Lance just shifted and did what he said he would. The blonde took up the spot where 'Natron' had just been, keeping guard. He kept his jaw firmly shut. Every now and then he'd either open his mouth to say something or turn around only to catch himself and keep guard.

"So it's a party in here, is what you're saying," Persephone said, her voice dry. "I can keep us going if we're hurt or tired, but I can only fix the little things. If you get cut open by some crazy Nega with a pointy thing, there's not much I can do." Her offered explanation of her magic to Kallichore was swift and sharp, made such by her worry for her friends, and she exhaled slowly and scanned the crowd for anyone still in cosplay - anyone, specifically, cosplaying Erwin and Levi. "I haven't seen anyone get out, and I had three friends here. I don't know where they are now."
Her eyes narrowed when she saw the blond general, and she shifted into more of a ready, fighting stance. "So nice to see you again, Benitoite." This time there would be no friendly chats over coffee. This time, he was indirectly threatening her friends, and she was stronger now than when they'd first met anyway.
Buddingtonite was growing impatient, likely due to the fighting that was going on around him, but still the Negaverse captain didn't grab her or pull her along until she was ready. He kept a smug yet weary gaze on Falias, naturally suspicious over his concern for her but not prying for now. After all, that wouldn't have been fair, given his own wandering eye, but now was not the time to consider this.
"Don't worry," Buddingtonite said to the page, flashing him a snarky grin as he took Medea by the hand and gently, yet firmly, pulled her along. "I'll take very good care of her, bar anymore interruptions."
Which meant he needed to grab her and go. Now. He could not teleport from this as that would have been disobeying a direct order and not to mention abandonment, but he'd simply feel safer about his ongoing investment if she wasn't killed on the spot, either by a youma or another one of his officers. He glanced over his shoulder to see if Bischofite would have noticed, all the while leading both of them towards the men's restroom. If that wasn't safe, then he was out of ideas.
"What would I have to do to convince you to stay hidden instead of fight, my dear? I'd be terribly disappointed if you were seriously hurt or killed here..." She had already taken several blows for him, and as much as he appreciated her efforts and the efforts of his comrades for helping him, he was determined to keep her safe. "Just tell me, because I won't lose you here. Not if I can help it..."

"Buddy!" She almost laughed as she stumbled after him. What a hurry! Granted she felt weak and tired and broken-armed, but still! Without the youma or mercenaries around them, this gesture seemed almost playful. "Where are we going?"
And into the men's restroom they went. "Scandalous," she whispered. She leaned forward, straightening up to better meet his gaze. She trusted him completely, and she felt playful, knowing they were safe in there while others perished outside. It was wrong to feel playful, and yet... "I'll stay put, Captain. You don't have to worry." She nodded. "I'll be good, but--"
She embraced him and dug her face deep into his chest. What was becoming of her? She couldn't contain these feelings anymore. The spilled out of her like tears, and the blushing and the weeping and her clinginess left her limp and soft for youma like Bazzite to eat. Buddy, she couldn't protect you, but she would hang on with everything she had--anything to stop him from dying in the fray.
"I don't think you should go back there." She clung to his jacket. "It's dangerous. And scary. And I don't want you to get hurt." She frowned. "I'm sorry. I just--I like you too much. You're too--" She sighed. "--You just make me think that everything will be alright. She knew they could be killed for this. She knew and she didn't care. She figured she'd die there anyway. "I like you, as in like-you-like-you." She loosened her grip. "I want you to stay with me."
Maybe it was wrong, but it didn't feel wrong. It felt right, like she waited a long time, and now, potentially at death's door, she could finally say it, and she didn't care what others thought, or even what Buddy thought. It just felt good, like he had to know.
Thraen growled at the term of endearment applied to himself. That sort of battlefield 'flattery', and the functions of violence and passions being at all related, were at odds to his usual strictness. It was a flippancy, and a loosening of proverbial corset laces, he couldn't relate to.
"My attractiveness is none of your concern," he broke the words one at a time like bread through his grit teeth as the other man struggled. Then there was a cracking noise as a foot came down on his armored foot, strong enough and at a good angle to fault-fracture the wood and pressure it down into his instep. It worked like a charm for a reaction, and Thraen's grip on the garotte-sash was broken.
But his overall concentration wasn't. As the hands dropped, he brought his knee up into Adonis' back. Thraen could pull at the wood after the blow, trying to get the collapsed part to stop digging in so much and hurting.
Titanlåvenite laboured over some detritus, fixing to meet enemy again on the flank to give the negasushi room to keep attacking her with his very power vitriol as well. She was ducking under cover, and some civilians crossed in panic trying to get away from the door, probably from Bazzite, so he manually encouraged one further along with a boot as he kept moving towards the red and white senshi. Then there was glitterish stuff in the air. Dust?
He had enough time to look over his shoulder and then he was stuck that way like a mall-mannequin nightmare. What witchcraft is this? She did not make a shout? Is it another? Then a box beaned him in the head adding insult to injury, and it really hurt. Barbie packed some smack for such a little lady.

Schörl kept her momentum- Don't look back right away. Looking back loses momentum and runs you into poles. There doesn't sound to be running right behind? They do not pursue? Regrouping?
There was no immediate surety, but she made it to the stage where some civilians were arguing whether to risk going up and looking for an 'exit stage left' to safety that wasn't the main obvious door that was barred. She didn't waist time in bowling into them, grabbing the nearest in an arm lock and pulling as much energy as she could to try to heal.
She felt rough, and it needed to get better.

She definitely needed a keeper. Falias told himself as he watched Medea go off with the Nega-Captain without a look back, hoping she at least knew what she was getting into.
Said keeper was not going to be him though, Medea had made it pretty clear that she wanted to go off with the red-haired Captain and he was not going to interfere.
Instead turning, Falias found himself making his way towards the entrance doors, the very closed entrance doors although a senshi seemed to be trying to open them, one that was stronger than Medea if her aura was anything to go by. "Want a hand?" He offered, even as he moved to help try open the doors - better he try doing something useful than offer help to someone who didn't even want it.

((Oh Qiuyue... why does the dice troll you so? orz))
Qiuyue probably got lucky, her efforts at throwing off the youma that had her pinned to the ground successful eventually with her repeated attempts and she wasted no time in putting as much distance between herself and the creature in the hope of discouraging it from having to put in the extra effort required to come after her.
It seemed to work initially. Or at least that was what it seemed like to her until she felt something charge at her from behind and knocked her entirely off balance such that she scrapped her knees upon making contact with the ground.

The captain was still laughing when arms wrapped around her leg and sent her crashing to the stage, palms smacking against polished wood. More annoying then painful, the girl let out a growl as she yanked her leg out of Tsui's grasp. "You'll try, but being a rank above me didn't really do you all that much good last time around, now did it?" Condescension dripped from every word, and by the end of it the frustration had leaked away, replaced by cockiness and humor.
"And it won't help you now, either!" With zero preamble the captain hiked up the leg Tsui'd used to trip her and thrust her heel straight at the other woman's face. It was a powerful kick, and she felt it connect. "You're barely even a challenge!"
Here kitty, kitty.
Xenotime rolled up to her feet, sinking into a ready crouch as she waited for the Senshi of Tigers to get free of the curtain. Maybe it wasn't wise, but the captain would much rather face off against the woman on equal footing, rather then taking advantage of her being tangled up in the heavy curtain.

'So far, so good...' Buddingtonite thought, every so often peering over his shoulder and hoping that no one saw him. He couldn't imagine the trouble he'd get in for doing this, but he was certain that he could always talk his way out if he needed to. When they made it into the restroom, he was content to simply leave her there and move to 'guard' the entrance, perhaps pick a fight with a lower ranked enemy or a civilian and keep everyone out of there for the duration of the fight, but Medea's hold prevented him from moving. Not that this was necessarily a bad idea, though...
It was the tears part that he wasn't quite prepared for, and it was hard not to want to give her a shake and beg her to stop crying. Not only was the sound annoying and likely going to soak his uniform, but it did no good for his growing conscious, and perhaps some of that escaped into his sultry voice as he tried to comfort her. "Come now, Medea... this is hardly the time or place for that. I'll have to go out there or else my superiors might get suspicious..."
But her words cut through his conscious, and the realization of what she was trying to say... it was enough for him to reach for the bathroom door and lock the door. He knew it to be a rather useless gesture as anyone or anything could likely just punch their way through the door, but still, once the door was locked, he kept his full attention on Medea. His Medea.
"Medea, dear... there's no need to be so melodramatic. This won't be the last time we see each other..." Buddingtonite said, not meaning to push aside her emotions or her confession, but merely trying to find his own way of comforting them. As much as he wanted to indulge in the fantasy of these being their final stand, he clung onto the childish belief that there was always a tomorrow to look forward to, and that denial made him stick around with her, away from the fighting. A much better and safer approach to this whole ordeal than risk losing his life under someone else's orders, that was for certain. "But I'll stay. I'll stay as long as possible... trust me, there's no other place I'd rather be then sitting next to you, my dear..."

Vespa could not feel his limbs, and that honestly frightened him. Was he dead? Did one of their own youma kill him? This... wasn't exactly how he saw his death, or saw death coming for him at all, and while he should have accepted his fate and taken it for the team, he couldn't ignore the fidgetting within him, the frantic desire to scream and cry.
He didn't really want to die. Not here. Not yet... not when he hadn't proven himself to the Negaverse, or to anyone... he didn't want to die a failure. He... just didn't want to die!
And just like that, feeling slowly started to return to his body, and he gave a relieved sigh, managing to wriggle a finger and his nose, and while it wasn't much, it was enough to bring a smile to his mustached face. Still couldn't move or strike against his enemy, but it was something... he managed to mumble, as he continued his struggle. "Better warning... next time. Please?"
Tsui had thought that since becoming an Eternal ranked senshi that she had gained the wisdom and patience needed to keep her temper in check, and yet, she was wrong. Horribly wrong. Xenotime's taunts struck deep, and matched with the blow to her face, Tsui swore that she could see nothing but red, and it wasn't just the curtain that brought this, nor blood from where Xenotime's boot likely cut into her forehead.
She had promised Pippin that she would never kill an officer or another, and yet the shame she felt that day when she beat down Carnelian seemed to disappear from her memory, as the only thing she could think about was shutting this Negaverse captain up.
Permanently.
The benefit of taking Xenotime's attack head on was that in the struggle, Tsui had managed to free herself, and no sooner did her foot break free from the confines of the curtains, white aura gathered around her hands and she lunged herself at the crouching Captain. "GLORIOUS WHITE TIGER, b***h!"

Eternal Sailor Attack: Glorious White Tiger. The energy that SailorTsui’s been collecting not only envelops her fists, but has migrated to her legs as well, and her charge is even more ferocious than ever. She starts her assault with a powerful lunge forward, adding momentum to her strike, followed by her signature Tiger Fist motion, striking downward in an X motion and knocking the enemy back even further if she is able to connect, and she uses the last bit of her energy to leap backwards to add further distance between them. Like her Super attack, she is able to aim at specific limbs and can physically stun the limb, preventing the opponent from using that limb for ten seconds. She puts absolutely everything into the attack, hoping to incapacitate or greatly weaken the enemy as she will be completely drained of power and left vulnerable for ten seconds after the blow.

"Come on, Kitten! I'm waiting!" Impatience, excitement, and eagerness flew through the captain in a heady rush as Tsui freed herself and got to her feet before charging, and Xe was delighted to see she'd managed to strike a nerve. Anything shy of the brutal onslaught of blows that followed the shrieked attack would have been an insult.
So this was what it was like facing off against an Eternal as a captain? It was worlds away from the thrashing she'd received as a Lieutenant. Still powerful. Her body still rocked back as glowing fists slammed into her, forced her back. Blow after blow forcing the air from her lungs and pushing her towards the edge of the stage.
Impressive. Painful. But it wasn't enough.
When the last hit had finished, when the Senshi had reclaimed some manner of distance, the captain struck back. Disappearing, only to reappear before and above, one arm cocked back before swinging down in a hooked strike to the other girl's shoulder.
There was no better rush then this. No drug would ever come close. Nothing on earth would ever send her heart racing and endorphins pumping quite like facing off against someone that could actually give her a run for her money.
Just when the fight was going their way, their opponent took an opening to escape... and take a parting shot as she did.
Ida whinced as boots dug into her shoulders and a heavy body used her like a spring board, sending her to her knees from the force of it. The super senshi groaned as she rubbed her shoulder with a hand, a grimace pulling her mouth as she struggled back up onto her feet.
"I'm okay, Athene... that hurt a lot though." The teen said as she frowned after the officer. "I... I think we should get to Tsui though. I've learned from experience, we fight better in a group than we do alone." Which was perhaps an understatement, since most of the really bad fights had been when there was no one there to watch her back. She didn't wish that on anyone.
Glancing around, she caught sight of a flash of white and she pointed towards it.
"There! She's fighting someone, we should go back her up. C'mon!" The orchid senshi tensed herself, bending her knees before she launched herself into the air, clearing the chaos to put herself closer to her other team mate.
"Tsui!" Ida shouted, trying to let her friend know back up was on its way.

Athene nodded, "You're right" he began and then caught sight of a rather familiar flash of white. "I think it came from the direction of the stage" he said as he followed after Ida.
Jumping over some of the chaos had landed him in a clear space and he headed for where he thought Tsui's direction was at an as fast a trot as he could manage.
As he got closer to Tsui, Athene could sense a close-by Nega-Captain's aura and he pushed himself to go faster.
Ida was right, the PSSG fought better together rather than apart.
Tsui knew that she had landed a successful blow, but it felt like it just wasn't enough. She wanted to do more damage, and the fact that Xenotime was still conscious would have drove the Tiger senshi into a fury had she not just felt the captain's wrath to her shoulder. It was painful despite their rank difference, and Tsui was too angry and emotional to not hide her pain as she gave a pained gasp. She was forced back a step and she swung out of pure instincts, not having the time to aim her strike or put much force behind it either, as she was still recovering from her own attack as well as trying to avoid any future blows.
It was a relief to hear Ida and Athene calling to her, and if anything, that seemed like the perfect anchor to pull Tsui away from her blind rage. She remained on the stage and in a combative position, but it was clear that she was waiting for her allies before striking out again. It was a mistake to fight without them, and she berated herself in silence for allowing herself to be lured away from her group so easily.
Maybe it was shameful to have to rely on friends to help her beat down a captain, but at this point, Tsui would allow the wound to her pride to fester for a few minutes more, assuming the captain kept her damn mouth shut. "Call me kitten one more time... I dare you!"
