As Brayden saw the huge blast heading towards them, he yelled to Abarai to try to endure the blast the best he could, knowing quite well from Blackthorn its destructive power. As the blast hit his Trapinch, Brayden couldn't help but let out a cry as he saw his partner enveloped in the ensuing explosion. It took a moment for the smoke to clear, but Brayden soon saw that somehow Abarai had managed to survive the blast, albeit barely. The small Trapinch struggled to get to its feet.

 raikou again followed suit with a Thunder, striking the metal with a deafening thunderbolt.
