Conner had remained quiet, gauging the situation before planning anything. He glanced at the dumpster the boy had been touching, it was hissing and popping as it cooled down.
"I think the fire department's got this one under wraps." he said carefully, he really wasn't in the mood for a fight and today had started out so promisingly. "I reckon we should go see if we can help out over at big fire two, what about you two?" he asked his friends while keeping an eye on the kid infront of him.

Victoria did not respond immediately to Tabitha's comment. Clearly distracted by the burning trees on either side of them, she settled for a slow nod as the trio edged ever closer to the fire demon and the mall that it claimed at its protector. Throngs of hysterical and panicked mall goers flooded the streets and side walks, making the drive forward slow and difficult as well as a bit on the dumb side. Though she had absolutely no doubts in the abilities of herself and those of Rouge and Tabitha, judging by the ruthless level of control the pyromaniac over his fire demon, they were severely outmatched...
"Doing something would be a great idea," she said as she unbuckled her seat-belt. "But we need backup."
That said, Victoria, clearly having made her mind about this, hopped swiftly out of the convertible. Shoving her way through the crowd with some difficulty, she had made up her mind to do what any level headed teen would do in a crisis; Call home. Unfortunately, she did follow the trends of her age and gender and did not own a cell phone, but a luckily, a payphone was within sight and it would do just as nicely.
Upon reaching it, she had just shoved two quarters in and was mid-way through dialing the X-Mansion's home number when there was an sharp tap against her shoulder.
"What?," she snapped, rolling her eyes at the rudeness of whoever was behind her. "Can't you see I'm using the phone here?"
"Well," said the female voice calmly. "This is kinda urgent. I need your help saving the world from certain doom..."
"Yeah...and what do you think I'm trying to do...?"
"Hmm. You just don't get it do you? Here. Just come with me and I'll explain when we get there."
Just then, the unnamed female grabbed Victoria sharply by the wrist, and before she could break away or curse in alarm, with a blink of light, the pair disappeared completely from this dimension...

Kidd spun around in circles, board of standing in line and excited to get on the rides, play the games, and eat the candy. Her head was all dizzy when she noticed Darius stranding awkwardly with his hand out holding the wrist band. Kidd smiled and held out her wrist for him to clip it on. He did, and she smiled as she felt his fingers brush her cold skin. She blushed a slight pink, her complection didn't lend well to blushing or flushing. "Ok! Time to start the rides," Kidd yelled as she grabbed Darry's hand and trotted off into the park, she was so excited she didn't look where she was going and – SLAM – right into a stranger, knocking Kidd on her duff.

"Sound like a good idea." Kevin said. He looked at Conner and Mori and jumped into the back of the van. He knew that they might not get there quick enough, so as soon as he got into the van, he created WBen. The winged creature then flew out of the van and towards the fire. "Lets' go." Kevin said from inside the van. He looked on as he saw WBen fly off get a good look at the fire. WBen then saw that there was a man with the fire monster when he got right above the mall.
"Wait up." Tabitha said following Victoria as she jumped out of the car. As Tabitha went through the crowd however, she lost Victoria. She looked around and finally saw her at a payphone. But then some woman came up to her and they disappeared. She couldn't beleive her eyes. Tabitha then ran back to car, found Rogue, and said "Someone just telported away with Victoria. And I know the person wasn't Kurt."

"whoa are you ok?" he ask Kidd seeing the person only turned around to see who hit them and then left, apparently in a hurry. “be careful, you might bump into the ride" he said smirking trying to make her feel better considering her bad luck today with the car and now the bumping into people. "What ride do you want to hit first” he asked “or we could do the game but that might be better when we are going to leave. It’s kind of hard to hold a stuffed animal on a ride."

As soon as they'd seen the fire, Rogue had skidded the convertible to a halt. She'd nodded dumbly at the other's comments about stopping the pyro-maniac but couldn't quite get herself going. This guy was going to be tough, and Rogue was trying to figure out exactly how to get close to him. She noted Victoria and Tabby getting out of the car, and decided to pull into the parking spot just ahead, and follow. However, before she could finish parking and get out, Tabby ran up and said that Victoria had just been teleported off by someone other than Kurt.
"What!?!" she exclaimed. "That's not a good thing. But since we can't do anything about it right this sec, we may as well call the others, let them know what's going on and that we need backup to take out that flaming idiot up there," she said pointing to the roof. "I have my cell, but I think Scott keeps a communicator in the glove box, that'll be faster." She leaned over and opened the glove box, and rummaged inside it until she found what she was looking for. "Here we go," she said holding it up for Tabby to see. She proceeded to activate the device, and said, "Calling all X-men, this is Rogue, we have a situation at the Bayville Shopping Center. There is an unidentified mutant on the roof and he's shooting fire all over the place. Victoria's just been teleported off by someone other than Kurt, so in short, we need backup ASAP."

whats this!?, Albel thought as the flying creature went out overhead, So they are mutants, eh? ... and they are leaving, this is not interesting at all... I will have to change that .
As Albel was thinking this thought, he used his power to located a nice patch of what appeared to be granite below him as well as other rock formation that might be of use later. He grinned slightly as he brought it up shaping it as it gained speed. With a little more effort a stone lance formed and shot out of the ground right under the van. It missed what he was aiming at, the driving shaft, which would have left the van completely stationary. Instead it hit one of the back tires; destroying both the tire and the rim.

Kidd smirked at her klutziness and hopped to her feet. " what to start with a nice easy one like the Farris wheel first? Or go on the big bad ones strait away?" she said. She pale eyes darting all around the circus, then te settled on the most amazing thing she's ever seen. The Big Top. "Wait1 lets see when the next show is!" she grabbed Darry's hand and started to pull him away.

"Sssssoooooooooo many books." Sarah said looking about the spacious library. She had found it in her meanderings. She heard a rather odd noise from behind her and frowned glancing over her shoulder at a stranger. "Uuummm....howdy." She said wondering if the person was somehow related to the man she just left off at the Professer's office.
"Uuuhhh....hia....hoping for someone else but you'll do." She said slightly breathless. "Mind giving us a hand? It's really important."
Not knowing what she was getting herself into. "Sure, I was just....?!" She gave a start when the woman grabbed her and poof they were gone.

Pyro took fixed attention away from that of his fire demon only for an instant, which was just long enough for him to notice he had company. There was another male, roughly his age, standing within easy flaming distance on the rooftop. He was a fellow homo-superior, he reasoned immediately, seeing as he seemed to have come from no where, and judging by the boy's shared psychotic grin and cheery, non-threatening wave, John had to wonder whether he was here to join in on the madness....
"G'day mate," said John curiously, with a bit of a chuckle as his demon roared again, setting a few nearby cars ablaze. "Wot's yer bussiness up 'ere?" he asked, deciding to cut straight to the point... === Back at the X-Mansion...Professor Xavier was in his office, basking in the lonely quiet that came only with the first day of summer vacation when there was a swift knock on the door. A slight interruption by the new student, but it was a welcomed one, at least. "Come in, Johnathan," he said warmly.

Tobias couldn't help but jump in surprise when stone punched up from beneath the van, but then grinned as he recognized Igneous' handiwork. "So, thought you could run and hand me over to the mundies, huh?" After seeing a strange flying creature come out of the van, he had no doubt that at least one of the runts was a mutant. And given how goody-two-shoes they were acting, that meant they were with the traitors. "Sell out a cousin to people who hate us all? I have to tell you, that's not smart." A roiling heat haze began to form around his hands. "And here I'd heard you lot all go to some special school."

Conner had his hand on the driver door when the van lurched with the force of the blow from the stone projectile, he'd jumped away from the vehicle in case more came. He scanned the alley, trying to find the new attacker but there was no one he could see.
"Looks like we're stuck here people, I think back up might be in order." He walked around the van until he was in front of it and squared up to the one opponent he could see. "Whose selling out? I don't even know you mate but I'm seriously not in the mood to be toyed with." He glanced into the dark corners of the alley looking for a weapon or a place to fight from, use his abilities; there wasn't much.

Johnathan walked in with an odd sort of overly stressed causalness. He was nervous perhaps but it was just a wee bit more than that. "Dr. Xavior sir." He said with respect. He had originally been unsure of what Xavior's sirame should be but eventualy settled on Doctor because of all of his achievements. He thought for a second. "You know my name?"

"Oh big top yay" Dairus said starting to get in to the Kidd style mood. Just being here reminded him of the last time he was a circus, when we was a kid, and use to visit these things. Now that he was taller everything was smaler. "I wonder if there going to have the lions for some reason i always liked those."

Kevin felt the van move a little nad knew something happened. He instinctively created SBen and they both got out of the van. He then stood next to Conner with his near invulnerable and strong creatures. He then looked ate Conner. It was five against how many there were, and if they had to fight, they had an advantage in numbers.
Meanwhile,
WBen flew down to the roof and watched the two people he didn't recognize. Kevin had told him to stay and watch, and if anything happened to mentally contact him and try and help the best he could.
