Dragain Out of the pit, a purple tentacle rose, a Nautical perched on the end. Did it come in peace...? The "wild" Minipet looked more interested in observing you, your partner and your Minipets than attacking... That was, until it lost its balance and came tumbling down from then tentacle, hitting the sandy floor. It wailed as best it could (it sounded more like an annoying whine) before charging at Quill, head butting it, before fastening itself onto Colette's Minipet. An upset and embarrassed Nautical is now feeding on the minipet's FEAR to make itself feel better. Oh dear... Chase it away before it sucks your Minipet dry! COLETTE: Roll 1 10-sided dice; your minipet is incapacitated (ITS FEAR IS BEING SUCKED AWAY), so the number rolled is the damage you're doing to the Nautical. Quill: Rolling 1 20-sided dice to help! Colette just looked from Quill to Dasher. With Quill's barking and Dasher's pig-like grunting, she didn't know what was going on. "Uh.. shhhh?" She tried to quiet them, hoping they weren't going to start chasing each other or something. That seemed to become the least of her problems once she saw a tentacle pop up with one of those Nautical things on it.
She tried to ignore it, hoping it would just forget about her -- the same method she used with salesmonsters at the Maul kiosks -- but that wail made it obvious it wasn't going to be that easy. Colette watched it slam into Quill, the leash yanking in her hand with the impact, and then latch onto Dasher. "Quill!? Da--"
"Hey!" she shouted at the creature. Her brows furrowed under her bangs as she glared and kicked at the Nautical. The ghoul's hands were occupied enough already with the leashes. "Get off my Reindeer!"
Dasher just failed on the ground and grunted as loud as he possible could at the Nautical, trying to get it the heck off of him.

Instead of doing anything, the nautical seemed to get even stronger, the tentacles gripping even tighter and Ryu gave out a feebled cry before passing out. Why did.... She thought back to when The professor malcom was talking, and when Riley had gotten upset over the tentacles..didn't he mention something about weapons? Her face blanched. Oh jack, he did! Weapons were prohibited! How could she make a mistake like that?! Her weapon disappearing in a instant, she fished out her one FEAR candy and gave it to ryu to revive him. Now..she had to figure out how to get the nautical off of him without her weapon. With a grimace, she did the only thing she could do. She made a grab at the tentacles with her bare hands, and tried to pry them away from her minipet Ryu's HP: 20 ((restored with FEAR candy)) Julius HP: 23 Damage to Enemy: 5 ((FFF I'M SORRY DRAGAIN DD: I completely missed that rp post so I didn't realize v.v))

This was the latter.
Riley reached into her pocket, and dropped the gooey, nastily colorful looking piece of FEAR candy she'd made for Cam, into the poor Cthulhu's rounded mouth. It hadn't been looking very well..

This thing was being incredibly stubborn. Whisper would tell Curse was getting weaker as each moment passed, and it seemed as though she might not be able to do anything. Whisp continued to hit the tentacles, and when that seemed to fail she tried to get her hands in between the two to pry it away.
"Let go of him! Let go Jack damn it!!" She was becoming angry; angry enough to start grinding her teeth and growling. Soon she was going to start biting the damned thing if it didn't cease its actions.

It had been left behind by two ghouls it had accidentally attacked a while ago, and now it is doomed to be forever alone. Always alone, never not alone... Perhaps singing to it will make it feel better so that it'll leave you alone? OOC: Just RP out Gabe and LW singing something to the poor thing. xD Please make it a song about friends or something along those lines to make it feel better! "Um, well..." She paused, tapping a finger thoughtfully against her chin before she smiled, giving a gentle shrug, "If you want to! Like... If you think it'll be easier for you to do this in your natural form, go for it!" She was going to stay in this form though, thank you very much! She really didn't think her spider form was more useful than her humanoid form.
"Either way, let's go," She smiled, taking a hold of Mandy's hand gently as she tugged her forward, letting go almost immediately after; she didn't know how well the drop bear takes to having her hand held, after all, "We're being left behind!"
Meanwhile, Rosenthal decided to fly beside his owner, eying the other Minipet warily.

It was obviously no surprise when Lilith was the first one to notice that there was something trying to eat Glop FEARless. Her eyes lowered and then she stopped suddenly in front of the sloth demon without a worry that he might not notice and bump into her. Not at that pace. She pointed right at Glop and said, "We're not taking that back with us."
Better safe than sorry: she checked the follyjox in her arms just to be sure. She would beat one of those things until the professor has to intervene if one of those things had so much as even touched him. Thankfully, she found nothing so she directed her attention back to her partner's mini pet. "Now listen, we're going to get that off of Glop. If you cooperate, then when we get back to my dorm I'll give you a reward." What would the reward be? Who knew, but the follyjox immediate had hopes of a tall glass and a strong drink. It nodded, and she set it on the ground.
The two of them went to get that nasty thing off of Glop. It was one of the few mini pets that the sloth demon hadn't accidentally killed, it would be a shame for something bad to happen to it here.

Looking around the room at the various pairs being attacked by tentacles and nautilus she shook her head, "Nah, Im faster this way, and that's what we need, yeah?".
Mandy chose not to comment on Lizzys grab and release of her hand, instead just raising an eyebrow at the ghoul and with a shrug starting on the path. "Eh, where not being left behind, just taking a scope of the scene to see what's coming."
Mara during their conversation had scampered up to Mandys shoulder and was now sitting their comfortably, sending a wave at Rosenthal in a belated reply to his greeting and introduction.
