Rosie was initially going to grab a book and throw it at the were, but decided to slash at the beast with her pocket knife. The body from the other room... The boy who had just graduated... All of it swam in her head and fueled the stupid decision.
Unlike Autumn, the claw that got her was much more percise. It ripped down her forearm, making her gasp in anguish as she stumbled back. Blood oozed from the wound. Rosie retreated immediately, away from the table and to safety. Carefully she untied the bandana from her hair, the bloodflow temporarily slowing as her arm was over her heart. With the bandana off, she wrapped it tightly around her arm and tied. There. That would do for the time being.

And there it was. Shun raised his gun at the pinned down were, though he had to quickly lower it once more as Autumn rushed right in to punch him in the face, getting in his way.
"Oi!" he barked at her. What the hell was she thinking? Cursing under his breath he moved in to try and pull Autumn back. Engaging these things in melee combat was not a good idea. While he was there, he felt the creature's claws catch against his side. Ballistics armor was not meant to protect him against claws. It was still a little bit of padding, though. Grunting, he turned and kicked the table into the were.
"Stand the ******** down," he hissed between his teeth towards the rogue. It was likely a futile attempt.

Chel had opened her mouth to say <******** you to the group and head downstairs on her own, but the sound was drowned out by a crash in the next room.
When she saw the were and everyone jump on it, her eyes went wide. It clearly wasn't a creature to be trusted (rabid, killer, bloodthirsty-) but ...
It was pinned under a table, bloody and thrashing. It looked more animal than human in that moment, and Chel felt her chest contract. Conflicted. She didn't want to hurt it.
She went to the table and began an attempt to move it off the pinned creature. In do so, she may have twisted a little bit the wrong way, injuring the creature in the process. She could see people fighting above her, and she made no move to stop them, but neither did she believe it was right to beat the s**t out of a trapped creature without first making an attempt of peace.
Chel thought with her heart, not her head.
"Hol' on you guys- he might- ah ********- he might be- ********'- he might be alright!" They wouldn't know unless they tried.

“Hey…HEY! We don’t know if they were bitten after they were pinned!” He yelled, in part alarm and part because people were already getting hurt.
“Pin them! Help me! Help me use the table to pin them! Maybe we can get them to calm down without killing them!”

Maeve was 100% done.
"Move!" she snapped at anyone daring to get in her way. Right now wasn't the time for ******** heart-to-heart sessions. This rogue was trying to kill them. "We can talk all we want once no one's trying to kill other people."
With that she stormed past the others and grabbed one of the arms, slamming it back against the wall. The claws flashed wickedly, but Maeve had dealt with angry animals before.
She wasn't afraid of a little sting.

Shun glared as he saw Chel trying to remove the table from the creature. If he thought that Autumn was already brash for charging the still-very-dangerous were...
"Chel, what the hell are you doing? Are you trying to get us all killed? Keep it pinned down."

Seeing the dyed-hair boy (what was his name again?) push against the table startled her and caused her to lift her hands from it, stepping away from the thrashing creature as well.
"It's hurt!" she yelled over the chaos, but she clearly didn't know where to put herself in the situation. She just sort of backed up and got out of everyone's way.

"And it will hurt US if we can't talk it down first, It's...not...thinking right now." If you think otherwise, find a way to Prove it's calm enough not to hurt MORE people without risking every other life -here."

"Yes, and it is clearly in a frenzied state. Let him loose and he will not be the only one wounded," he sternly stated. Well it was already a little late for that, anyway, with a few of them getting swiped at.
"Subdue if possible."
If that didn't work, then...well. Shun would see what needed to be done from there.

"What do I do?" she asked the others, feeling at a loss. It was already pinned by the table and two other people.
Shockingly, she was not used to dealing with this kind of situation. She was in fact a puny little human.

"Y-you. Chel," Autumn said quietly, backtracking and looking to the girl she hadn't talked to. She took a shaky step forward, not enough to be in her bubble.
"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. You're... this is new for you, isn't it?" She asked quietly, her look pitiful and sad. "This. This town. It does this to people. It's not my first rodeo."
Autumn laughed sadly and shook her head.
"This... this guy. He's not in control of himself. I shouldn't have hit him, that was pretty ********. But. This is how this town gets you. It gives you an enemy and tears you apart. The best we can do for him... is to wear him down and get him tied up. Otherwise, we'll be that kid we saw. Back there."
She sighed.
"But I'm sorry. Again. I'm sorry."

Zac sighed, and then nodded. "What she said... Autumn are you ok? How bad is that?" "Melina! D...do you think you could help take care of some of the injuries? Just temporary bandages."

Shun tilted his head at Autumn. That didn't make a whole lot of sense to him.
"The town does this? Explain yourself."
He definitely did not encounter anything like this prior, being relatively new to Ashdown. While he waited for that answer, he looked back to Chel.
"Maybe find some other things we can use to prop against the table to help keep him pinned."

"Tell you what. When there's not the possibility of getting mauled, I'll catch you up on what's going on. The point of the issue is... don't blame this kid. Or any of them. My anger aside, it's not their fault." Autumn said, looking cautiously over to the were.
All she could think was Thank god it wasn't Lucas.
