Sailor Remus, Senshi of Regolith

"Because," said Remus, as though this were a matter-of-fact sort of thing. "You're right here, and you're the senshi of lemons. I don't know what everyone else is unless I ask and that would take too much effort."

He grinned up at him and gave a low whistle. "Dude, that's impressive. What language is that? Can you swear in it?"

He probably would have gone on in a similar fashion, had not the figure on the hill begin to move, began to speak. Remus' gaze flickered towards it, wide eyed and curious, and perhaps he should have felt a little bit of fear, but none came. Instead he just felt a growing sense of interest and anticipation.

"Woah," he whispered, half to himself, half to the lemon dude. "Talk about a creeper."

Perdita looked confused when the figure backed away. She didn't think she appeared to be particularly threatening. She didn't pose much danger when she was still just a Chibi Senshi. Shouldn't he be able to sense that in her power level? Could he sense power levels? She assumed so, given that it seemed to be an ability possessed by all powered individuals, and given that he had an aura himself...

He was an oddity and that fascinated her. She wanted to know where he'd come from, what he wanted from them, why his aura felt so different, what he meant when he said “your world is so different from what I remembered.” Why did things seem so different to him? What had he been expecting the Earth to be like?

“What do you remember?” she asked.

Everyone else seemed to be answering his questions, so she saw no reason to do that.

She spotted Oberon immediately and sensed something different about him. He didn't feel like a Chibi Senshi anymore. Perdita frowned at that. How had that happened? What had he done to reach his full potential as a Super Senshi? How had he become a Super Senshi in the first place when she was still stuck at her most basic level?

She had so many questions, but voicing them all would be overwhelming when there were already so many voices in the crowd.

Celsus Knight of Chronos

He was starting to feel overwhelmed, the amount of people pressing in making Celsus' pulse rise to unsteady levels, and he cast a look around at them all, his chest tightening with each breath. It felt like trying to get air into his lungs through sawdust, and his hand fell away from the cat's head and against his side.

Swallowing hard, ignoring the way that he could feel the reigning sense of inadequacy twisting his stomach, the dizziness that made sweat bead on his brow, Celsus redirected his gaze upwards, to the figure - was it a man? - on the hill.

He could not make his feet move forward, but moving backwards was not an option either. Celsus closed his eyes briefly, then opened them again, fingers shaking as he curled them against his palm.

"Shouldn't you tell us about yourself first, before you ask us such things?" he asked the figure, heart in his throat, his voice coming out a little hoarse. "It seems - unfair - that you wish us to trust you and tell you all with such limited knowledge presented to us of your own self."

Camelot watched the interactions, keeping himself quiet for now. There were others taking the lead in the questioning, and he was content to listen to both their questions, their methods, as well as this strangers answers. He was not immediately inclined to trust anything that was happening, as jaded as he was from his experiences in this city so far, but he was always ready to listen.

And step in, should a need arise.

Hadaya stood by his feet, looking up and around at all the unfamiliar and familiar faces as best he could. Life was hard for a small kitty, made smaller by unfairly short legs. He wanted Camelot to pick him up so he could see better, but he didn't think the Royal Knight was really in the mood for it. He had his pensive face on, so Hadaya was going to have to find a different source of height from the gathered crowd.

Sinistra was not sure what she was walking in to when she arrived, but it was... confusing at best. Some weird strange guy, and a ton of White Moon people gathered around it. She had never seen so many people! Oh, god. There was a reason for that. She never went to parties because she was horribly anxious in social settings. Now that she was here, she wanted nothing more than to find a corner to hide in, so she could maybe figure out what the hell was going on and learn something, but not do anything embarrassing or stupid to draw attention to herself. it was high school all over again.

Chibi Cygnus had his arms over his chest as he watched the weirdo talking to all the other less weird... o's. He was just a kid, and acted like it, refusing to understand any of the bigger picture regarding his super powers. As far as he was concerned, he didn't serve anyone! He saved lives! That one time, mostly on accident!

(Just tossing a couple folks in, if anyone wants to talk to them. Trying to catch up and figure out what's going on, and not sure where to toss them.)

Super Sailor Thrymr of the Southern Lights

On Mont Blonc's other side, Thrymr slid his hand gently into the squire's, giving it a reassuring squeeze. Aegir had returned, and Methone was there, with Rhea - whom Thrymr gave a little wave, eyes crinkling with pleasure at the very sight of her.

His team was here, even with Scholomance standing a short distance away with Thraen, whom Thrymr recognized from his patrol with Aegir. Thrymr felt a welling sense of relief and safety course through him, because even if they weren't exactly in the most ideal situation, they were all together, and it was good to know that the people he cared for the most were with him.

And there was another knight, as well - unfamiliar, but distinctly Saturn as he came over, and Thrymr blinked at him. He didn't, however, get a chance to respond, his attention drawn back to the young man whom he'd called over and the dark haired senshi he'd been talking to before.

Thrymr crouched down beside them, his hand still grasping Mont Blonc's, his other arm resting over his knees.

"You two are new, aren't you?" he asked kindly, smiling at them both. "Don't worry, I - "

But the figure on the hill was speaking, and Thrymr glanced over at it, his chest tightening. He cast a wary look at his team, and then back at the two he was speaking with, offering what he hoped was at least a somewhat reassuring smile.

Arthur

He turned on the shoulder of Castor to look at the smaller senshi and his hair, glancing at both before looking back at the chibi again. "Fur color doesn't mean anything. I've seen plenty of mothers have kids with black, orange, and tabby colors when she was white." He informed him before curling about Castor's neck and placing his paws atop the man's head.

"Everyone seems against this guy. What did he do?" He asked Castor, looking past the man's bangs to look at him. "Shouldn't we get closer? It's hard to hear from back here."

Gevaudan, Knight of Ganymede

Gevaudan looked over and offered the briefest of smiles to Ganymede and Valhalla before looking up at the stranger who spoke. No one knew him, however he did offer power.

"I don't think we should make a enemy right out of the gate of someone who claims to be powerful. Not until we know we CAN make them an alley. If we ******** up, we could make him a unnecessary enemy. If he's powerful enough to get us all here, then don't we want to keep him in our good graces?" He told them, wiping his eyes off once more before looking up ahead.

He didn't speak up until another knight spoke up about the Negaverse.
"The Negaverse is NOT the enemy. The y are knights who are working to protect the Earth as anyone else is. They are only being offered power to do that from a source that is using them for their own means. If you want to point fingers, at least direct it to Metallia instead of the Negaverse as a whole." He said, glaring at the officer.

Chibi Oort

Oort had thought that everyone who was going to arrive was going to arrive, but it seemed that perhaps he had been wrong as more and more people continued to turn up.

He continued to do his best to keep to the outskirts, because there had already been way more people than he was really comfortable with and the additional arrivals weren't helping.

He did do his best to listen though, even if he reckoned that there really wasn't much point in him trying to say anything since there were plenty of people speaking to the cloaked stranger.

A quiet 'excuse me' from relatively near to his chosen spot had him turning his head in time to catch a kid with flowers in her hair wandering past and for a long moment he hesitated before calling out in her direction "Hey do you want to come over here?"

Oort was already second guessing himself for doing so, but it wasn't as if he could take back the words... And 'sides it was kind of boring on his own - although that didn't mean that he wanted to get any closer to the rest of the crowd.

And there was always the chance that maybe the girl didn't or wouldn't bother to come over in which case he could always pretend that he hadn't meant to speak to her or something.

Sailor Lacrimosa

Eyes once more turning to scan the crowd, more and more Senshi and Knights were showing up, Lacrimosa couldn't help but wonder if, maybe, Sinistra had shown up. There would be no surprise if her anxious friend had opted to try and ignore the sensation. But if she was here...

Brown widened a little at the familiar sight of the witchy senshi, she'd caught a glimpse of her by chance, and her heart swelled in pride just a little bit. She'd actually come! But she looked so scared, maybe more then Inari had been. Frowning a moment, she cast a glance to the cloaked figure before making her mind up.

She needed her girls near by. Yes she had been giving answers and talking to the figure who could be a risk but she wasn't doing so with out qualms. She knew the likelihood of this going bad was more then fifty percent. Which is why she wanted them with her. Easier to protect them.

"Sinistra!" she called, waving her free hand to try and get her attention. She might not like being close to the figure but at least she'd be near some one she knew.

Metis, Super Senshi of the Third Eye

"With all due respect," Metis retorted to the cloaked stranger, "but you are not in a position to decide what information is irrelevant and which is important." To each comment about how hostile some of them were being, Metis wanted to fire back at those so willing to fork over information they clearly had not learned from past encounters. Past events. Past battles. But then. It occurred to her most were likely too new to properly remember some of the--now old and either vanished into the unknown, dead, or even considered allies by some after trials--less savory occurrences of new arrivals showing up with propositions.

"You ask us for information, yet you give none of your own to even begin the exchange. How can we possibly be assured your goals aline with ours?" Her free arm moved, gesturing to those whom have already spoken up--either in favor, or against the man. "We have already given you a base line to structure your answers accordingly to. How can we now possibly be assured the responses you now give us are your true intentions, and not simply responses structured to receive the best response for your goals?"

Metis... was not someone whom usually spoke up like this. She'd left that all up to Iris. Letting her grip tighten a little more on Houshi's arm--as much for her own reassurance as she was trying to pass along to the Page--before she added, "You speak of placing a great deal of trust in us, and that we could be allies. If this is true, then I will put aside my doubts and aid however I can... but please understand you have not presented a strong case yet for us to trust you... except through blind faith." The last words, she said with a heavy dose of sarcasm, fully aware of what she was saying, thanks.

"In the name of good faith, I can at least introduce myself. I am Sailor Metis of the Third Eye." Others had asked questions for him to fill in the blanks. Metis just wanted answers first from his side--he still had yet to state why he was on Earth. Clearly he'd been there before. Where had he been since? When had he last been here? If the man expected a history lesson, he at least had to give them a point to start from.

Cassiopeia, Senshi of Wonder

Cassiopeia giggled and nodded her head to Adria. "Nope, not crazy! And yeah, I woke up a little while after we met... I wasn't sure where to find you to tell you." She blinked a little as he shuffled away a bit, and gave a little smile and thumbs up to his own smile. It was probably better to save it all for another time as it was. Though she hoped he could see from behind the Super Senshi of Unicorns.

The moment her eyes landed on the fluffy tail, she'd grinned. Oh this night was so good! As Pyewacket rubbed against her leg, she crouched down to pet him. "Hello, Pye~" His question made her shrug a little, grin fading slightly into a furrowed frown. "None... felt an energy that was like the one I felt a few nights ago... came to see." Before she forgot herself, she motioned to Adria and Lysithea. "These are Adria and Lysithea, not sure if you've had the pleasure yet."

The new senshi went silent as the strange man began to speak, her attention moving to him. Everyone kept speaking left and right. Good, bad, objections, welcomes. Unsure, she looked to those around her. Was it rude to... not speak up?

Clearing her throat, she stood up a bit to address the strange man. "What was your old home, and what was it like? If you could give us a frame of reference, we could at least try to fill you in on what you've missed... I'm Cassiopeia, Senshi of Wonder, by the way!" As to... goals, leaders... she had no idea. Heck, she was still kinda lost on that herself.

This meeting was turning out to be.... fascinating to listen to though, from a social experiment point of view...

Sailor Etamin of Hieroglyphics

Etamin had stepped out before, and no one but the Cloaked Stranger had even noticed.

Now listening to the Cloaked Figure, he understood many people's misgivings, but he also realized something else that the
Quote:
Cloaked Figure
was saying, that his own analytical mind was putting something together.

Etamin spoke up. "There is point that he brings up. Chaos has leadership, we do not. This could be a tactical problem. I also notice that most of our number is here at this time; a event that may not chance to happen again for who knows when. Even most of our Royal Senshi are here. I don't for one minute suggest that we come up with one full government, but perhaps a loose configuration - like perhaps, a council of the Royal Senshi, or whatever, but this chance may not come again." He
fell silent.

Sailor Cadmus, Chibi Senshi of Cranberries

Cadmus blinked at the new figure to join his and Fornax's company. "I do have some smarts," the chibi sailor said with a thumb to his chest and another grin. "I'm not the strongest I can be yet, so listening and learning is all I can do, heh."

Looking up to Thrymr, he nodded his head. "Yep! We're both pretty new, but not so new-new that we'd have trouble or anything."

Brioche, Order Cat

... Perhaps he had not been that clear in his words. Brioche had though he had asked a question but this young man seemed far too stunned to have answered. He could not blame him, after all. This WAS a peculiar situation. And from what he could tell, this young one was a Knight, not a Senshi. There was no guarantee that he even knew that cats could spe---

Sailor Fornax of Dough

Oh dear.. Fornax had not meant to get that exaggerated with his comparison. He really didn't want Cadmus to become far too worried about a simple comment like that! He had to explain himself!

"Well.. Okay, maybe god was the wrong word for it. But someone really powerful you know? And sure, yeah, if you're really strong, people might fear you, but at the same time you can be admired for being strong! Recognition of strength isn't always formed by how scary you are, you know? It's what you do, it's how you act. You're strong, but not scary. It's a kinda kind strong. If that makes sense. Like... The strong feeling when you see Firemen or the Emergency doctors. They are strong but not intimidating."

Cor was still near him, which was fantastic! Fornax wasn't quite sure what he'd do if his senshi tutor were to suddenly vanish on him. And he even offered Cadmus some sage advice! That was great, and he was so very pleased he agreed. Right, let the experience do the correct actions, and the newbies could just observe for now. No need to rush in head first... Right?

Then Thrymr Spoke softly to him and he just smiled back, before a worried look came from the white haired man.

"I'm sure it will be fine. And if worse come to worse, I think we're more than a little well supported here. We'll be just fine."

Super Sailor Cybele, Senshi of the Hunt

She followed the trail of auras to the hill outside of town, towards the mysterious aura, greater than them all. She didn't hurry as much as she could have, and when she arrived, there was a murmuring crowd surronding a figure she couldn't quite make out- a figure asking questions and claiming to be extremely powerful. Her gut instinct was to not believe him, but she realized that something was off, not in a bad way, just strangely. This was the largest group of Senshi and Knights she had ever seen, so she was sure that their collective auras could be felt across the city, and yet there was not a speck of Chaos among them.

She didn't try to push through the crowd- she could see as well as she was going to from where she was, and although she picked out a few familiar faces among the many strangers, she wasn't here to make connections. She was being careful, and she wasn't relaxed at all. This didn't feel safe. She was fully expecting this to turn into an ambush. People were trying to answer him, and although she wasn't sure that it was the best course of action, the basic information was already out... and some of it seemed incorrect. Balance? She glanced quizzically towards Havasu and the other knight that had mentioned it. "If you're feeling idealistic, you could say we serve each other," she said, although there was a tone of bitterness to her voice that suggested that wasn't what she really believed. "I don't know why people are talking about balance, though. Chaos is our enemy. We're trying to destroy it, although methods for doing that... vary."

Kairatos: Knight of Mars frowned, trying to hear the stranger over the loud throng of voices, some of them demanding, some of cussing... one of which he was pretty sure had communicated nothing except a vocabulary of cusswords and had conveyed literally nothing of value, at least if he was picking out that one voice correctly.

The voice he was interested in, that one sounded like he'd slept through a ******** of a lot, and he was more than a little worried at what answer this powerful stranger might pick out of the cacophony of answers, and demands.
What power do you offer us. That was one of the questions, and he frowned at it a bit. They had power, power from the code, such as THAT was at present, and demanding gifts out of a tentative new ally... that was begging for trouble. He knew something about that... about borrowing against yourself for power. Two people died in one night for that exchange, he'd never make it entirely better.

Paying off Karma aside, he tried to nudge a path toward Themiscara. Hver was near the front and he had absolutely no desire to stand anywhere within arms length of Castor. The temptation to suckerpunch the prince of hail in exchange for their last conversation would kind of throw a loop in figuring out what was going on here. He could enjoy the petty little revenge fantasy in private.

He was glad though to see at least one other familiar royal though. Ganymede had seemed to have a good head on her shoulders when he'd met her. They could use more of those. And he thought he saw a glint of armor that could have been Camelot, but he wasn't sure. Too many auras made it more confusing. It was like having the power signature version of a strobe light to go with all the noise.

-------------------------------------

Chibi Sailor Syrma of Wolves and
Ballard-Guardian Cat

Quilla wasn't sure what to make of things, school, and her relatively young age (technically now too old to be a Chibi, though she hadn't yet figured out how to revoke that frustrating title and the condescending behavior that it brought out in others...

But she was glad she'd snuck out now. She might sleep through some classes tomorrow, she'd definitely get in trouble, but this... this felt big, and it made the hair on the back of her neck prickle with excitement. Mysterious stranger was straight up movie stuff, but she didn't know what his plot twist was yet.

She twirled her finger through a curl of silver gray hair, longer now than when she'd first been given her pen, and looked to try and find a better vantage point to see what was going on. She wasn't as little now, but that didn't make her that tall either, and the young woman found it a bit frustrating to get a good view.

She heard one of the Senshi up front introducing herself, and decided to do the same as well... possibly to the detriment of anyone standing directly in front of her as she made no shortcuts in making sure she was loud enough to be heard.

"I'M SYRMA! SENSHI OF WOLVES!" She deliberately left off the Chibi part. Screw the chibi part. Bluh bluh chibi, -eat-her-boot-stupid-title-. How did he MISS everything though?

"...You want a megaphone there?" The Sphynx accused, tugging at the rings in his large ears as he poked out from her hood. She'd folded it down and the largely naked cat had nestled inside it in one of his horrible pet store sweaters, this one unseasonably early for Valentines Day which made him look like the ultimate retirement-age-naked-Cupid. It was not a good look. Arguably most looks were not good on Ballard. Ballard did not care.
"Man this is some party..."

Sailor Enif

Only a couple days had she had this powered form. It was new, almost scary in some ways due to the power she held. Power was something she'd never once thought of but it was nice to have? Maybe? She was still unsure of what she thought over all about all this.

No matter how nice Brioche had been and the information he'd given her.

She knew absolutely no one here, which was to be expected, and almost nervously she moved to put herself near the first person who seemed to catch her eye. And being so brightly colored it was hard not to catch Enif's eye.

She just hoped the other wouldn't mind.
