Nick jumped and turned to see Aaron. "Well I tried knocking and I didn't want to wait outside forever." He said as he looked around the mansion. "I'm Nick..and I was hoping to see Professor Xavier." He added.

"I think the professor is in his office. I'm not sure though." He nodded for Nick to follow him then led the new boy down the hall towards the door to Xavier's study. "This is it." Aaron said glancing over at Nick before knocking on the door. "Professor, there's someone here to see you." He called out.

Nick twisted the door handle to find it was locked. "He must be doing something." He sighed and shook his head and sat down near the door. "I will just wait here for him...don't have anything else better to do.." He said. "Thank you for showing me his office."

Macoy tapped the ice, "um... this should be simple then. since there's no dangour of freezing to death, i can simply melt the ice over a heat sorce." he wadled to his cabnet and pulled out three larg bunsin burners. He used he larg hands and arms to lift Kidd up onto two chairs and suspended her over the burners. "Now, we simply wait. the drain here should prevent anyflooding. If you run into any troubles i'll be just down the hall in my study. You may stay here with her if you'd like." He nodded and took some papper and a book and left darius with kidd, her ice slowly dripped off the dome.

((I can't access the Xavier mule...so work with me on this...))
Charles Xavier. He was a teacher, founder, world's strongest telepath but most notably, he was a mentor. A mentor to his friends, enemies, the world and more often then not, his students. From time to time, they came to him for advice or guidance and no matter how trivial, petty or personal the affairs were, he took the time to listen to what they had to say. It was part of his life's goals to be a mentor to others, and he took pleasure in fulfilling it.
"Professor, there's someone here to see you."
The telepathic genius turned away from his copy of The Once and Future King and smiled as the sound of one of his newer recruits, Aaron he remembered, informing him that he had a visitor. Carefully noting which page he was reading, Xavier closed his old book and carefully moved his wheelchair from the ideal reading spot near the open balcony window of his office, to a more refined one behind his great oak desk.
"Come in, Nick," said Xavier, "my door is hardly ever locked, it just happens to stick on occasion."

Not waiting for the teachers reply and not really caring, as long as the teen was in school what did it matter what class Valerie went too she walking politely into the classroom aware that there was a dripping trail of water behind her, slapping her tanned forehead Valerie cursed in Japanese feeling slightly embarresed by Mizu's bad temper that day!
Looking around for a seat Elemental sighed still wondering why she was in school. after finding a vacent table she dropped her bag to the floor not caring about her little Element friend and sat down pulling up her baby blue leg warmers soon after.
Mizu from inside the bag objected to being thrown down and muttered abuse to himself folding his little handless arms, deciding not to stay with his master that day. Exiting the bag he made a beeline for the window turning himself to a flowing liquid as he moved along the floor hoping Valerie wouldnt notice. She had done but had vaste grew tired of constantly chasing the little creature around knowing he'd come back eventually!

Then she realized what'd happend her powers had gone insacne and now she was frozen in her own ice. she forced her eyes open a bit. It was so bright she could barly stand it, but she new if she closed her eyes that she might not be able to open then again. when her eyes ajusted she could see shapes, she didn't recognize any of them. it looked like she was under water it was so odd.

{More story postness!}
Once they had the chance, Rogue and Raze made a beeline for the infirmary back at the mansion. With what had happened earlier, speaking with McCoy seemed like a very good idea. When the arrived ath the infirmary, they also found Kidd lying on one of the tables, encased in solid ice. Dairus was nearby, keeping an eye on her.
"Doctor McCoy?" Raze said, tapping the furry blue man on the shoulder. "Hmm? What can I do for you, children?"
"Well, you see, it's rather difficult to explain," Raze said.
McCoy looked at Raze, then at Rogue, then back to Raze. "Ah. One of those things. Come over here, we can talk in private," Beast said, motioning to the two of them. "One of- Oh. No, no. That's not what I meant," Raze said, following behind.
"You see, something really weird happened at school. I was in class, when I felt two bumps on my back. So I went the bathroom to see what was wrong, and then the two bumps starting hurting. I geuss I passed out from the pain, because I don't remember much until Rogue showed up. I think she saw what happened while I was unconcious," he explained.
"Ah didn't see much. Ah heard him scream, so Ah ran in to see what happened," Rogue started. "But when Ah got there, there were these big flamin' wings comin' out of his back. They disappeared when Ah got close, and then he woke up," she said.
"That's one of the things that happened, but probably not the strangest. Before we had a chance to get back to our respective classes, someone came down the hall. They would have thought we were causing trouble, so I tried to think of something. It probably wasnt the best idea at the time, but it was the only one that made sense," Raze said.
"You're rambling, m'boy. Continue your story," Beast said, adjusting his glasses.
"Well, I kinda.... I just..."
"He kissed me."
"Umm... Yeah."
"Do you have any idea how dangerous that was? I hope getting your energy drained has taught you a lesson," McCoy said sternly.
"You see, that's the problem. Nothing happened," Raze replied.
For one of the first times in Hank McCoy's entire career as a doctor, he was completely speechless.

Nick had jumped a bit when he heard Xavier's voice. He stood up and walked into the room with the professor. "I bet being able to read minds is a plus isn't it?" He said with a smirk as he poofed around the room a few times to let Xavier know one of the two abilities he had.
"I was hoping I could enroll here. I will spare you details about my life..to keep it short lets just say I'm a run away whose parents died."
He shrugged his shoulders as he took a seat and looked around the room seeing different books.

Her eyes shot open and she sat up quickly, unsure of her where-a-bouts. Zion shook her head quickly and then looked around seeing that she was still in the brotherhoods home. Daylight streamed through the window meaning she must of crashed on the couch after coming back home. Swinging her legs off the couch she sighed. The events of the last twenty-four hours played in her head. "The bloody hell was I thinking." She asked herself, her head in her hands as she gazed at the floor.
After twenty minutes of debating with herself over certian details she got up and went to the kitchen to forage for food. Getting eggs, bread, and a frying pan she started cooking something her mother had taught her to make long ago. Something some american's called 'moon over miami'. Egg cooked in the middle of a peice of toasted bread, sometimes with some sort of seasoning. She set to making her breakfast.

"Raze, Rogue, follow me. I want to run a few tests. This is highly unusual," McCoy said, leading the two of them over to two vacant tables in the back of the infirmary.
"This is the second time that you've collapsed without any prior symptoms," Hank said, rummaging through the various cupboards and drawers and pulling out different objects. "First, we'll start with the basics," he said, taking both of their temperatures. "Rogue, you're temperature seemse normal," he said, examining the first one.
"And your temp is normal as well, for you anyways."
"What's that mean?" Raze said.
"Normally, the body temp for a human is about 36 to 37 degrees centigrade. Your internal temperature is roughly 45 degrees."
"What? Shouldn't a person normally be dead or dying by the time their body gets that hot?"
"In a regular person, yes. But in your case, it's your base temperature. It's simply a side effect of your powers for your body to run hotter," Hank explained.
"Okay, so what's next?" Rogue asked, cocking an eyebrow.
"I'll take your blood pressure, that sort of thing, but I'll also need to take a blood sample for testing. Is that alright with both of you?"
"Go ahead, doc. Whatever you need. I think we both want to find out what's going on here," Raze said.
"Raze is right. Ah want to get to the bottom o' this," Rogue agreed.
"I'll also need to keep you two overnight for observation."
"Whatever it takes, doc," Raze said, laying back on the table. McCoy fetched a pair of plastic gloves, and two sterile syringes to take the samples. Within a few minutes, he had all he needed, and left the two alone while he analyzed the blood samples. He would have the results in the morning, so the two young mutants would be waiting in the infirmary for a while.
Raze turned to Rogue, who was laying on the table next to his. "Uh, about before..." he started. "You know, you're the first person Ah've ever kissed who didn't end up unconscious or in a coma," Rogue said. Raze was silent. With all the time they hung out together, this had never actually come up. "You knew what might happen, so, why'd you kiss me?" she asked, looking him in the eye. "I- It just- I don't really know. It seemed like the right thing to do at the time," Raze replied, thinking hard about it. Why had he kissed her rather than follow one of the dozens of other options available? "I just... I like you," he said, finally. Now it was Rogue's turn to be silent. Did he just say what Ah thought he said? she thought.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said anything," Raze apologized, blushing slightly. "No, it's not that. Ah've just... That last person who said that ended up in a coma," she replied. "Ah- Ah like you too," she said.
A large grin spread across Raze's features. "If this isn't just a one time thing, do you think... Do you want to, you know... Go somewhere together?" "Mr. Mihrosa, are you askin' me out?" "Yeah, I geuss I am." "Well, Ah'd be honored." The grin stayed plastered on Raze's face through the rest of the evening, and though to the next morning.

Kidd winced as Darius's jolt went through her. ouch! she thought. she tried to wiggle a little bit to show him she was a wake, so he wouldn't do that again. she closed her eyes and tried to to absorb the ice back into her system. but it wasn't working. this is wired, if i made this ice.. why can't I make it go away? she tried blasting it apart with more ice, but it only made it strong on her skin. this is going to take for ever to melt then her eyes darted toward Darius. Wait! if he could send a huge jolt of electricity through this, it would explode. but how can I tell him? she looked around, and focussed on the floor in front of Darius, after a moment, thin winding frost streaks spelled out Electrocute the dome.
