Balcerzak Let me look up the rules on how much grain I can ship you without it being against the rules. If you have any surplus other resources though, I think any sort of reasonable trade will pass the muster . . . Edit: Nevermind, I'm in the clear. I don't have enough merchants to send you enough to break the limits. Here comes 2000 wheat. I hope you have the space to store it. Won't dent my stores, man. If there's one thing I can handle, it's excess. Anything you want in return? I really don't have much, I'm spending it on a mix of grain fields and soldiers. But I'm gonna free up most of your men in about 14 hours, if that's any help.

Oh, and if you or anyone else have need of iron, I seem to have a chronic surplus of that, ever since I conquered that oasis. Once my merchants return I can fill them back up, if needed. Or build more.

You know, I think this counts as a clean hit. twisted Just like I thought. Not enough traps for everybody. Now for the two day walk back. Shame I didn't gain any resources from the hit itself. Oh well. Bally gets his men back. mrgreen

Theres a guy under (dot)S(dot) that's been building up a nasty little band of about 40-50 praetorians and well, this guy ive been sport raiding doesn't have any units so my hero isnt getting any experience sad (lots of resources though biggrin ), so I'm hoping to have a bit of a brawl with this guy and see what happens. ps- ******** 4000wheat requirements

... as wrong as it may sound, I just sent 10 phalanxes off to die in a pointless oasis raid. They're in my way and the upkeep is a pain at the moment. With my cache at level 10, any incoming raiders aren't gonna get anything ANYway. I want more Theutates Thunder. smile

Thunders are by far one of the best units in the game. Gauls have such an advantage compared to the others.

Arcadian Thunders are by far one of the best units in the game. Gauls have such an advantage compared to the others. Teutonic Knights are noticably better. Which is why they're my next investment. I'm considering that maybe, perhaps, at some point I could concievably think of almost starting to save for the production of some defensive unit. ...but not yet. rolleyes

Thunders are over twice as fast, for nearly the same amount of carrying.

Ah, I do love being a barbarian, and having access to the same diplomatic choices that I use within my own family. xd Punisher75 so why are you attacking me? And, of course, my response: Terianis, Businessman I am not attacking you, good sir, merely relieving you of that which is not yours to begin with. You see, some time ago you attacked my ally, by the name of Tagra Nar. Now, that in and of itself is no crime, but to do so and kill some of his men and take his resources is an offense I do not take kindly to, nor does the rest of the Holy Modist Empire. Because of this, I have decided to reprimand both you and your men on this matter by simply slaughtering them while they attempt in vain to protect that which is not theirs, and request from you a sum of 100 of each resource, Wood, Clay, Iron, and Wheat, to be sent to Tagra Nar of Argentum immediately, and once for the following three days. If this is not done, I assure you that such a price shall be exacted from you and your men in as true a fashion as possible...and as a teuton, I can assure you that will be quite brutal. Please, respond soon, that I may avoid sending my men out and forcing them to walk back across the same distance they have already covered. I am in close contact with Tagra Nar, and it would be a shame for you to lie to me, as well. Please understand, this is not in the least bit personal. Merely enjoyable.
