[[Zuben : Kingdom Academy : Dining Hall]]

Not much could be seen by the far door to the dining hall as a small tuft of hair inched around to observe those inside. They appeared to be worrying over some girl, one who was floating in the air like a ghost. Oh god, were there ghosts in this school?! Anything but ghosts... or anything scary... you know what, things in general, why couldn't the dining hall be empty. Heh, dining hall, empty, in the morning, funny. Coming here was a bad idea, a very bad idea.

Just as the tuft disappeared behind the door frame, a tail appeared, haunches, some very large clawed paws, an arched back, and at last with some effort a mane, lion's head, and in his jaws, the now stretched shirt of a young man. Upon the boy's face, the look of a terrified little bird. He looked back as the lion gave him a healthy bump in the buttocks with his forehead before striding in beside him.

The dark lion scanned his eyes over the room, lingering with a small grin at the other, much smaller animals inhabiting the hall.

"Kovu," the boy whispered with a hushed whine "we could have come back later. Why do you have to be so pushy."

"Because if I wasn't, you'd never eat," he replied at a normal volume, much to the young man's panic and displeasure, "Now go grab us something to eat."

As the boy did as he was asked, the black-maned lion strolled up to the group throwing them all a huge grin, showing off his shining fangs, "Morning everyone," he looked at the floating girl, "That's a neat trick."

[Rebecca :: Kingdom Academy :: Dining Hall]

“I would like that.” Rebecca smiled as she listened to Zack's offer, “Although I am not sure how I would do against you. I am a tactician so it would seem that statistically you would beat me pretty hard.”

Rebecca then noticed even more people start to enter into the dining hall and she could not help herself at this point. She quickly scanned both the floating girl as well as the teenager who entered as well with what appeared to be a lion to her.

“Becca don't let that lion near me!” Iago squawked. “If there is anything that you should have learned is that lions like to eat small things.. LIKE ME!”Iago then started to fly around the dining hall in panic of the lion

“Calm down Iago.” Rebecca grabbed Iago out of the air at the precise moment and kept Iago pinned in her lap. “Statistically we would be able to take out a lion in a fight and these are.... hopefully nice people.” Rebecca said before looking straight at the boy. “You...” Rebecca tried to think of a word to categorize him. “Look like you could punch someone out but pretty low in terms of... protection.”

{Zack .:. Land of Departure .:. Kingdom Academy .:. Dining Hall}

"Hey, no worries," Zack said when the fairy-girl apologized. He nodded enthusiastically when Shion invited her to join them for breakfast and reached for a bagel. Instead of eating it, he started tearing it apart and handing the chunks to Timon, who devoured them quite happily. For a meerkat that had been living on grubs for most of his life, Timon had certainly taken to "real food" with gusto.

"Well, this'd be training for you, mostly," Zack explained to Rebecca. "I think after I become a bona-fide hero, I'd like to come back here and teach. So you'd be good practice!" He looked up and waved a greeting as yet another person walked over, though this one was decidedly male. Timon was facing away, but when Zack saw the guy's Galiant, he immediately nudged Timon, who turned to look and practically jumped out of his skin.

"Scar!" the meerkat shouted as he dove for safety behind Zack.

[Zikomo ~ Twilight Town ~ Streets]

"Sour puss!" She snickered at Ferven, keeping pace with her roommate and the others they'd picked up along the way. They quickly came across an odd bathtub with feet, and several people in its carriage. She made a face, but had little time to make some sort of quip as they were soon upon it.

Ziko tossed her feet forward and out from under herself, laying flat and sliding beneath the walking tub with an excited "WHEEEEEEEEEEE!" Like the others, she quickly recovered and resumed running. The train station would be somewhat close by now, but still oh so far away. She was suddenly struck by an idea.

"OH OH OH GUYS LOOK WHAT I LEARNED THIS SUMMER!"

Without waiting for them to question, she cast her latest Teleportation spell on all in her company. The group that had been running appeared at the base of the train station's stairs, far enough away to not even see the wasps any more.

"Tadaaaaa!"

{Mizu .:. Twilight Town .:. Streets >> Station}

As soon as she registered where she was after the teleport, Mizu skidded to a halt, lost her balance, flailed a little bit, and landed on her rump. Immediately, she bursted out laughing her head off, not even bothering to stand.

"That was awesome!" she exclaimed, wrapping her arms around her knees. "Let's do it again!"

"Can we leave out the wasps next time?" Chip asked as he hopped down from Mizu's shoulder. He dusted himself off and straightened his little jacket, glaring at Mizu as if the entire ordeal had been her idea. Dale, of course, had joined Mizu in the crazy giggling, and only laughed harder when he saw Chip's expression.

[Ayden: Twilight Town ~ Streets > Station]

From within the pungent cloud came the tapping sound of porcelain as the legged bathtub strolled out of the green mist back towards the train station. Ayden and the galiants sat slumped and dazed at the bottom of the tub, periodically coughing. At least the wasp that had inadvertently caused the premature stinky bomb explosion lay dead at their feet.

Tub walked through the station door and came to a stop infront of Ferven and Mizu and with a groan Ayden pulled himself over the porcelain edge and landed with a quiet thump on the floor infront of his schoolmates and their galiants.

"Oh hey guys, how're we all doing today?" he asked, as he lay on his back looking up at the two, with a weak but noticeable grin.

{Zack .:. Land of Departure .:. Dining Hall}

"You sure?" Timon asked, poking his head out from behind Zack's biceps and peering at Kovu distrustingly. "'Cause ya sure look like Scar."

"You wanna argue with those teeth?" Zack retorted, though he was much calmer than his Galiant was. "Be my guest. Personally, I think if he says his name's Kovu, it probably is. Is that just me?" Zack looked around at the others gathered at the table, looking for support. "Anyway, please don't eat my Galiant, Kovu. He's annoying, sure, but he at least folds my laundry, so I gotta keep him around." He grinned, inviting the lion to share in the joke at Timon's expense.



{Mizu .:. Twilight Town .:. Station}

Mizu looked around as she heard the tub's clanging footsteps approaching, and watched the taller of the quad tumble out of it. She caught a whiff of left-over stink-bomb from them, and immediately coughed, waving a hand in front of her nose to dissipate the stench.

"Oh, we're good, you know," she said. "Just got a little turned around thanks to a few unexpected bakery detours, then chased by wasps for a bit. Pretty exciting morning so far. What happened to you? Someone fart in that thing? You stink!"
