He was joking around but was also serious. "Can your tiger perform jutsu?" Phil inquired, taking the battle more of a lecture than a sparring match. "And can any of your puppets move without the chakra marionette?"

Michael was shocked and answered, "of course not, without that technique the puppets are unable to move or attack or anything else." He was confused and wondered what this guy was getting at.

He was confused and wondered what this guy was getting at. "Watching you battle has made me realize, I'm at a disadvantage in battle, cutting the marionette strings might be my only solution to counter a puppet master jutsu user. I'm a close range shinobi." Phil explained.

Michael now understood where he was coming from. "Its not that easy actually. The strings are pure chakra, and almost impossible to break. The only way I know to stop the strings is to stop the flow of chakra in the body then the strings would disappear. And as for Beck's tiger, yes it can. I saw it use quite a few jutsus." Michael never thought he would teach anyone being he was a genin and all.

Beck was happy to hear that Phil was also a close range fighter and he was hoping to test the man's skill in the near future. Phil looked strong, but no one could compete with Beck's speed and agility in close range combat. Beck then nodded in agreement when Michael told Phil that Zarichi Tiger was able to use Jutsu. That ability that the tiger had made Beck and him a extremely deadly combination. "Yeah! The only true way to shut down a Puppet Master is to attack him and not the puppets he controls. Not to put down puppet guys, but usually they lack in the Taijutsu department and if you can get close enough to them then you can take them out. You have to be extremely fast though or the puppets will get in your way! That's how I managed to give Michael such a licking! How are you by the way Michael? I hit you pretty hard at the end there," Beck asked as he turned towards Michael. He felt bad that he had to put that much pain on someone from the same village, but he never held back not even in training.

"All I'm saying is that couldn't you just sever the chakra strings making the puppet useless until he reconnected them, there is my opening, am I right?"

Beck laughed at the mention of someone being able to outspeed him. Beck was most likely one of, in not, the fastest shinobi in the entire world. Beck then laughed again when Phil asked about severing the chakra strings that Puppet Masters use. "Phil! You are a real funny guy! Not even one of the three Legendary Sannin has enough strength to break Chakra Threads. It's pure Chakra my man! The only true way to break the Threads is to knock out the puppet user or use a Taijutsu technique such as the Gentle Fist of the Hyūga Clan. I am a master of pretty much every fighting style, but the Gentle Fist has eluded me for a long time. I have great knowledge of the Chakra Pathway System that runs through our bodies, but without a technique like the Gentle Fist I have no way of shutting down chakra pathways unless I break your bones or knock you out," Beck said with a huge smile. He was always happy to boast about his large array of fighting styles and vast knowledge of the shinobi's chakra systems.

Beck was surprised that Phil was so short after his long winded answer, but it made more sense when Phil told the two that he wasn't in a squad and had no guidance at the moment. "Well that is a bummer! Michael is currently in Sand Three and also has a spot on the Sand's Puppet Brigade. I got the lucky draw as I am on our Kazekage's personal squad. I hope to learn a lot from our leader and I hope to become extremely strong. I'll try to put in a good word for you when I meet with him," Beck said as he leaned back and placed his hands on the ground to support his weight.

Beck thought for a moment when asked about Iryo Ninjutsu. He racked his brain for a few seconds, trying to remember all the ninjas that he knew from the village's Ninja Info Cards. It finally hit him and he sat up to address Phil. "Masters of Iryo Ninjutsu? The answer is sadly a no. Someone who practices it and is decent enough to probably help you out in training? The answer is YES! Ryuu Saito, a genin from our village who graduated around the same time as I did, knows how to use the Mystic Palm Technique," Beck said as he readied himself to relax once again. It didn't last long however as Phil asked Beck if he was up for another sparring session. Beck needed to learn and try out some knew techniques and he was always up for a good fight. "Of course my new friend! Go easy on me though! I haven't fully recovered from the poison that our dear pal Michael poked into me," Beck said as he began to get to his feet. He began to laugh to himself as he shook out his arms and legs and readied himself for another great battle. Phil was a close range fighter, but Beck was the BEST close range fighter in his clan and possibly the whole village and he was ready to put that title on the line.

Phil grabbed his head and twisted it to the side, making a loud series of cracks, then the other way. "Alrighty then!" Phil grabbed Korungr with his right hand and motioned to Beck to make the first move "I'm exited, are you?"

Michael smiled at the two and almost decided to sit this one out, but he also wanted to fight more. So he stood up and said, "hey Phil how bought you let Beck rest and train with me. I can Give you some pointers or if Beck wants you and me can team up to fight him. What di you say?"
