How will you function as an IWC Crew?

I understand the ToS of Gaia and read it enough to see if there are any misconducts or violations that a member is doing~ For example, in the Guild Forum there is one member selling his account items for 500 smart load which is a bannable offense for it violates the Offsite trading rule
And also you have members who are paying gold for Facebook votes, which is really against both Offsite trading and Offsite advertising on Gaia
Why should we hire you? Well you can see that I answered half of this question on the "How will you function as an IWC Crew?"
Another reason is that I am online for atleast 14/5 (around 8AM - 11.59PM) during this summer except for saturdays and sundays since it is family time (but sometimes I am online on weekends)
and I will be online during the normal semesters but expect only around an hour or two per day~
