Yeah, he's Wolverine, but at one point in the comics the X-Men were thought to be dead (insert really long story here), and instead of following the rest of his team he went back to Madripoor under the alias Patch to kinda play "cop" there and help out his few friends and such. He rarely, rarely uses his claws. Only when absolutely necessary, and only when no one will see them (that falls apart later on), cause he doesn't want to give away that the X-Men are still alive. ------
And all you knew how to do was destroy it.
