Elnara grinned and opened the door. "Helen?" she called cheerfully. "I'd like you to meet someone ... are you busy at the moment?"
She was curious to know how Lore would react to seeing the very feminine looking boy ... doll ... but of course, she had no idea that in this world, Helen was a female name, so she of course expected no reaction at that.

Helen smiled with his back facing Elnara as he was working on some clothes, a dress specifically speaking, "Of course, come in. I'm always keeping myself busy, but since it is things I do myself they do not count."
The young doll child set his sewing things down.

Elnara smiled and nodded, then led Lore into the room a few steps. "Helen," she began, "this is Lore. Lore, my brother, Helen."
She hoped she wasn't taking him away from anything important. Then again, Helen did seem to lock himself in there far too often ... she hardly saw him anymore, except when he wanted to try out a new design and use her as a model.

Lore nearly did a double take, "Your brother?"
It wasn't so much that he was affected by first impressions of sight, seeing as Helen looked very feminine. Of course, Lore knew from expereince that the way one looked didn't affect gender, seeing as his assistants liked to muck around with that often enough.
No... it was the fact his name was Helen.

Elnara blinked and raised one eyebrow at Lore curiously. "Um ... yeah ..."
She paused. "I know he looks quite feminine, but ..."

Helen's smile reached his eyes were it gimmered in an almost mischevious manner. He looked Lore up and down, quite a handsome fellow, despite the long hair the man was handsome... not pretty, perhaps a bit on the beautiful side, or more so. Though those robes did nothing for the man, and the pale colours just washed him out.
"Yes, brother, despite name and appearace," he bowed in a jesting manner.

"Uh oh," Elnara grinned. "I know that look. He's planning something for you, Lore ..."
Somehow, she should have guessed, she thought. Helen planned some sort of something for pretty much everyone he looked upon.
Hmm. Maybe he would make something for her mother then ... though of course they would have to meet first.

"Planning something?" Lore was taken back by it, still trying to wrap his head around the fact someone gave a boy... who looked very much like a girl.. a girl's name.

"I assure you," Helen replied back, "That it is nothing bad."
Of course Lore was not Fluffy... and Fluffy was now adored by Feng which didn't count at all. Nope, it was a good thing, at least to Helen it was.

Elnara gave Lore's hand a quick squeeze. "It just means," she explained, half seriously, half amusedly, "that the next time you receive a gift of clothing, it will be colourful and not from me."
She couldn't help but giggle a bit.

"Oh...." Lore chuckled a bit sheepishly really not knowing what to make of that.
Was this something Helen always did?

"I am a maker of clothes," Helen explained to Lore trying to clear it up a bit, "I believe art should be worn, not hidden away in a building to collect dust."

"Personally, I agree," Elnara grinned, nodding at Helen. She turned to Lore again. "Helen made me all the clothes that I wear for formal occasions ... or when I feel like dressing up."
The kimono and the medieval style dresses especially.
But perhaps they should be continuing, Elnara thought. After all, it was already somewhat late in the day, and there were many more family members to meet.
"We've got to keep going, Helen, but I'll be back later, all right?" she grinned at him. She wouldn't mention her mother until she was there to meet him.

"Of course," Helen replied, "The day is almost ending anyhow, wouldn't want to keep you, oh... but to be warned, most people are out. Trisha especially since she's babysitting Salty and Jin," Helen told her.
And who knew where the others were at the moment.
