otatsu, are you truly prepared to obtain the sword. For as you worry about Ifuuki killing us, you surely would be just as eay a target, if you cannot retrieve the sword from me underwater you have no chance of keeping it from Ifuuki. What do you plan to do with the sword that is more permanent than our solution?" Issui also shifted his position so his sword took a more offensive position, water beginning to seep off the ground and orbit around his blade. Issui looked determined to see the blade's fate lie in it's destruction.

Muuga lifted his hand and grabbed Tobasu's foot in a claw like grasp. He then slingshoted him into the ground. "SSStay out of thissss!" he spat. Sabu lifted himself off the ground. "Nice to see you Toba-san, you came at a bad time, but I can't say I don't appreciate the help."
