Well, well...it looked like he wasn't the only one with a demonic bundle of tricks up his sleeve. Lilith herself would begin to transform into her true form, horns, tail, and all. But things didn't stop escalating there. Then she had the lady balls to walk up and kiss him, smack-dab on the lips. For someone as old as Amias, the idea of sex and romance was one long lost to centuries past. But getting this kind of attention from a succubus? Well, after feeling the waves of euphoria that seemed to heat up his skin, give him that long-forgotten feeling of light-headedness...well, his switch was on. If she wanted a show, she would get one. Despite the obvious disadvantage they were going to be at very quickly here. As soon as she began walking away, though...she would feel another change. Amias' body seemed to reach some kind of pinnacle. Whether or not she knew what this limit were remained to be seen; with another power-up, Amias had reached the limit of physical potential to most all creatures on Axiom. If she turned around to look, she would also see that black, feathered wings had also sprouted from his back with a rather large span. Of all the forms Amias could take, this was very close to the epitome of his strength; only the true demon transformation trumped this, but the trade-offs were...rather severe.

"So they're using holy magic, huh? Maybe they'll be able to clean this blood up off my armor then." He teased, knowing fully well that both of them were in some degree of danger now that holy magic had been brought into the mix. As the humans trooped out, carrying their little holy blades and their staffs, Amias would only let a dark chuckle escape his lips before something truly frightening transpired. "You want to fight a real demon, huh? You want to purge us and secure victory for your precious angels? Well then...let me show you what a REAL demon looks like, so that you can learn despair well before you reach the deepest, fieriest pits of hell." In that moment, his energy would seem to skyrocket, to levels that no other creature of Axiom had attained before. A pure evil, malignant aura would overtake his entire body, his eyes glowing red amidst the malicious, pitch-black evil that now surrounded him. Everything about his person now radiated the most vicious kind of power. Everything about his person told these filthy humans to VAKK ANTHA. The energy he gave off was now much higher than a sage, closer to a Sage-rank Red. Though it may have deceived Lilith for a second or two, she would quickly realize that this was merely a deception; one of Amias' pagan abilities that happened to be superbly effective on humans, holy magic or not.

In fact, it was frightening enough that the mere human peasants even began to whimper in the crowd of fighters that now stood before them. A few of them stood strong, though, instructing their kinsmen that the only way to destroy the two was to use a concentrated, holy attack together. The supposed leader of the group held up a book that made Amias' would be blood boil. Amidst his throwing curses at them verbally for using the damn thing, the amount of holy magic these humans were gathering among themselves was...formidable. Perhaps even enough to wipe both of them off the face of the mountain if they weren't careful. Similarly to the Nephilim Amias had faced the last time, these humans were armed with a few copies of the Abramelin Index, one of the more potent amplifiers of holy power.

"How the ******** does everyone and their mother keep getting this book? Last I checked, only one of them existed...?" Amias mumbled angrily to his cohort before stepping up to her side, still appearing to the humans as something literally pulled from the higher ranks of hell. "Either way...this is on a whole other level from the magic you felt when I was fighting that Nephilim last time. Of course...it's also a benefit for you. You also get to see how I survived it last time." There wasn't much more time for chatter, however; the humans were congregating and focusing their energy as one entity. This had escalated to a level of danger that he wouldn't have forseen fighting humans. But--with his vision as a Diabolus--he noticed something else. Two streams of energy were trailing into the congregation of energy the humans were amassing. These streams were far more concentrated in their holy attribute, and were powering a large portion of the attack they were about to use. Once again, Gettera town was hosting a couple of those ever-so-trusty Nephilim, it seemed.

"We've got Nephilim here, somewhere in the town. If we don't kill them, these goons are going to keep coming with holy armaments. I suggest we hunt them down and end this after we deal with this crowd of unfriendlies." No more time for chatter. As their energy began to reach its peak, Amias began channeling energy of his own. Soon, Lilith would see the familiar, smoky energy taking shape around their feet, keeping it subtle so the humans wouldn't call off their attack.

And so, the humans, in unison; "Evisca ontem, totalem enta dom verash. Betran osit venam oclus lira tovinis evisca...TOTALEM WEI LASCEREA!" From their combined power, a holy beam of light erupted from the skies above upon the pair, boasting the power to wipe even a large portion of the mountain off the face of the plane. It was at this moment that Amias' energy flared as well, and a sphere of Lyr would take shape around them. The two could watch as the holy energy moved entirely around their sphere, obliterating the ground around them in a freakishly large radius. In fact, this one-sided attack had destroyed not only a vast majority of Gettera town, but a large part of the mountain itself. The road Amias and Lilith had taken to get up here--and the fortifications--was completely wiped from existence. A formidable attack, to be sure. And had they been hit, both of them would have been eradicated without a second thought.

After the attack cleared, the two were standing on a pillar of rock, descending far into the depths of the earth. A two hundred foot radius around them was simply dust now, leaving the humans at the other end. Faces of shock and awe were present, seeing as how the most unholy lord of hell had had just withstood the holiest attack they'd ever seen and survived without a scratch. With a coy grin, Amias turned to Lilith and said, "I did my part this round. Your turn to burn their dicks off."

                                                            • Glory To Me
Pagans are very... noble. They have the air of a King or Queen about them; even a divine. This comes from this particular ability. 'Glory To Me' is a mental allure that they constantly release from their vessel, similar to an Incubi's seduction, but weaker. Rather than seducing people, this ability fools their mind. It can make them see things that aren't real. In fact, they can even feel these things. This ability is literally impossible to ignore or break out of, but it serves little benefit other than prestige. A Pagan will often use this power to make themselves appear divine; the sun will rise behind them, their clothing will flow and shine with the breeze, they'll just seem so... God-like. They can even change their appearance using this, although it's a temporary thing. This ability can have some uses in battle, though. For example, if a Pagan is to cast a shadow over themselves, it'd make them harder to see. If they make the sun shine behind them, they can make their enemy flinch away from the overbearing light. They can also fool enemies into thinking they've struck a shield or something like that, although that sort of manipulation over reality is something that only Pagans who focus on this type of power can do.

                                                            • The Sight
Just like their counterpart the Diabolus can read the auras about them and see things for what they are. This allows them to pinpoint an opponent's energy level(rank), along with the ability to naturally see energy.

                                                            • The Mark of the Devil
Each of the Diabolus bloodline maintains the "Mark of the Devil" which signifies their resemblance to their Satanic bloodline. These things are something which cannot simply be ignore and each little trait grants the Diabolus a little gift of a sort. It is a shame that they are born within no more or no less than two traits.
Claws/Talons - They fingernails maintain a fixed length of two inches. They are more like hardened, black, obsidian claws than fingernails and can tear through flesh like paper.
Fangs - Their canines, both top and bottom, are significantly noticeable to the point of which they protrude from the lip. These fangs maintain a certain gland which fills with the blood of the Diabolus and can spew it in a mass stream of acidic black blood to naturally defend.
Horns - To put it simply the horns are a strong asset and maintain an entire move set for their soul capabilities. The strength of the horns, upon birth, are equivalent to strength of a C-Ranked material. With each rank they grow til they cannot. (ex. Trainee=C, Novice=B, Adept=A, Expert=S, Master=SS, Sage=SSS)
Tail - Like the horns it is an asset which can maintain an entire skill-set to itself. It works on the same exact system as the Horns do except with speed. It has, essentially, a boost of +2spd. on its own attacks.

Another change in Amias; chills ran down her body at the sudden influx of power. For a fleeting moment Lilith bought into it, but she saw behind the curtain. Her lips curled into a smirk as energy swirled around her body and altered her as well. Just how her counterpart had made the humans believe him to be much more powerful than he was, Lilith was doing the same. A horrid energy surrounded her body and began to make alterations, turning the beautiful succubus into something wicked and evil. The heightened level of panic felt from around the town brought a bubble of laughter to the surface. She was having a hard time containing herself, this was just so much fun. Amias' suden rage at seeing the book only made the she-devil more excitable. Perhaps she should have been more concerned with what they were doing but when you could literally blink away from the most terrible situations in an instant it was hard to take these things seriously. Instead she watched as the humans chanted their little words of power and focused on gathering enough energy to try and wipe the demons off the face of the third plane. She angled her head to the side and watched Amias, wanting to make sure she didn't miss his little trick this time around.

Lilith nodded her head at the information on the nephilim. They would be found and they would be reduced to nothing just like these humans should they decide to remain and try to take the two on. She tracked the beams of light into the sky, her dark eyes gazing upward and waiting to see what would happen. It was rare that she put her life into someone else's hands, but Amias seemed much more than capable this time around. An inkling of what was happening crawled through her mind when Lilith felt the energy surrounding them. It had that same feel that Amias did; nothing. "Lyr." She spoke quietly, recognizing the vaporous mass of grey from their fight against Amala. Her curiosity was skyrocketing. There was plenty of information about pagans tohugh each was uniquely different from the last. This lyr was Amias' power and it seemed so very duplicitious to the succubus. The uses felt infinite. She had watched him continuously bring cannonballs in and out of their plane, teleport distances or rather close distances between himself and his target and completely disappear objects. The Pagan God of Nothing was making sense to her now. The crack in the clouds brought her back to reality just in time to see the descent of light. She couldn't help but avert her eyes, holy magic was always so annoyingly bright. Some of the most intense vibrations she had ever felt ran through her legs at the impact of the magic and not a single thing could be seen around her. There was simply too much dust and debris to even get a glimpse. But Lilith had an idea. It felt as if they were separate from the rest of the land because she could barely get a read on it. When the dust settled the damage was clear. A cry of collective anguish went up in the air when the humans saw that not only were the demons still standing, but they were completely unscathed. At Amias' words Lilith licked her lips seductively. "It will be my pleasure." She stepped forward to the end of the earthen column they were on and let her energy flow free around her body. Amias would feel the air singe and heat up and see the coils of smoke rolling off her body. A disturbance in the crowd of humans revealed the nephilim that had been aiding them. With their voices augmented by some magical means they shouted to the two demons. "Demons! How dare you show your wretched faces! We will not give in to your unholy Lord's will! Michael shall return and you will be judged! Vangelism shall last forev-" While the halflings had been busy ranting and raving in angelica, which Lilith had recently brushed up on, the succubus had opened her palm and built up a very small fire ball. It was about the size of a golf ball. She pointed her hand forward and launched it forward. Lilith grabbed Amias by the arm and stepped backward into a dimension door she had created. In the blink of an eye they were a safe distance away to watch the show. Just at the height of the preaching the ball made contact. The explosion was ungodly. At first there was no sound, no nothing. The skies lit up and a gigantic wave of air blast past them. A great mushroom cloud of ash pushed into the sky and then the sound came. The noise was so loud the mountains shook with its power. "I really hate preachers." Lilith said as the smoke cleared. In its wake there was...nothing. Absolutely nothing. The breeze had picked up the ashes and Gettera Town was now the site of utter devastation. Whatever hadn't been destroyed by the human's holy attack had been leveled and obliterated by Lilith's fireball. The succubus closed her eyes and hummed in momentary pleasure, it was so quiet now. Amias and Lilith were the only two living beings for miles around. Just as Zacariah had commanded they had done. Humans, Vangelists, Angels; they had no place in this plane any longer.

              • Extremely seductive. Like Incubi, you possess the ability to instantly seduce others as long as they're two ranks below you. It's said that this becomes possible only due to their astounding beauty, but that is only a supplement. The Succubi are indeed far more beautiful than all other races, but their seduction lies in the magical energy they are born with. This energy flows around them and into the air like cells into a vein, bewitching any they seek.

              • Lilith has developed the ability to detect the emotional state of the people near her and manipulate her succubus aura to merely make people around her feel very wanting of the more pleasurable acts. They become lascivious ratchet hoes, making it easier for Lilith to seduce people. This makes it so people one rank under Lillith are instantly seduced. If the opponent thinks they will be harmed the aura is broken. If Lilith tries to kill the target they are snapped out of it as well.

              • Arcane Arts: Her magic spells are quite devastating should one hit you. (+1 rank to magic)

              • Ability to manifest certain aspects of the demon at will. They can extend wings, sharp fingernails, as well as horns when they please.

              • Detect Magic
The user can detect magic. This means when others cast spells, or emanate high amounts of energy, you can see their aura. This also means you can detect magic in an area, meaning if an area has something magical about it, you can feel it. At higher ranks, you can determine the source in an area.

              • Vibration Sensory
A useful skill, the user channels energy into their feet to sense vibrations on the ground. As long as their feet is on the ground, a user can sense where an enemy is if they are earth bound within 50ft for five posts. This skill becomes passive once the user is Adept Rank.

Her observation of his skills, the spark of comprehension as it crossed her face left Amias only sighing with relief. The last time he'd tried actually explaining his abilities to someone, they had simply walked out of the room about five minutes into their chat, shaking their head in utter disarray. For once, the Pagan was glad to see that someone was able to comprehend the broad scope of his abilities simply by watching him perform them for a long enough period of time. However, even with this revelation in progress, it became painfully clear that their mission still wasn't over; amid the chaos and confusion caused by their sudden 'demon transformations', the nephilim duo had revealed themselves, starting off with a very Axiom-esque social justice warrior introduction, about how Michael would rule over all once again. Blah, blah, yaddah, yaddah. After listening to them flap their gums for a little while, the man was relieved to see Lilith already in the process of disposing of their unwelcome guests. Even moreso when she pulled him into a rift with her, taking him far away so that they could watch the atomic fireworks from a distance. The Pagan hadn't had all that much time to process the small, golf ball-sized sphere of energy she'd launched at them, but he was able to focus on it long enough to know that it were quite the concentrated attack. Seeing this now...this monumentous explosion of power and hellfire...his suspicions were all the more affirmed. Like him, Lilith had escalated to another level in power. Perhaps the gap that stood between them would forever remain there?

But for now, Amias turned to Lilith, placing one arm across her shoulders, the other right at the bottom of her shirt. Slowly raising his hand upward to lift her tank top, his brain was fired up in the moment. Their raucous dance of malice and blood had ignited a spark in the pagan that hadn't been lit in hundreds of years. And while he definitely had the experience to hold his own at any house party...no one had interested him this much in a very long time. A silver-tipped voice leaned in closer to the woman as his hands skirted across her body, sending crashing waves of euphoria to her brain by pressing all the right places. "And here...I was hoping you'd take us somewhere a little more fun. I mean...look at all that blood down there. I'd say, you and I are masters of foreplay." He leaned in closer, gripping her tightly as his lips danced down the side of her neck. More pleasure after bringing that much pain? Hell yeah. [Total: 7992 words]

As long as their had been battles waged there had been the feral rush of ecstacy accompanying victory. Adrenaline coursing through veins, blood pumping at breakneck speeds, the validation of your own power. Taking pelasure from someone was easier than taking someone's life, and much more enjoyable. Death, agony, anguish, pain, torment; these had been plentiful on this day. Lilith herself was a firm believer in a balance between pleasure and pain. Despite bringing those to the humans who had defied Zaariah she was left unfulfilled in a very specific way. Desire demons always had this hunger within them, it never fully went away. With encounters and one night stands they can abate the yearning but never fully rid themselves of it. Not that she would want it to be gone. Moments like these, where Amias was slipping the hands he used to murder up her shirt were the ones she lived for. Her desire burned clearly within her and through her ability she could feel Amias appetite for her. The succubus pressed into Amais and turned her head to give the man more access to her. A slender hand reached up and tangled itself in the pagan's hair, nails unrestricted and allowed to claw and scratch. "It's never been a matter of location for me. All I've never needed is my own two hands. Having you around is just an added bonus." It wasn not a habit of her to allow someone to take control. There had been a single being she had submitted to and it was her Lord. No matter the display of violence and sheer strength that was put on today control would have to be taken from her, never given. As if to exemplify her firm belief in the threshold that must first be fulfilled before she could be, Lilith turned and faced Amias and put one hand, fingers extended downward, just over the waistband of his pants. She began to saunter forward as if crossing the room to her lover. Glazed eyes bore into Amias' and with each step she took her devil's tail flicked back and forth like the pendulum on a clock. Amias would be forced to step backward or fall. With just a mere direction of her thoughts Lilith would bring an unbearable level of salacity over the pagan. This influence was not just her natural demonness talent, this was something she had developed. Her aura had heightened in capacity, and by directly controlling what exactly it was she wanted him to feel Lilith could amplify it. Should she choose, this mania could instantaneously be turned into a paroxysm. Energy seeped forth from her like moisture down a body. The next step they took backward was through a dimension door. The earth would shift to greet them as Lilith urged on a slab of stone to rise. Amias would feel it against his legs and with the woman of desire still advancing upon him be forced to lean against it. Lilith pushed his aside his hands and grasped the neck of his shirt, using it to pull herself onto the slab. With her legs on either side of his waist she straddled him, hips aligned and dangerously close to his own. She dug her claws into the material and pulled at it like a cat, tearing it with little care. Now with Amias exposed to her Lilith leaned forward, allowing herself to press against him. Using those hips that do not lie she slowly rotated them in a small circle, wanting to illicit a reaction. Simultaneously her lips would find the skin of his neck. She would nuzzle into it, merely brushing against him before biting down roughly. An intake of breath accompanied the slightest suction of energy from Amias. Lilith's eyes seemed to glow in that moment, a dull grey matching the color of his inner source. Her stay there was short though, she pulled away and positioned her mouth to hover just over his ear. "This was nothing. In time I'll show this world what it really means to feel the thirst. I will bring them pain, and I will bring them pleasure. I think I'll start with you." The words came out of her mouth like a purr, silken sounds laced with both poison and honey. Slowly she righted herself, arching her back and letting her hands trail down the pagan's chest. It was time to revel in debauchery and hedonism.

Mr. L
--------------------------

In the small town of Gettera, where the townsfolk seemed to be enjoying the sunlight, a small man seemed to be hanging out in the darkness. His purple business suit making him something to stand out, his eyes looking up to scout for people who could assist him in his way of working. His eyes scanned to the left, his eyes scanned to the right, it seemed as though he couldn't find anyone to assist him by tonight. That was until his eyes fell upon one of a duo, eyes widening to the shocking power he could feel coming from this man. Without a moment to lose, he got up and moved from the darkness, pushing some of the beings out of his way to get to the one known as... Amias Nicht. Upon closing the distance, the man had to stop, bending forward as he kept himself up with his hands on his knees as he was panting heavily. He coughed a bit, his white hair strands falling forward to hang before his head before he whipped them back, getting in a deep breathe. His glasses miraculously stayed on him as he stood up straight, smiling at Amias.

Without much more of a wait, he extended a hand out to Amias, ignoring the woman at his side as he grinned at him. "Pleasure to meet you sir, my name is Mr. L.... I need your assistance with something." He told him as he was a tad 'excited' to be before someone with immense power, a MAN of immense power. But he knew that the rest might need more help than just this one man as he soon moved over to place an arm around Amias as he began to speak and walk to try and lead Amias away from the woman. "It's of something of big importance, namely, trying to disarm an enemy nation's most destructive weapon. I know it sounds a bit sketchy, but I promise you, you're gonna be of some great use to me! But I need to make sure you're fully up to the task so I'm gonna need you to run a few errands for me that will help prepare the weapon's disarming." The man was speaking fast, almost a blur, in demonica, in hopes that this man would speak, if anything he could speak it again in common just to ensure this man would help him out with his task. "For the latter stuff, the weapon disarming I mean, you're gonna need some more power, so I would suggest asking for someone to come and help just in case. So if possible, after you finish your errand tasks, go ahead and try to find someone, as strong as you are, to assist you in finishing this task."

This man...was very lucky that he hadn't shown his face even five minutes earlier, lest he would have walked in on the very last of Lilith and Amias doing the quadruple leg meat twister. Be that as it may, the man was greeted with a much more polite demeanor from Amias than he would have received normally. Though his request seemed a bit outlandish, Amias had become quite bored in his old age, and rarely turned down a job nowadays. Be that as it may, Mr. L's proposal was indeed a bit...sketchy. Amias turned to Lilith and whispered in her ear, "We'll have to continue this later...I don't think we were quite done showing each other our bags of tricks, eh?" When the man wrapped his arm around Amias, the Pagan couldn't help but feel a little sorry for the man. The shoulders he touched had spent the past five hours being violated in the absolute best of ways...and he was just touching it. Like eww.

As the man led him forward, he explained further his request. To disarm a weapon, he would need to perform a series of tasks to prove his worth. Alright. So a typical businessman approach into this. A probational period to make sure that the goods he purchased were quality. Not anything overly stipulating. Naturally, Amias had heard creatures speak demonica for at least six centuries now, so even a quick talker like Mr. L was easily understood. "I have someone in mind who could probably use a good workout. Once we finish the errands, please send for one of Nocturne's captains, Brydent. Being cooped up with Zachariah is probably somewhat...difficult for him, so getting out and about on a formal request might touch him in the right way. Buff his ego enough to help, if you know what I mean." Another thing he found funny was that the two of them were walking through a decimated town, littered with blood, organs, and the bodies of humans strewn about in what appeared to have been a beautiful, macabre slaughterfest. Lilith and Amias' foreplay, but this man need not know that.

                                                            • Three Wishes
Up to three times per fight, the djinn may manipulate the force around an attack to redirect it for two ranks less in energy. This can only be done on skills of one rank higher than them. This is an extremely powerful passive of the djinn, an intelligent djinn capable of using it to largely make up for their vulnerability to ranged magic. It can also help to leave an enemy open in close-quarters combat.

                                                            • Mind Games
The djinn have a permanent 'force' around their skin that will reduce incoming damage by a rank (excluding holy and unholy magic). This puts them on the same level of base defensibility as a werewolf, although they can't regenerate, so...
At adept rank, this force can become amplified by the djinn's mind, psychomanually controlling the level of force in the layer of magic. They can apply energy to it to block all manner of attacks, meaning they don't really have to learn defensive abilities. It is really no more potent than any other defense of its rank, though.

Mr. L
--------------------------

Mr. L couldn't care less if he had chosen his product from the sewers, so long as they were good products, he'd buy them on the spot. He continued to walk the man towards the town's entrance, as he listened to Amias respond to him pretty easily. He just smiled and nodded as Amias, this disarming of a weapon was very important, and he had to make sure the man can help with preparing the equipment. Amias began to talk about his potential partner in this mission as he nodded a few times. "That works for me in my favor. A captain and someone of equal power should be good enough to get this working. Zachariah eh? That kind of man doesn't enjoy my type of company nearby so I'm gonna need you to go and tell Brydent about your help after you finish your tasks. I want to make sure my help is of the upmost helpful in this serious situation!" He responded as he began to walk through the town's gate before he turned around and pointed a finger at him. "Please be sure to let him know that it is an Aramilian weapon we're aiming to disarm. But for now, your tasks. I need you to bring to me three talismans." He approached the young man with three slips of Paper, handing them to him to try and make sure he took them. "Your three have to be created by one of each being. First we need a blood signature from any kind of unholy creature nearby, be it succubus, humonculus, etc. Kill them, get the blood, I don't care how you do it just get some blood on the paper and write it in demonica to represent what they are. Then I need you to find me some dark elf and get them to write on their slip of paper in their native tongue. Knowing them they might be difficult, so just torture one until they do it. Also, the words have to be all a single spell, known for destruction. So yeah, simple things. Then we need a pagan's tears to write the final one. Don't ask me why it's their tears it just helps, okay?" With that, he backed up and placed an index finger on his own lip, trying to think before he clapped his hands. "Try to make sure there isn't much blood spilled on the grounds, I like all the talismans, except for the demonica one, to be blood free. Anyways, another thing... if you do get the three talismans then I need you to get Brydent or whatever to bring me the horns of a diabolus, or even just a fragment of them, I do not care.... and the slime of a slime girl. Should be easy enough if I'm right." He told Amias in almost a blur of phrase as he was backing away, hoping Amias would be ready to get going.

Of all the requests that had ever been made of the Pagan, this one may have just taken the cake as the strangest of all. However, his demands weren't entirely...unbearable. After taking the slips of paper, Amias noted that each was numbered. In order of each request that he made. In other words, the only paper that could get blood on it was the first slip. "If we're doing these in numerical order, then you won't mind me storing the other ones until we need them?" Without waiting for an answer--as it would hardly matter either way so long as the job were done successfully--Amias placed the latter two pieces into his coat pocket. If Mr.L were to try and find them, he would see absolutely nothing inside of the fabric. Amias was a tricky fellow indeed.

"So our first quarry is a creature of demonic descent, eh? Being that we're in nocturne, that won't be too hard to fulfill. If you're looking for the quickest route possible, I would suggest that we pick off one of the succubus in the Red Light District. Not only would that help my lady friend secure more of the district for her own business, but it would also prove an easier kill. Most of the succubus are so drunk in their business and money that they wouldn't catch on to an assassination attempt until it were too late. But that's just my suggestion. We'll go where you please." Other than that, Amias waited. Perhaps Mr. L would find the blood of a succubus to be appeasing enough for him?

Mr. L
--------------------------

Mr. L looked to Amias as Mr. L had his back turned as he chuckled a bit when the man was looking at the papers. "Indeed we are, and I do not mind one bit. Please make sure that they are kept safe and not scrunched up." Mr. L responded as they exited the town as Amias began to speak again as Mr. L listened intently. However, the word kill automatically put Mr. K off as he sighed softly before shaking his head. "I told you already sir, I would like to keep the blood spilling down to a minimum. Besides.... I said they have to sign it willingly.... meaning that death would complicate things." Mr. L responded as he looked down the streets before he turned to Mr. Amias once again. "But we will be needing to stop by the Red lights district, seeing as how the captain is in Luimira." Mr. L told the man as he began to head off for the train station, his white hair going back due to the wind of Nocturne. It was a nice day for the man and with his plans, it was going to be better. They needed to get to the train station first, since he enjoyed the travel by train. "Come along now sir, we should be getting to the district quickly if we want that weapon disarmed." The man shouted to Amias.

"I'll make this as bloodless as you'd like. Either way...we'll get this done as quickly as possible. I'll make sure of that." Instead of dilly-dallying on some of the other strange wittycisms the man seemed to make, Amias only followed the businessman to their next destination; the train station. From there, it was likely that they would travel to Nocturne and get the blood of this succubus that they were so intent on seeking.

                                                                    ""

Gettera town had once been the site of a quite large purging. One of the most heinous of Zachariah's transgressions against the third plane's non Vaetian population. Here had been a town full of life once. In the new light of day, which was to be a symbol of life and hope for Vangelists, they had been claimed cut down. Never had the people here seen something so dark. On her way to Lumira, Maria had made sure to stop here first, to the rebuilt town of Gettera. By the time her business in Nocturne had concluded, what she was about to do would more than likely be seen as an act of kindness to the nation. You see when the town was cleared of humans it was filled by the horde of lesser demons under Zachariah. It was macabre, and it was disgusting now. The once peaceful town had descended into madness. There would be no justice here, not until someone gave it some. Kal looked down on the city from high up in the mountains overlooking the city. She was flanked on either side by large creatures, burrowing, spreading the grey mass that she claimed as her territory. The mothers, high amounts of them, knew their duty to the queen. As for her, her carapace was active, her eyes glowing as she radiated power, pure and raw, seeking vengence for not one, but two cities. She closed her eyes and felt the pure ecstacy that came from creating her children.

It would not be long now.

A few hours passed and it fell dark upon the city of Gettera. The noise level rose as the night owls came out to play. Taverns and Pubs lit up, the streets livened up as the demons and Vaetians danced about on their stolen land. They were none the wiser to what was to start. They sang and they ******** as they always did. For them, life was easy and simple. Their dues were paid, what more had they to worry about until the offensive against Kranilla was launched. But something was off at the wall at the edge of the city where the old walls still stood to keep out northern monsters. They stood now only because the work to bring them down would be worthless, and because anything not inside wouldn't come to it anyway. It remained unmanned, and not well maintained, but it was a wall. Behind it was a path leading north into the mountains where dragons and trolls lived. it was a dark path not many even knew the destination of. Today, unlike the months prior, something had come walking from down that path. It walked until it was close and a fairhair, with her acute senses, could hear it's steps. She went to investigate alone, looking with keen eyes to see a white eyed shambling human was coming. She scoffed and leaped over the wall, landing a ways away and drawing a handaxe to kill the zombie. She cared not where from it wandered, and was eager to be back to her night of debauchery. She took aim and threw it, and sure enough it embedded itself inside the skull of her target, felling him. She turned to leap back over the wall of spiked wood, but something caught her senses. She turned back to see glowing white eyes in the darkness. She narrowed her eyes as she heard rapid steps being taken towards her. With a gasp she realized a horde was coming. She was back over that wall in seconds, almost too late as tens, no hundreds of them began thrashing at the wall. Their wails echoed, bringing the inhabitants of the town to their feet. They gathered themselves in a fast response, sending in the dreadnoughts first, their tough carapaces more than a match for a horde. Orders were barked from officers as the "civillians" gathered on rooftops. Really they were just underestimating what was coming their way. Majorly. The biting cold would sting at the vampires, the incu/succubi, even the dreadnoughts. But what it wouldn't affect were the zombies and fairhairs. As the wall weakened the dreadnoughts all gathered shields and spears, the thirty or so aiming to end this quickly. Gunmen took aim on roofs, prepared to support the men as well. Atop the mountain, Maria laughed at the meager force gathered. Of the thousands of them, they assembled maybe three hundred on short notice and called it a response. She was so glad they thought so highly of themselves; it would make their shocked corpses all the more amusing.

The walls came down finally, and the horde poured through. Hundreds of the dead, familiar faces sprinted forward. The spears stabbed into them, but they just rammed into the shields anyway, restricting attacks, but the line held and for a second they seemed to be holding them back. From the line, a dreadnought bashed his shield into the body of one, followed by a slash with his spear, freeing the innards of a zombie. The two of them hit the ground hard as he turned to his left and delivered a headbutt that broke the jaw of another. He was staggered but a second, before he lunged forward and grabbed at his shield. he quickly wrestled it off and heroically kicked him into his cohorts, knocking them all over. He breathed heavily, his breath visible in the brittle cold as he watched the zombies all get up and looked at him angrily. Among the gunshots their moans seemed to harmonize as they all ran back in again. He fought them as hard as he could, but this time he made a single, slight error, and he was knocked off balance as they bullrushed him. It took a bit of time, but this became the story of the line. They could knock them back and arround, use their carapace effectively but they couldn't keep the horde back.

Marksmen had to reload eventually, as they blew skulls away, and Maria willed the horde, which continued to grow from inside the wall now, to attack them. They ran and leaped, climbing the buildings quickly. They chased untiringly through the city streets and along the rooftops. The forces put up a hell of a fight, this cannot be denied. They weren't well prepared, however, so they were losing people fast. Eventually they started to gain back ground as magic began to be more wildly employed along with more powerful weapons. Maria lifted her hands, allowing her full power to be felt throughout the town. The horde, about a third of the way to maximum power, screeched and looked up to her. Finally the people could see her, or rather her glowing figure far up. The zombies turned back and, to the surprise of the people, more began to rise, breaking the ground and crawling out like, well, zombies tend to. In addition, a much larger one, an aberration, clawed his way free of the ground slowly, making it rumble as it's large arm broke free, gasping at a dreadnought and crushing it in his hand, causing it massive pain. As he climbed his way out of the ground he slammed down his jaws upon it's upperbody. He tossed the corpse away and began wreaking utter havoc on the area, ramming down buildings using a street light. Each swing sent zombies flying all around, but it also made organizing hard for the militia defending the town... which was made of everyone by this point. Their deaths had slowed down but things were not getting easier as a new player was factored into the battle. 200 skeletons outfitted with axes swords and maces joined the ranks with dark purple flames in their eyes. They met the toughest of the enemies with their weapons in groups, aiming to overwhelm and kill them. They, oddly, were stronger than the hundreds of zombies, and made their job all the more easy. Fires broke out as chaos reigned through Gettera. The horde showed no signs of falling as another few abberations rose from the ground as well. Soon only the experienced warriors were left, and they began systematically killing the horde. The aberrations, big and strong as they were, were not indestructible and they too began to fall. Maria seemed unphased as the time drew near. In her last attempt to clear the pests, fog emitted from every single one of her still fighting army. The fog would be especially annoying to anything that couldn't regenerate as it caused them to rot away slowly.

The process took a few hours but soon the horde had been quelled mostly, the skeletons crushed, the aberrations taken down. Maria was pleased to see only a few hundred left. They seemed to be frantic, small celebrations taken as the last of the lumbering giants fell and the fog cleared. Maria's wings buzzed suddenly as she flew down towards them with an impassive look. She landed ahead of them, her four spider limbs, second set of arms, and tail all docile for now. They barked curses and laughter at the lone woman, and she merely smiled. The ground began to rumble as they took aim at her and prepared to fire. The ground turned grey and murky all around suddenly, which halted their assault. Maria hissed as she went into a low stance, almost on all fours as her tail pointed at them, her spider limbs puncturing the ground and her lower arms holding onto the skull of Devrin, her channeling object. The ground all around tore open as Liches wailed and then burst into swarms of roaches. From the holes, basilisks and mutalisks soared. Roaches also leaped free, sprinting forward and spewing acid. The horde merely preluded her Swarm's creation. Pity they wasted so much energy. Maria joined her true children as they attacked en mass. Hydralisks and Ultralisks claimed the tougher ones, and the acid took down the fairhairs who had largely went without consequence. The only option became clear to them: they would either run or be slain. They ran for the water, some making it to the boats and some not. It mattered not, as the roaches and basilisks would not let up, not even for a second. The ones that managed to get free of port would find out the range on her bombarders, and it was quite far. She laughed and laughed as she severed the head of the last of the town's forces. She held it, proud of her work, reveling in his still twitching eye and the blood pooling all around. The swarm would begin to feed upon all of the corpses around as Maria simply took wing with a triumphant look in her eyes.

Aurelia met Daiman there, moving a tad bit faster than her companion. She was aware of the massacre the Swarm Queen had enacted here. The town barely had been regrouping when Narathos began to put down his reigns and inspire anarchy. Aurelia crossed her arms as she waited, and when Daimen arrived she'd already be holding a minigun, way too big for one hand but somehow still only supported by her left arm. In her right hand an embroidered shotgun. "Welcome to the ghost town, Damien. The Valkyries have evidently been using this place as a hideout. The people here dont know their a** from their elbow so they won't be of any use. Mostly they'll be in the way. Intel says their's two of them, but as you know the chain of command is in disarray. Lots of bickering and inner struggle. Watch my back and I'll watch yours," Maria said as she began to walk through the little market town, ignoring the rotting fruit and insects in the bizarre. She didnt even see any of the little starving boys or the crazy man swinging at nothing. Her foot crushed something she didn't care to look and see. It was a skull. If the Valkyries had hidden here that was just another reason for Aurelia to hate them: poor taste in Headquarters. Honestly it made sense, which ticked Aurelia even more as her eyes darted left and right. "I hate this place," she said as she lazily held her weapons in either hand.

TABTAB Damian surveyed the area for a moment and took in the air of destitution. It actually made sense to camp in this location. It was a place that warranted no attention, so how they attracted such was a mystery to be investigated at a later time. He himself looked much less equipped than the gun-toting woman beside him, a mistake Leetha would make sure to punish anyone who attacked him for. He raised an eyebrow at her words, but said nothing. He knew it had nothing to do with trust, but to be able to rely on someone you had just met seemed... Odd. In any case, he walked forward slightly. "Could smoke them out."

Looking down at their two targets from the shadows of one of the many branching paths in the city, the two Valkyrie looked towards each other, nodding in understanding that they would need to engage this on their terms if they were to win against the two. The Templar trained Valkyrie engaged her Aura of Hope, knowing that they would need it with the amount of evil energy rolling off the two in waves. With that done the Grand Master trained Valkyrie channeled a decent amount of energy into her legs, preparing to engage the two. Channeling energy into their bodies the two Valkyrie began to fly into the air, launching high up into the sky before looking down in preparation. Dashing forward the Grand Master engaged the female, whilst the Templar engaged the male, hoping that the offense one would be the scarier looking male.

Templar Valkyrie
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Launching down at the evil man the Templar instantly cast it's aura into the mans mind, causing him to remember all the evil he'd done, no matter how small or insignificant. As this happened a shield of pure light formed around it's left arm, shining with a blinding light that would most likely irritate anyone's eyes looking at or near it. "Your evil reeks, allow me to cleanse it." With that said it shot forward, a longsword made of pure holy energy forming in it's hand before slashing in a downward arc, whilst simultaneously bringing it's shield up to shine directly into the mans eyes in hopes of blinding him. If the slash or blind should hit the Valkyrie would press it's advantage forward, pulling the sword back as if grinding into the flesh before plunging it forward near the mans lower left abdomen, knowing that it would inflict the most damage for least amount of effort expended. With those two attacks down it would wait patiently, stepping back out of the mans reach whilst keeping its eye trained directly on him, watching for any sudden movements or attacks.

Grand Master Valkyrie
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Whilst it's comrade attacked the man the Grand Master engaged the female, hoping to end it's fight fast to aid it's ally before it was too late. With that in mind it's enhanced body launched forward towards her, drawing it's Jian fluidly before beginning it's attack. It would immediately begin spinning it's body to gather momentum before slashing at the peak of each spin, bringing the blade into an upwards slash from below each time. It was a disorienting attack for the user and potentially the enemy but it was effective, allowing them to attack many times in rapid succession. After performing it's five spinning attacks the Grand Master spun on it's heel once more, this time hoping to launch into the womans blindspot to attack again. The moment it approached her side the Valkyrie reached behind it to grab the Broadsword form it's back, launching it out with a powerful swing at the woman's side, causing a large and rather powerful tornado to erupt around it, engulfing the two of them in it's winds. Should the woman not escape in time the tornado would rapidly begin to slash and damage every part of her caught in it, whilst also suffering the damage of the quick and precise slashes being done from within by the Grand Master.

Aurelia saw them as they rose into the air, the ornery bastards. She licked her lips in preparation of what was to come. She hadn't gone full out in a while, and now was an appropriate time to go pretty hard. She reacted just when the grandmaster moved, activating the 5 D's to increase her speed as she hopped onto her ally and bounched off of him. She rolled at a high speed through the air, backwards about 30 feet with a spell of her blood ready. An electromagnetic pulse bursted from her body about halfway to her destination, threatening to hit the Grandmaster on his way down to Damian as well as the Templar bearing down on him. If they couldn't stop the burst from hitting them all, then they'd be rooted to the magnetic field of axiom and rendered unable to move from their spots. Since her aggressor had come down in such a fast way, she doubted he'd be able to actually move. She quickly traded out her minigun, which fell back through a blue hole in the world, and removed her shotgun. With one arm she fired a heavy slug at her target, the grandmaster. If it were to hit, in addition to the S ranked damage he'd immediately have all of the metal in the thread begin attracting towards him. Finally, she aimed her rocket launcher towards the sky and firing a fairly large missile directly up into the aire
