June 4th, 2019: it amy Deus de Charity it amy Deus de Charity star rewardswhy did you remove so many flairs? if you were planning on removing them, i think you shouldve given an update about it or something.. rather than just recently saying that NOW they last 3 months did i miss an announcement that said they were being removed?? i think if youre planning on things only being in there for a limited time you should have a countdown timer on them... I think it was announced quite a few times that all birthstone flairs would sit in the store for 3 months each, and before each thing that leaves there's an announcement to remind people of when they leave (if it's not originally stated within the announcement itself). i still think it would be very very beneficial to have a timer up in the store itself. even if people would want to just snipe them before they left or something. then it would be possible to at least KNOW rather than '3 months from now, i have to remember, this item is leaving' the cash shop has a bunch of timers so why would it be different u__u Oh the store is built completely different than our regular set of stores. But we did want to build out a timer, it's just still on our own queue of things to do! Thank you for your feedback! it amy Deus de Charity good to know its on the drawing board at least. i would also suggest item previews. considering things are QUITE expensive in there, it would be nice to know what we are buying without having to look it up in the MP first or something. [though idky it had to be built totally different, i guess it was just a choice. couldve been like the other shops just fine, i think. thats just a personal opinion] It was just one of those things where the current Gaia Store(s) is built with very old code that we didn't just want to keep tacking on random new code to customize it if it would just result in something messier in the end. There is a lot more on the drawing board, which is probably why we felt like it would be better off as it's own page.

(some of us have spent over 1000s of real life money to buy from cash shop) Hi there, What do you mean by "implement something"? Some companies have like buyback programs, I can't really give Gaia suggestions directly, I think it's a staff thing to consider what would make most sense and everything for the company and users. Hi there, If you are referring to being able to purchase a way out of a ban/buying the items on a banned account of yours, we do not currently support doing so and as of right now, have no plans to do so. Surprisingly it takes a concerted effort to get banned on Gaia. For smaller offenses it can take multiple times of offending and each time we warn you that if you continue you risk your account being banned. For larger offenses we have been very clear as to why these may result in being banned faster than for smaller ones. But in either case, the account owner has to deliberately violate our rules to be banned. If you are willing to do so, then you have to be willing to accept the consequences. In this case, the consequence results in your losing access to whatever is on your account permanently. If you don't want to risk that, then just follow the rules and there is no problem.

And gifting gc isn't a good way to trade and not get scammed, unless it's built into the trade feature (which still has problems with missing game items, btw.) ^^^ this this this!! I guess Lanzer's statement left room for a lot of imagination; gift cards aren’t being phased out (in the way you all probably imagined), we are just hoping to transition to a different system best outfitted for Gaia Cash and the way people gift it. Gift cards aren't in the cash shop for various purposes from time to time anyway, I would just see it as them taking a vacation for right now.

July 17th, 2019: it amy Aerdian Gaia Rewards: current Rewards timing odditiesWas just going over the latest additions to the Rewards program, and noticed: tab A) the newest batch are only scheduled for 1 week, last week items were added with 2 week availability which means that 10 items are now scheduled to leave Rewards on the 24th, is that intended or an error in the announcement? tab B) when double checking the older announcement it states Campfire in the Woods should be available through the Rewards program, it has not been there. It's intentional, be on the lookout for more things in the future! Campfire in the Woods should be there! I feel like 3 weeks to get roughly 1.5m Gcash is a little bit insane; even if on the first day the jump is 100k GC, that means we have to put in 15x that amount in less than a month. It seems unfeasible, and looks like it's setting itself up for disaster. In the longrun, users get their funds back if it's not fully funded which is kind of comforting, but I guess it's just the idea that if this is how the monthly core CIs are going to go, why not remove the system overall and focus on other projects instead? Maybe instead of CIs, working on Project Recolor or Custom with the time/work that is normally put into the CIs? These are just suggestions and points I'd like to express, as this is an obviously new system both parties have to get an understanding for! This is actually a really low number/goal that we decided to move forward with it. This number is lower than what is usually garnered from the monthly CI, so we felt like it would be easily achievable especially within the 3-week time span. Advance Chance (if left in the store for a week), would make over half of this desired base goal we have set up for the kickstarter.

I know I'm not the only one. Please think of a way that the users who don't pay as much anymore can still benefit from GC features and items. Right now a lot of people are upset and unable to do much. I will talk to the sales team about the issue. We should be able to help with these types of issues one way or another. Earlier today, I went to check out Narwheel and the wheel was over half empty — there were many slots that did not show an item on it. I thought it was just a loading problem, so I used 250GC to spin the wheel. It landed on a blank slot, the wheel said something to the effect of "nice spin!" and ... I received nothing. At first I was upset, but then I thought "maybe because it has so many nice items, it’s supposed to be high risk high reward?" Just logged back on a bit ago and checked Narwheel again — now all the slots are filled. What happened? Was I supposed to win at least something with my 250GC spin? I wish I had taken screenshots, but unfortunately I didn’t think to do that at the time. Hi there, I just checked and you have not been charged for a Narwheel spin since 07/29 22:08:04 at which time you received a Blush of Youth. Lanzer There should be no blank slots in Narwheel as all slots should grant an item. If you can let us know the date which this happen we can check and find out if it's a graphical error and if you did receive an item or not.

Apple Shot was an exclusive item granted to users who won something / having to do with a ticket and some generator. (Also a prize) I actually remember On the Road just being a cash shop item that was sold with event prizes. That I think can just be rereleased like normal. Lanzer What Happens At Night Direct Ticket SalesWould you guys consider making this a more perm feature on the site? I would suggest maybe rotating other tickets into direct sales and keeping some tickets in the shop ever now and again to help get rid of some of the access of GC that's in the economy. From what I know, the sale of tickets are limited by how quickly we can manage the ticket queue, so the sale of tickets will just be temporary. I do hope that we can get to a point where we can have it in the shop.

There's a Site Feedback thread about it. In short, neither the advertisement nor the sales schedule gave a clear indicator that these items were direct sell and many people purchased GC in preparation to only need RL currency to purchase. I have no complaints about direct sell, just the fact that there was nothing to clarify with the teaser, which left my pockets empty when the items did appear for such a short time frame. I've yet to see anything addressed about this (please point in the right direction if I've missed it), and that is rather disappointing. I get it was a holiday weekend and you canceled last week's AtS, but nothing by now? Moving forward we can clarify the method of the release within a teaser. If the team forgets, just let them know and they can fix any future announcements! It's more of an unknown intention concern. Do I keep it logged as having an old "intended to leave 8/14/19" date, or remove the date as it's actually meant to be in Rewards for a long term stay like Midori Furina and others? I don't really know where to stick notes like this, I can't tell if the Site Feedback thread for Rewards is monitored by anyone that could/would make use of such information. Someone is on it! (Apparently I accidentally scheduled the end date to 8/14/2020...)

Also, could you please take all the astra off the wheel? All of them aren't worth anything anymore and have plenty of listings at 1p. It'd be nice for the wheel to get a new updated list of prizes and take all the current common stuff off. Yikes, that's something we need to fix. I will look into it this week also.
