Asher grinned. "Nope." Instead she walked past him an through the barrier. She turned and stared at him mockingly. "That's what you get for being a fleshy mortal." Asher's eyes however flashed for a second, and the barrier fell into pieces before her, as if it were glass and was broken by her stare. "Now you're good."

*He smiled at her* "It's good to have you as a friend." The old shorstraw was returning. However not fully just yet as his serous face went back into action. He could heard there were six down below, all were gathered around a red circle painted nt eh floor with blood. Around them cages of tired humans who could no long yell for help. He didn't want to stop for a moment. As he entered the room down below form the stairs he fired an arrow into on, as they broke apart suddenly in shock, he fired another before needing to black an enemy dagger with one of his own. As he blocked the fir attack with his dagger, he span the other from his belt and slashed the next witch open. Three down. However the next three were prparing spells. One to defend herself, one to fire a few firlballs at him, and another seeming needing more time. Shorstraw didn't stop however as he walked stright up to the one with the barrior and threw the verias tooth into the head of the longest range still chanting. As the fireballs were finally bieng fired off at him he dodged like and acrobat sideways and suddnly dashed from spining a dagger. As he slid ont he oppisite side of the fireball witch, he fell apart and to the ground. All that was left was the one defnding herself. Shortstraw spun his daggers, after pullng the one from the others head, and placed them to his belt looking to the locks ont he cages. "Asher the last is all yours." he replied.

Asher giggled happily, and nodded, bounding towards the last witch. "Alrighty boss~" She seemed almost in a daze as she slashed past the witches defence and bodyslammed the woman to the ground. When she was finished, there wasn't really much left. Asher turned back to Shortstraw, then looked to the circle on the floor. "Well that seems to be a lost cause, now. I wonder how far they got."

*Shorstraw picked the lock to the gate and started letting the people out* "As soon as these peole get out of hee it should deactive. I would say there were pretty close." He noticed the circle was now looking it's glow. "Thanks for the help Asher. Coudn't have done this without you." He replied petting her.*

Asher nodded. "It's true. You wouldn't have been able to do this without me. This is the benefits of being in a deal with a demon. Especially of my kind. We're the most.. loyal." Asher flashed a toothy grin, before she started to walk away. "I suppose the only place to go now is back to the castle. Unless the boss wants go elsewhere, of course. What's your verdict?" Asher turned back to him.

*He looked to her as the last of the people returned to there city, the barrior now gone* "Yea the castle is a good idea. And Asher... befor eyou dissappear, i guess i don't regret the deal after all. You have been freindly to me sorta. And all in all thats all i wanted. some help when i needed it. You know." He smiled, "though i did learn somthing today. if i ever nee dyou calling you out of now where and you may show up." He chukkled walking up thte stairs.*

Asher nodded slightly, and her body was slowly fading out as she walked up the stairs. "It's my job. If Kiera can do it, you can probably do it too. Although my terms with Kiera are a little... different. She has a little more freedom with what i can do for her. Well, scratch a little. A lot more. Your abilities with me are restricted, while hers isn't. Although i really shouldn't be talking about my deals with other mortals." Asher looked back in front of her, and her body was almost fully faded. "I'll see you back at the castle, maybe." She was gone.

*Shorstraw nodded* "okay." He found himself walking intot he house, smelling alittle form sweating so much, and through the kitchen to see if hikari was still there. He doughted it it was at leas two to three hours later. And on top of everything, he was now tired.*

Kiera was in the kitchen. And so was Hikari. Kiera was sitting backwards on a chair, not facing the door. She was top half naked. Hikari had a damp cloth to her back and was washing away the dried blood. Once Shortstraw had walked in, Kiera was very aware of it, and she quickly threw the pillow that she was hugging, in his face. Hard. Hikari left her post and promptly shoved Shortstraw out of the kitchen, shutting the door behind them both. Kiera was shouting curses from the inside of the kitchen. And Hikari winced. "It's not a very good time for her." She apologised.

*Shorstraw eye were wide.* "I did not expect to see what i just saw." he admitted. He gulped. "I sware i didn't see anything... i... i .... i didn't know... i was just going to the living room... and..." he was red in the face.

Hikari giggled. "It's fine, it's fine. She's just a little stressed now, is all. She'll get over it, even if you did." Hikari, being as oblivious as she was, assumed he was talking about the wings. "We didn't know you were going to be back so soon.." She looked back to the kitchen door, and heard Kiera's protesting die down a little, until there was no sound.

*he nodded* "tel her i'm sorry... i'll just be out here untill things are okay..." her replied still red inthe face and walked out, shakingthe picture he saw in his head away. "Wow that was unexpected he replied sitting down agins thte wall of the house.*

Hikari nodded and walked back in the kitchen. There was some arguing coming from behind the door before it settled down, and then just quiet talking.
"What do i wear?" Hikari shrugged, cleaning the last of the blood off her back. "I'm pretty sure Yuji's coat will sort that out for you." Kiera frowned. "How did you know about that kind of ability?" Hikari chuckled. "I know things. Besides, where is it?" Kiera sighed. "Up in my room." "Want me to go get it?" Kiera shook her head, and stood up. "Nah. I don't really want to hide it." Hikari went back over to the sink as Kiera got a little more dressed. Although the wings were still perfectly on show. "Suit yourself." Kiera looked to the floor. "Thanks." Hikari looked back over to Kiera. "Hey. Girls have to look out for eachother. Right?" Kiera nodded, and she walked out of the kitchen. Hikari stayed and washed the blood out of the cloth.

*Meanwhile shorstraw was drawing something int he dirt outside. Board he found himself training with a tree outside the kitchen. He was kicking it over and over, trying to upgrade his pysical attack abilitys. He figured he would then take a hit easyer too, bing kicking someone hard usally hurt him. He would be stronger using his time wizely untill he could go back into the house.*

Kiera walked into the living room, and crashed onto the couch. She couldn't be bothered to get the coat, in the end. Typical lazy person problem. She laid down and rolled onto her side. Hikari finished washing up, and cleaning the floor and chair of Kiera's blood, before she walked out of the kitchen and walked outside to Shortstraw. "You should probably come inside now. It's getting dark."
