Also, let it be noted that I beleive the sky ring should be kept and included in the new stadium.
The use of portals should be maybe limited to the areas and locales I gave out... just cause theres no need for 10,000 portals that lead from kansas to mars.
Working on more ideas...I'll put them in here as they come to me.
Again, want to put out my idea of pushing the merchants ring and residential area of the stadium out into the village.

You'd think that the only portals that are within the arena would be ones to other parts of the arena... specifically the ones that can't be reached by walking or would take too long. (Such as a portal near the north end and the south end that just helps people to traverse the building faster.)
You'd have a portal to each separate arena that isn't the main one, several portals to the infirmary spaced about in various locales, as well as as close as possible to the actual arena in case of an emergency (or so the medics can rush out with a stretcher and then go right back through)... and the security room would have one-way portals that connect to any other one, so that security personell could deploy quickly, but no other people could get into the security room. :shrug:

Possibly also a 'secondary entrance' portal from a Leviathan branch office in downtown Barton and Durem, so that patrons wouldn't have to drive eighty miles out of the city to get there...

I took a look over the classes. I was wondering which of them would most apply toward this kinda abilitied character I am thinking of for neko/froggy John doe.
Essentially, an alchemist with an offshoot of the various -kinesises.
He carries on him vials of various liquids that are used to perform spells. The spells differing depending upon the rune formed, from 'splattering' of the appropriate liquids, along with the appropriate preperation time. With spoken incantations being required for the spells of deadly force. The rune would follow him around for a few seconds before dissipating if the preparation is delayed (and not continued) due to X reason. Including within combat, unless the other person messes it up by doing thngs like stepping into it and have the liquidend up all over coat etc.
No vials = no magic ammo = can't use spells. These vials would have atleast some sort of affiliation with the element or substance they are drawing from. Like maybe Volcanic ash, for lava/magma.
