I am going to co-own Clara with Teh_Sil.
*Teh_Sil will have RP rights. Infinities may use her in mock RP, and occasional formal RP (With Sil's permission, and she will be notified of those RP's). It is also -asked- though not required, that Sil alert me when she is in a guild RP so I may add the transcript to my teepee for stats, or that she transcript it for me and PM it.
*Should a three basket breeding occur, we will both discuss (along with the father's owner) where that basket will go. We will also work together to find a home for a basket should a third breeding occur.
*Infinities will get a basket from the first breeding to do with it as she chooses.
*Teh_Sil will get a basket in a second breeding.

I'll add Clara once Sirenz decides whats going on k guys? its awful they took 2.7 mil off her for botted gold...*shakes head* this botted gold thing is getting out of hand and innocent peple are paying for it *fears for her own account*

Co-ownership agreement for Elarinya
Owners
Iris_Virus
Bob Dobbs
Rights
Iris
has total right of RP and of breeding of Elarinya.
Has the right to display Elarinya's image in signature and in posts.
Bob Dobbs
Has the right to display Elarinya's image in his signature and in posts
Has the right to claim one basket from each breeding.
Bob also has the right not to take a basket if he doesn't want to.
Bob must post that he does or does not wish to take a basket to invoke the above.
If there is no post it is to be assumed Bob does not know a breeding was posted.
Additional
If Iris wishes to co-own a basket Bob has chosen from a breeding and Bob has agreed, a new Co-ownership agreement will be made. Otherwise Bob would be the sole owner.
In the event of unforseeable events of Iris not being able to sign on for an extended period of time such as one month or longer. Bob will temporarily RP Elarinya until such a time where Iris is able to resume her right.
Edit - Final, Iris has seen this.

I am going to Co-own Vodka with Justin21103 http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h22/Moooomoo/Vodkatagnoname.jpgAt the moment, I am continuing to have foal RP rights, and he is aware that I am in the process of deciding about when he grows, if I would like to give away RP rights to him. Since he is a foal, I will wait to make basket RP rights, just because I am still deciding if I will hand RP rights over fully. So I just wanted to post that Vodka now has a co-owner ^_^ Justin is allowed to put him in his sig as well <3

I give Meeki permission to act on my behalf while I'm absent from Gaia. She can make any decisions relating to that of a co-owner and can be seen as the active co-owner in the case of Atrocity or Calamity during this absence. When I am active on Gaia, the ownership will revert back to me.

I am giving co-ownership of my Soquili Riannel to Saede.
~ Saede has all rights to RP her as she sees fit.
~ Saede has the choice of mates and breeding partners, though I would like to be informed of each as they occur, just so that I can keep track of what is going on with the Soquili.
~ I will recieve one basket from either her first or her second breeding, to be determined at the time of the breedings. All other baskets from all other breedings are Saede's to do with as she sees fit.
I believe that's it. Yay!
