Seymour would probably try to talk Yuffie into becoming a summoner so he could become sin, but she'd refuse and dump him for having mental problems and god complexes. O.o Then he'd probably stalk and try to kill her for the rest of her life.......
What if the weapons were friendly and roamed the planet to spread joy and happiness?

Then Rufus would become a tree huger and would close down Midgar to promote the well being of the planet and Cloud would be out of a job. 0_o
What would happen if the planet just came and kicked everyone's butt in the beginning of the game instead of waiting until the end?
