The two would stand together as the Rhyhorn would snort a bit.

He would declare with distaste in his voice as the Numel would roll her eyes at him.

He would declare when he notice her attitude, and then he would take in a deep breathe.

He was ask address for once the quivering bundle that was Ada was currently carrying. He would snicker even louder as the Numel seemed to shrink a little beside her partner, but she would eventually shake it off.
IT was better not to think about such things ...as she would try to focus on other things as her body went lax even before this fight would begin. Only she could be his partner, because only she could forgive the things he does ...when he is mad.
(Time for round two)
The Rhyhorn would declare as he prepared his defensive. He always like to make them struggle trying to get through his armor.
Specter's ear would twitch in irritation at the Rhyhorns words, and Ada's expression would go from cool and calm to angry fast. Even Layla, who usually kept a calm demeanor, would be seen with a hardened gaze. To underestimate an opponent for a reason as foolish as that, it was blatant disrespect and she would have none of it.
"I won't stand to let you make fun of me or my friends..." She'd grit her teeth, tightening her hold on the chimchar in her arms. "If you like girls so much, then I'll let them have at you! Specter, Ice punch, Layla, Vacuum Wave!" the end would be punctuated with a loud crack that would resound throughout the cave, the sudden change of gas to solid state being the cause as Specters left paw would be covered in ice layered over ice, the tips ending in sharpened peaks. The Zangoose would charge forwards, fist drawn back as she got ready to swing at him, aiming right between his eyes.
Layla would stand in place, closing her eyes as she began to concentrate. Swirls of the caves air would form, spinning around her as it gathered and gathered. It'd continue to gather, collecting in front of her into a large, round mass. The Riolu would open her eyes then, drawing a fist back and punching it, sending the mass of pure air and energy right behind specter and at the Rhyhorn, simply standing and waiting in place afterwards to see it's outcome.
Pokemon: Zangoose [F] Name & Level: Specter, Lv6 [Temperament] Lonely Bio: Met on an island, Carmine had originally killed this Zangoose after beating her father. Ada had felt so guilty after that, that when given the opportunity to take any Pokemon she had found there home with her as a copy, she had chosen to take Specter, it was as close as reviving her as she could get. Stats: HP: 26/26, PP: 24, ATK: 22, DEF: 12, SPD: 17, SP. ATK: 14, SP. DEF: 14 Moves: Quick-Attack || Ice Punch || Leer || Iron Tail Item: Work Gloves (+2 to punching moves) EXP: 82/500
The first attack ...and the Rhyhorn would move to avoid the first punch. A step backwards to spare his head as the Riolu came fast, but, he would move right into the attack of the other.
His entire body would go rigid as that icy fist would slam into his forehead. The fist would turn it to ice even as it smashed through solid rock plates, and go straight into his brain ....as he would be slam onto his belly. He would lay there with his head resting against the ground and his legs were spread wide as he lay there with his head in the dirt, and blood would seep from the wound ....as the Zangoose's fist would still be embedded in his head.
It was a one hit ...K.O. as the Numel would literally wet herself.

She would declare loudly as she turned to try and run. She had just watched her brute of a mate killed in one blow, like hell she was sticking around for another attack.
Exp gained for Layla = 139 Exp gained for Specter = 122
The three would do nothing to chase after the numel, too involved in themselves to care. Besides, she had done nothing, so it would make no sense for them to go after her. Specter would merely scoff in her direction, muttering "> coward <" under her breath.
The zangoose would put one foot on the body of the deceased rhyhorn, using it to help her pull her arm up. It would only take a matter of seconds, the ice connecting her fist to his face breaking as she'd shake the blood on it off, the glove she wore on that paw now stained deep red, matching well with her natural crimson color. "> Dead just like that, what a waste <" All talk and no bite. Layla would cross her arms "> You should not take life so easily. A petty comment doesn't deserve so grave a punishment <" Specter was ready to retort, but Ada would quickly call the two back into their balls. The last thing she needed was another fight on her hands.
She'd continue forwards as always, stepping around the Rhyhorns body as if it weren't there. Now was not the time to burden oneself with such things. Layla EXP: 365 Specter EXP: 204

With the Numel gone, the way was clear. All she had to do was step into the light. She would step out to see the sun shining above her, and a city that rest on the coast beyond him. Ada had made it through the tunnel and into the daylight ...as she would stand at the outskirts of the city.
All she had to do now was find her Professor, in a place, that was as massive as any major port city.
FALL CITY
This is an neighboring city on the other side of the mountain ....it is completely surrounded on all sides by mountains, and thus is only accessible three ways. One, is by flying over the mountain, and the second is by train that cuts through the mountain, and the final is to dock by sea.
This is the only place with a port that goes to the dark areas that have been categories as restricted by all officials.

Finding her professor was the last thing on her mind right now, as soon as she saw the daylight she'd break out running, running as fast as a 98 pound girl carrying a chimchar and an egg could. She'd run all the way to the center, easily identifiable by it's looks which she couldn't thank enough for.
Not wanting to be disruptive to anyone in there, however, she'd walk in as calmly as she could, striding up to the counter. She'd hold up the chimchar cradled in her arms as gently as she could while still making the pokemon apparent, looking around for a nurse. "Is there anyone that can help? Please? I've got a wild pokemon in dire need of assistance..."
She'd bite her lip as she waited for a response, hoping there wouldn't be any problem with this type of request. Layla EXP: 365 Specter EXP: 204
Despite how close they'd been in their exits from the cavern, Raven had missed Ada's departure entirely. Using his vantage point from the tunnel exit he'd surveyed the surroundings before wandering into the streets lost in thought. If the Professor were to be anywhere it would most likely be either the Pokemon Center or the Docks. The former due to the simple fact that they'd doubtlessly need to attend to their Pokemon's injuries after their trek through the tunnel. The later was the most obvious. They'd taken a train to an isolated port town. There was really only one reason they would do such a thing. Obviously they'd be sailing somewhere; though in this day and age sails were quite rarely involved.
Though the young trainer would place a hefty some of money on the idea Professor Barney was already at the Docks, he'd first venture to the Pokemon Center. As he'd said...or rather thought...before, after that adventure in the tunnel his Pokemon could do with some healing. Diabound had some Poison to eliminate, and he'd need to speak with the culprit, the freshly captured Valvatorez.
Exiting the Center through the front door, Raven wouldn't even blink upon noting the familiar red-head already standing before the counter. Stepping to the other end and removing his PokeBalls, the youth would state quite clearly "I wish to request my Pokemon be healed please..." He stated politely, gaze shifting sideways for a moment in the direction of Ada "...once any more pressing matters have been tended to of course."

The Nurse Joy on duty a dainty looking thing would smile at them both.
"I can't help a wild pokemon, they aren't allowed inside of the cities's limits. They tend to do bad things, so if you would be so kind as to take that pokemon and release it outside the cities limits or capture it ....it would be greatly appreciated."
She would declare as her pokemon would snort at her in a bit of disgust.
(Take your pokemon into the back and I will give you a bow. Tell her it doesn't like pokeballs, otherwise, she will never heal it)
THe small Caterpie would mutter. It would seem that this Nurse joy had chosen a bug type for her partner as it would crawl from her head down to her shoulder as it was make it's move towards the floor. Something that the Nurse would notice as she put the pokemon down on the floor to aid it's movements as it would head towards the back.
(Go to the back door of the center)
The Caterpie would tell the girl. It didn't seem that this pokemon was at all surprise at the fact that they could understand him, and seemed to expect that his words would be obeyed.
The Nurse Joy once her pokemon was down would turn to Raven.
Casting only a brief glance at the Caterpie, Raven would take all four PokeBalls from his belt and place them on the counter.

"Oh come on! I-" She'd stop as the caterpie caught her attention, listening intently. Well...she didn't know the pokemon, but to be frank arguing with the nurse would get her nowhere. It seemed to be her only other option at the moment, and she'd go for it, moving aside as soon as the caterpie was put onto the floor. "Uh...right. I'll go do that, then"
Ada would promply do as the caterpie had told her, following his direction to the back. The magician would stand waiting, holding the chimchar closely as she hoped that the fire type would come out of this fine. The poor dear, having to go through this whole ordeal...

The Caterpie would take Ada into the back where he would spin his string to make her a bow that could be placed on the pokemon's neck like a collar. He would then curl up a bit as he would look at the girl. It would seem that this was plan if not rehearse as he would start to inform her.
(You should know, after the train attack ....wild pokemon around here are treated with mistrust and hatred right now. So, be careful who you tell. Oh, yeah, your professor has told us to be on the look out for three students from the academy. He told us about the fact that you will be wearing communicators on your face like so, and even gave us descriptions.
So, we were expecting you ...though not with that pokemon.
Umm...Your Professor ...since he didn't know how long it would take for you to get here ...told us to tell you to meet him at the Circus.)
The Nurse Joy would take Raven's pokeballs as she would put them on the machine to heal. It would wipe away the poison that his pokemon had gaine, and restore them all to full health as she returned them to him.
"Thank you, and do not hesitate to come to a pokemon center again. I know it sounds cruel, but we are only doing what is best for pokemon and humans."
She would tell Raven as something else occurred to her.
"Oh, are you a member of the academy?"
She would ask suddenly.

Raven's left hand would suddenly tighten around the hilt of his sword, prepared for an backwards draw as his crimson eyes narrowed "And if I am?" He asked cautiously. One could assume the Organization held a firm grip of this city if it was to be their departure site to such an apparently dangerous place, but one could never be too certain about these things.
It was an action that surprisingly enough the fragile Nurse wouldn't miss as she would smile lightly. She was a Nurse Joy in a hostile area, and it was something that would make most think twice about their actions as she would seem to narrow her eyes at his words.
"ANd if you are?"
She would answer back ...as she would pull one hand behind her back. A smile was on her face as she waited for his answer.
"What will you do about it?"
It was a rather silly question when asked back towards him. It would take a moment for it to dawn on her.
"So, what do you have in mind ...if I am hostile towards the Organization."
She would change her question.

"Now who said anything about hostile?" Raven mused, answering her question with another question. He didn't say it out loud, over explaining things was more of a Tactics thing he assumed. Still if he wanted to go about without suspicion toward someone that was hostile to the Academy, it was best to act like he himself was hostile. Her question could be interpreted many ways, as could his own, and acting appropriately was key. Were she hostile to the Academy he simply had to act like his concern was that she wasn't. If she actually wasn't hostile, well his concern was understandable.
That part would actually confuse her for a second as she finally regain her stance.
"You grip your sword, that is a sign of hostility. This is a place of medical aid, if I was planning anything ...I would have done it while I had your pokemon in my hands."
She would comment shrewdly.
"Anyway, if you aren't being hostile, then I am not being hostile either."
