I can't decide between the cat or wolf base though, 'cause they look the same.

Bear form is just s**t-tier though, 2/10 would not touch.

I find it funny (but still a very very good thing) that I can remake my avatar with ~70% similarity right off the bat.

Still gives me an excuse to storm Art Freebies and maybe get something emotion_dowant

I was in one hell of a homework slump, and kind of still am. I might be able to squeeze some time in to post on Friday night or Saturday.

I also have no idea where half the guild went off to, Angelo doesn't seem to be responding at all to anything, the GGN thread seems to be just me bumping whenever I remember to do so...

The RevGaia mag is probably going to be released by this weekend, but I'm not too sure how many people will be reading it let alone pay attention to the ads. Gaia itself is decaying, so I'm not sure if we'll even get a sustainable number of people to join.

If anyone knows of or finds sites with a bigger pool of roleplayers, let me know immediately.

I thought about moving completely to Syndrone Online but they don't have anything like Guilds yet (though they're working on such a system thanks to the ex-Gaia users)

If the RP ever does need to move off of Gaia, at least we're in a very good position to do so.

I toyed around with the idea of getting a forum hosted through IcyBoards. This particular host is RP-friendly, very lax rules, unmetered pretty much everything except post attachments. The main problems would be getting the word out about the hosted site (especially since it would go against the rules of a lot of other sites), and maintaining activity.

We'll see what happens in the next few months.

Other news: The cats got a new tree/scratcher/whatever today, but we haven't set it up yet.

The moving thing will only happen if it's clear nothing will change and whoever else is left here agrees to it.

Cats: I have two of them; one is a tabby and the other's a tuxedo cat.

I set up the scratcher yesterday(?) and they seem to enjoy it. One of them likes the very top of it and the other likes the very bottom. The entire thing is taller than me.

Actually on a double check, I'm completely mistaken. I'm one inch taller than the post. It just looks way bigger when the cat's sitting on the very top. sweatdrop

Anybody else lovin' the Loyalty Shop? They finally got around to putting it out, and I think it's well worth it.

Gaia's 18+ site launched recently. They went with Tentacl as their name. I don't think I can link it as it is nsfw.

I signed up (same username) and found it was okay, but I still find something to gripe at:
- Tumblr-clone interface is hard to get used to.
- Flash is used for the avatar and shop interfaces, which ******** around with phones and really doesn't work well with low end computers.
- I don't think it's conducive to roleplaying, seems to be a free-for-all.
- No guilds feature as of yet.

The goodies:
- The 3dpd is contained in the NSFW community. In other words, you won't see someone's disgusting snatch or whatever on Tentacl unless you willingly enter the NSFW board.
- NSFW is filtered by default. You won't see it on the front page either.
- There's a Gaia board there. Reapersun frequently posts drawings there.
- No illusions about cash stuff. No pesky economy to ******** up, so items are relatively stable.
