"No... I'm not lost yet..." Chris said with a bit of a laugh as he made his way over toward Xander "and I think I found just about all that we were looking for.." he smiled "even some glow stick necklaces and bracelets... they were over in the clearance bin..."

Sunray Tristram Catori smiled a little. "I'm Catori...or just Cat for short." She tugged at one of her curls then let it go so it didn't look like she was fidgetting. "New? I suppose that explains why I've never seen you around before. But, then again, I don't get out much." Her smiled faultered some as she shrugged and took another bite of her pizza. Quinn tipped his head at an odd thought. "I've... heard that before. And dont' worry, I get out to much I think"/harhar.. mad P: oh that was lame/ silence passed for a moment while he nervously took a few bits from his burger, trying to think up what to talk about. /well this is a great start... bah, at least there haven't been any house arguments yet.../ he conciled himself. "Umm... so... what brings you to this 'ever so wonderful creation of urban suberbia'?"

"Well I'm glad you didn't get toppled or mauled by a group of kids trying to get cheapie trinkets." Xander smiled and hugged Chris's arm. For a moment he wondered if he was being too touchy feely but he banished the thought. If Chris didn't like it he'd say so. He was upfront about everything else.
"I think that's all we'll need then, cause they've got glow sticks here too. Go us!" Xander smirked.

Chris let out a laugh and smiled "Let's go pay then.." he said, taking hold of Xander's hand once more as he started toward the cashier.

The light haired boy could only smile and squeezed the hand that held his. He could feel himself practically floating off the ground and had to strain to keep from giggling at his luck for finding someone so nice.
"Sounds good to me. Is there anything here you wanna get?"

"Nah... not really..." Chris shook his head. As they reached the counter, he sat down the basket and the cheery girl behind the counter began ringing up the items inside it.

Xander picked up one of the declotage when it was rung in and showed ti to Chris, a bit of a blush on his pale features. "Do you think this would look good on me? I was thinking of wearing a mesh shirt to a rave and putting this on my shoulder or maybe near to my heart?"

"I think it'll look good..." Chris smiled. The girl behind the counter called out the total cost once she finished ringing up all of the items.

Xander canted his head to the side slightly and smiled, setting the items into a bag. He passed the cash over to the girl and giggled quietly, putting his head on Chris' shoulder. "Thanks... you should put one on too!"

Xander looked at his watch to check the time, surprise registering on his features. "Wow, you're right... I didn't realize. Time flies when you're having fun right?"
He chuckled, rubbing the back of his neck nervously. Hopefully the girls wouldn't be too upset with him. But then what did the girls matter when he had Chris to hang out with? <3
"Do you want to come back with me then? I know you've already had something to eat but they might have dessert, they've got fruit and veggies there."

Xander nodded and headed for the exit of the mall, trying not to look at the leather emporium as they passed by. "Yeah absolutely! It's a really nice place there too, I'm sure that you'll like it. There's so many kids too... and um... just so you're not surprised the people there are kind different. They're.... furry."

"Somehow that doesn't reallly surprise me.... I already saw a few people with wings and someone with horns while I was wandering around earlier...." Chris said as they made their way out of the mall.

"And since all the friends I've made here have..disappeared..I'm stuck doing actual studying with my brother." She sighed, picking slightly at her pizza's crust. She had finally found someone to care for and he disappeared on her. "Well..how about you? Did you need to get away from school too?"
