Leeroi turned to Psykgi, holding a finger to his lips. He couldn't blame her for being excited, but for once he didn't want to draw attention to himself. He was in a lot of pain and didn't want any more. With some slight apprehension, he approached her, taking the notebook in his hands and offering her a quiet "thanks".
He flipped through his old notes and stopped. He looked back up at Psykgi. "D-did he? Did he read it?" He bit his lip, watching her with sadness in his eyes. It was all so stupid, wasn't it? This whole night had been bogus, and he could have potentially incriminated one or both of his favorite heroes. He flicked the pages back to the beginning to look at Puchen's autograph. Instead, something else caught his eye.
Vidari's autograph. Leeroi frowned, then he raised his eyebrows, and ultimately frowned again. What was the meaning of this? Was he proud of his disobedience, his fighting style? Leeroi didn't understand, but his pump-biscuit fluttered a little. A commanding officer offering him praise? Leeroi shook the happy feelings away. Kursha was just trying to ******** with his head. Still, Leeroi didn't tear the page out.

Psykgi blinked in surprise at the gesture and put her hand to her own lips, in reflection. Why did he want her to be quiet? She would, but... her eyes widened in realization. Ohhh, s**t, she'd forgotten – she'd gotten so wrapped up in all the excitement and her delight at finding him up and about already that she had forgotten that she herself was trying not to be noticed by certain ubiquitous and scuttling eyes... ”Oops!” she said, smiling apologetically as he approached, ”Sorry about that, Lee!” she handed him the notebook, watching as he flipped through it... ohhh, that was... He got an Autograph from the commander – thats fantastic! she thought, pleased for him. ”Er...” she said, ”I believe so, yes.” But the older greenblood had signed it, so... Psykgi had a sudden, blazing desire to take a look inside Commander Vidari's mind. What terrible things must lurk in there? What amazing examples of Alternian citizenship? She had to know... But perhaps not now.”Sorry! He did that before I could get to them...” she grinned mischeviously, ”But I added a clue that he didn't see.” she tapped at where she had hidden the menacing note – everybody probably had a good look at it, considering how much rubbernecking was going on, but that didn't matter. ”And...” she lowered her voice... ”I have a few more clues... wanna hear them, Lee?” she whispered. She really wanted to share them with him.

Following Psykgi's instructions, Leeroi flipped to the page with her notes. He sighed with happiness. At least one troll was looking out for him. "Thanks, Psy," He mumbled. "I can always count on you," He gave her a genuine smile. He didn't know what the note meant, but he was certain he could figure it out later. A genuine death threat. Impressive findings. "Good findings, P," He complimented her, hooking his arm through hers and pulling her back towards his lusus. Leaning in, he whispered to her, asking, "So what else did you find?"

So Leeroi's lusus was here after all. Mera was duly noted. The child was the result of too little supervision; it would get him killed someday. Anyone could be a lusus these days, she heard Pagoni tut next to her. His opinion only made her wonder what life would be like if he wasn't so aggressively attached to her wherever she went. Hm.
"Between the death, the mutants, and the avoidable drama, I'd consider myself overwhelmed," she said to Psykgi in response the the question about the party. "I wish I could have at least gotten one dance in before it all fell apart. Anyway, yes. You were the one with the interesting hair. I'm Hemera Moachm." The polite gesture was returned. "I do live in Busthind. I think there are plenty of trolls living there, but there's no community. Hopefully sometime there can be an event to fix that...and if we're fortunate no one walks off a cliff."
Once Psykgi deigned to bother with Leeroi, Mera turned her attention to Azrael. "I live in Busthind, so I have to know worst case scenarios when I see them. But, yes, I have met Furore before. I try to keep out of his way when I can because he has the grace of an erratic tornado and double the destructive enthusiasm. As you have probably seen. Why do you ask?"DraconicFeline Just a response to previous things :y saihen O Speaking of tornadoes, I believe I saw you when Eridia was getting demolished O Hivestuck South Outgrowth, 10/22: -> Checked out the curtains -> Checked out the Victrola -> Asked Erilyn what they knew about Epratt

As... enlightening as his time with Tamiya had been, he had yet to locate the objective of his search. Mentally kicking himself for getting distracted, Kursha hurried back towards the central hivestem, hoping that Eostre would return with good news. If they were to win this, she had to. Dryly he wondered when this had become just another game. Someone had died and he was no closer to knowing the origin of his personal mystery than he was the identity of the killer. Too much was at stake for him to be fooling around. Considering how seriously (or not) everyone else seemed to be taking the event, he needed to remain vigilant. Focus, Vidari. He still had a chance to turn this around. Turn everything around. Anxious, he paced the floor of the central hivestem, waiting for Eostre to show up. His face was as impassive as usual, and his slow stride gave him an aura of being at ease, but the rut he wore in the floor betrayed his emotional state.

Tamiya stopped into the Central Hive. She had much to mull over since her time in the North Outgrowth. Considering her various finds was next on her list, and even the dialogue she had presented to Comedi earlier was on her mind. She hummed a quick chant and got to work connecting the dots. Hivestuck Hour 2 asked Comedi if anyone took any offense to their faith Hour 4 explored sink, knife block, and the coats in the North Outgrowth.

Eostre skipped her way over to Kursha, leaning on him lightly, her arms resting on his shoulder. Her fun party buddy for the evening... "Am I glad to see you again, Kursha," she whispered with a grin. Finally, she had some good news. "I have a little surprise for you..." With a wink, she pulled away and slipped one final slip of paper into his hands.

With LeeroiWell, of course he could count on her! Psykgi was very reliable, after all. She happily went along with him to Glitch's side, noticing some small... scuttling... out of the corner of her eye. But Ma'am wouldn't cluster her when she was with Leeroi, would she? ”Well, Scrad – such an imposing redblood, don't you think – mentioned something about Gerard... you know, the very eccentric purpleblood – being 'not right in the thinkpan' as she put it... Now, I didn't get a good enough look at him when I was talking to him earlier to make a good judgement, but he is a little unstable, emotionally, to be sure... and not in the usual ways, I don't think. Scrad seems to know her stuff, doesn't she?” Psykgi chuckled lightly, ”So we – as a winning investigating team – should keep an eye on him.” She moved on to other matters, ”And, you remember Comedi – he looked so off when we saw him, didn't we? Well. Apparently there is something amiss with the Faygo. He specified the dining room, but gosh, who knows where else...” A briefly worried look crossed her face, though to outside observers the smile remained, happy and natural. ”You didn't drink any Faygo, did you Lee?” she asked. She hoped not! Lee, she knew, liked a little pain, but a stomach illness was not the right kind of pain... in fact, it was plain ignoble! ”Anyway, before he utterly ruined my mask” she continued breathlessly without apparent concern for the mask, ”He mentioned something interesting about the Helmsman! Apparently, the captain – you remember, the tough lady with the very big robotic hand?” Of course he remembered, how could he not? He'd practically been drooling over that appliance! ”Apparently she was the one invited... Mmm...” Psykgi glanced at around them at the change in crowd movement as they found a nice spot to recouperate, near Glitch...
"Speaking of military politics" or whatever was going on here, "Something else... He said something about Puchen having a... task? Hang on..." When they were seated and she was not, thus, distracted with moving and such, "I'm going to try to quote him here: 'if she performs as expected tonight, she will redeem herself in the eyes of our glorious and capricious empress.' Something like that. Though, he also implied that she might not know what her task was. He wouldn't say any more than that. Capriciousness, I suppose!" She pointed to the entry in the notebook about mutantbloods, "And you know, I asked him about that too... and he said something very strange, Lee... Humm... 'they have made their own recuperacoon and now they must lie in it.'... in reference to Erilyn, I think." she tapped the page thoughtfully, "Gosh, Lee, what do you suppose it means? Do you think that she has something to do with those mutantbloods... what were they like, by the way?" Oh, right, important bits... "And, ah, Just from what we have here... I think maybe something more than Sir Epratt's death is going on tonight, Lee." And whatever it was, they'd handle it... unstoppable team and all...

Adamaz's wandering brought him to the Central Outgrowth, and wow there sure was a lot of stuff going on in here. A wall with a bunch of sentences, and bustling people scratching their chins. And suddenly it occurred to Adamaz that there was something greater going on here, because of the dead guy. He wandered around the edge of the outgrowth, mulling over what he had seen that day. The flickering on and off of the lights by this point are completely ignored. You've gotten used to the fact that this hive simply has garbage wiring. Arriving back in the rumpus block, you can see that the queen did some light-speed redecorating. All the chairs have been shuffled around - three lines of them sit against the clue-covered wall. On either side, long tables have been set up. A single chair sits against the wall to the left, with a table dragged in front of it, and both have been raised up off the ground via rather dusty crates. You're able to place them as having been dragged up out of the basement. The wall on the right has six chairs behind another long table - possibly for the suspects to sit in when they arrive. The empress herself is lounging in the adjacent raised chair, directing people towards the line of seats against the wall. The party guests who have not taken part in the search however, are motioned aside with a quick jerk of the hand. If your troll never claimed a clue from the 17th to the 23rd, you are called up to Regina. As soon as you get close enough for her to talk, she shoos you back towards the door. "You - you've been hanging around doing nothing haven't you? Lazy good for nothing. I doubt you got anything useful to say, so get outta here - you'll be let out the front door." Your party adventure ends here, as you gather outside with all the other dismissed guests on the lawnring. If you're waiting for another troll who's inside, or are actually curious about the results, you can hang around and wait for everyone else to exit. Otherwise, there's nothing for you but to head home. ✿△ △ (◕‿◕✿)If your troll claimed any amount of clues during the event, they can now start to put forward potential suspects to the rest of the group. The queen lazily assures everyone that dropping names here is fine, as are wild accusations. Court is in session now, and all trolls get a full right to slander. What happens in the jury box stays in the jury box. She has also written the following words in a huge font on the wall opposite the jury seats "Who? How? Why?" - the three points that each troll needs to cover for any accusations. You're also relatively free to do any last-minute clue-snaffling, since a lot of trolls are exiting the room and returning. Evidence Gathering & Quiet Reviewing:You can still gather evidence up till the reset at the end of the 24th - one day from now. You must claim for your clues before the evening reset on the 24th, or within a 2h period after the reset. Any clues claimed after then will not be sent. As the entire hive is now bustling with trolls leaving and moving around, your last three searches can be in any outgrowths of the hive, and you will not lose points from moving in between them. Bickering:Now is also time to start putting all your cards on the table and nominating your murder candidates. If you've got more than one troll you're suspicious about, feel free to list them all off. There is no post count required for any accusations, but please use the following form below for each troll being accused.
It was the yellowblood in the library with the candlestick! Who: What troll do you believe is responsible for culling Kewrei? How: What method do you believe this troll used to cull him? And also this code below. Please remember to quote the user you are responding to!
Objection!! Who: What troll are you subjugating to your disapproval? What: Which of their statements do you think is total bunk? Why: How can you prove it is bunk? The more information is floating around, the more other trolls can compare their own clues to and help build a more solid case! A Closer Inspection:Trolls have from now till the evening reset of the 26th to give clues a much more detailed look-over. They can also compare clues with other clues (trying to match bloodstains, etc) and generally prod the objects they've found that they think might be relevant. The code below is what is needed to truly unlock all mysteries of an object. Please try and limit yourself to two to three uses of this per day, simply to ensure staff does not get overloaded with work. Thank you!
I'd like to get out my magnifying glass and smoking pipe. What: What items are you either examining, or comparing to each other? Where: Which aspect of them are you either trying to compare or examine more closely? How: What are you doing to examine this item? Simply using your eyes, or any other tools?
It is now the end of the party! Your trolls have half an hour or so to get themselves organized before the trial begins! Trial will begin on the evening reset of the 26th. -Partial clues mailed out - please pm me if you did not get one due to your post being a reserve (when it is filled in). Thank you!

Hivestuck I'd like to get out my magnifying glass and smoking pipe. What: Leeroi's military coat note with Psykgi's Epratt coat note Where: Is this the same handwriting? And whose handwriting is it? How: Using his peepers Leeroi wasn't actively hiding from anyone, but he definitely wasn't shouting out his findings. Anyone who wanted to come up and add evidence or discuss with him was welcome, but after his fight with Kursha he decided not to make a scene of things. He turned to Psykgi, thinking up a way to pool resources without getting too dramatic. "See if anyone else wants to pool resources," He asked Psykgi, knowing she was better with a recruiting task than he could be. He turned his attentions back to the notes from earlier. His own note, he didn't understand the meaning of, but it seemed dangerous. Implications of a matespritship, a bombing... what was it all about? Psykgi's note, on the other hand, was an obvious threat. Connecting the two would hopefully prove to be useful. Hivestuck I'd like to get out my magnifying glass and smoking pipe. What: Teal-blood, purple-glass, black-powder stained towel from the laundry basket. Where: Color of the glass compared to the guests' blood colors, specifically Gerard's. Testing the texture of the powder. How: Using his peepers AND his feelers Leeroi had some suspicions. Gerard's disappearance made an unusual silence in the hive. And Comedi's guarding of the medical chest certainly made Leeroi raise his eyebrows. The purpleblood hinted at another troll making a mess in the training block, and the towel Leeroi found was evidence of that. An earlier issue tugged at his mind. Zindel had insinuated Gerard had a different blood color— Perhaps the teal blood was his true color, and the purple glass was from his glasses. Then what was the black powder, he wondered? Poison, or maybe... Makeup? He reached his hand down to touch it, wondering if the powder could be rubbed off and tested for its texture or sheen.

Azrael quietly stood and wrote notes on the clues he'd found, going over them again and again in his head. But intrusive thoughts kept running through his head and made it impossible to really focus on the event. So much didn't make sense and he wasn't sure he'd done his best to help out. 'So much for that claim of 'you won't regret it,' Azrael thought bitterly. After a bit of review, he snapped his sketchpad shut. Well, he might as well go see if anyone else had more substantial clues to give. The first person that caught his eye was the blueblood that fought with Kursha. He couldn't help but let an amused smile creep onto his face. Lee was tough and he couldn't help but admire that in him. He also saw Psykgi and felt his stomach flutter a bit. Well, he'd talk to her about it too. He was sure that the three of them could work the puzzle and figure this mess out. " Leeroi!" Azrael called out and waved as he approached his fellow blueblood. " Glad to see you are concious, I was kind of worried," The young troll admitted with a relieved smile then quickly decided to get to business by opening his sketchpad to his clues page. As though there had never been any bad blood between them at any point. " I know you had a lot of notes from earlier and I would like to see how I could be of assistance," Hivestuck hour 3 investigation, west outgrowth, library investigated bookshelf, investigated husktop,

Also she had to signal someone else that the mission was indeed successful.
