His eyesight got better and he could see that he wasn't an angel, "What are...you doing?" he said stopping to take deep breaths, "Leave me...they'll kill you. No more lives...No one will die because of me...again..."

"Hmph, I am much harder to kill than you give me credit for then." *He responds lightly, still focusing on the barrier. Entirely releasing his magic and aura, which quickly filled the area of the forest with a feeling of deep biting cold, Li'ad empowered a counterspell at the barrier to try to get rid of it, synchronizing the magic of his spell to match what he believed he needed to get rid of the light barrier.*

The barrier started doing electricity sounds as its color changed. It got more intense and suddenly started fading until it completely disipated with Li'ad's magic. Asphiel didn't care for what he was doing and tried to grab the rope and tried lossening it a little. The tight rope wasn't helping him with the pain.

*Smiling a bit that he was able to dispell the barrer, Li'ad moved up to Asphiel and bent down to remove the bindngs. Drawing some water out of the ground, he made a knife come up to cut the binds and release the bound angel.* "Might I ask what it was that brought you into these confines before I completely set you free." *He asks, still standing over him, confident that he would be able to entrap him in ice if he had somehow misjudged the situation.*

"Or, I could take you with me." *He says with a smirk. Kaen was a kitsune, and he liked her. This angel didnt deserve imprisonment, he knew that to be true. Instead he reached down to pull him up.* "Come on. Even if you dont want to go back to the Inn can take you somewhere else where you will be safe."

He shook his head and didn't make any movements to help Li'ad or himself. "I won't be safe until they kill me...not..." he couldn't finish, his mind went blank again.

"Well then, I guess you are coming with me. Wouldnt want to bring danger to the others in the Inn if I can help it." *He says to himself as Asphiel goes blank andhe hefts him up onto his shoulders. Won't Aitrus be surprised to see what he was bringing when they meet up.*

*After meeting up with Aitrus, Li'ad decided it would be best to keep Asphiel hidden in Aitrus' home, so they headed back there instead of sparring as they had originally planned. Once inside, Aitrus took Asphiel into one of the empty rooms on the floor below ground and Li'ad set to casting an anti-detection field around the whole of the estate to protect against scrying for his location. It wasnt a school of magic he was extremely skilled at, but he was capable of it nonetheless, as all dragons of his kind were.*
*While Li'ad was establishing his field, Aitrus tended to any injuries and wounds Asphiel had, cleaning and bandaging them tightly, then leaving him on the bed in the room to rest.*
((When he wakes up he is in a mostly undecorated room. Out of that room is a long hallway with several different doors leading to various different rooms, including a mildly large wine cellar. At one end there is a stairway that leads up to the main hall in the front of the house, and that room has all of Aitrus' swords set up in decoration either on the walls or on stands. There are somewhere aroud 200 swords in there.))

The general was with his troops where Asphiel should've been. The angels hair moved with just the smallest blow of the wing, long and light brown; his eyes were bright green that like most angels it seemed to glow. he looked at his troops, "We got a fugitive. if there are any demon villages in our territory then pummel them down. We'll find him." The angels saluted by putting a hand on their chest and moved out into a light gate in formation. The general didn't move but looked at the ropes and used his energy, delicate and moving like a snake, covered the area to see if Asphiel left a trace behind.

*The shadows of the tree where Asphiel was tied shot at the general before the feeling of a dark aura even permeated through that area as Torret threw a quick onslought of shadow blades at the angel to catch him off guard. Around the general 13 forms began to take shape from the shadows of other trees, now with Torret's dark energy fully released into the area.*

He felt the blades coming and made a shield around him and pushing the blades back, but some passed before he could make the shield, just cutting his uniform. He saw as the forms started forming around him and waited for the attack to finish to lower the shield slightly, "What do you want? I'm not here to play games with beasts like you."

"Games?" *The deep, resonating voice asked and started laughing, seemingly from all 13 beasts at once, yet none of their mouths moved.* "Dear general, I will devour your soul."
*With the last words, each of the 13 beasts launched forward in a tandem attack of claws, some swinging high, others middle, some low, with the remaining not able to attack moving into possitions around the general to keep him from having enough mobility to properly counter.*

The General stomped the ground with his left foot and two walls came out of the ground, pushing the beast in the middle up and stopping the path of the ones attacking low. He stretched his hand and from small light gates in the palm of his hand his two silver swords appeared. He slashed them above his head and a light beamed stroke two but one managed to get close enough to scratch the armor in his shoulder and open a deep one in his arm, but he terminated the monster by stricking the monster in the neck, decapitating him instantly. He crouched down waiting for the next attack.

*Each swing of the Generals swords seemed to make contact with the beast he swung at, as none of them were really trying to dodge. When the blade struck they traveled clean through, as if the material of the body were only a dark cloud that reformed back into its shape quickly after being cut through. With each stroke through one of the beasts, a small amount of black stuck to the blades though, slowly creating a dark film across their surface. The 13 beasts still continued their attack in tandem action, as if controled by one mind, attempting to change their angle of clawed attacks to behind the general and above to get past his walls.*
