 Gardenia has accepted Chloe's challenge! Lv. 20 Hp 160 Tackle- 20 Growth- 5 Leech Seed- 5 Restores 3 Hp per turn (up to five) Magical Leaf- 40 Lv. 21 Hp 180 Tackle- 20 Absorb- 20 (gain 10 hp) Razor Leaf- 30 Bite- 35 Lv. 25 Hp 200 Weather Ball- 40 (changes w/ weather) Poison Sting- 10 Mega Drain- 30 (restores 15) Magical Leaf- 40 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Gardenia sent out Cherrim first, as Chloe chose Kaze. One Flare Blitz from the Charizard, and the Cherrim was toast. ((Super Effective, -200 from Cherrim, Cherrim has fainted!)) Next Gardenia sent out her Turtwig, and that round ended in very much the same. Chloe requested a Flare Blitz from Kaze, and the Turtwig was gone as well. ((Super Effective, -200 from Tutwig, Turtwig has fainted!)) Calling out her last Pokemon, Gardenia resorted to Roserade. This one was a bit stronger, however, it was still enough to use one Flare Blitz, and the grass type was defeated as well. ((Super Effective, -200 from Roserade, Roserade has fainted!)) Gardenia recalled her last Pokemon in a bit of a state of shock, handing over her badge and a TM to Chloe, who accepted them a bit guiltily.

"Well, at least the next leader will be a bit harder," Chloe murmured, recalling Kaze and sending Aki back out for company.
"Looks like we've got to head to Veilstone. That should be easy enough. Kaze should remember the way, after all, that was when we had the fight against Dialga. If he doesn't remember that, I'd question his sanity," Chloe laughed. "We'll just Fly."
She decided to recall Aki once again, as she summoned Kaze. The Charizard took off soon after Chloe explained her request, and soon enough the two were speeding towards Veilstone.
