He was gonna die here. Gamma Eleven knew he was likely going to die now. Grunting as another few blows landed, he managed to choke out, "I c-can't think of anything.....b-but....I d-don't want to die..." God, he sounded almost pathetic. Injured, and knowing he was near his own rope, he knelt to the ground, ceasing attack for the moment being, "I d-don't want to die HERE....not in this...P-place...."

xxxxxGamma Five swung around, right into the fist of Delta Nine. Another swiped at her with equal aggression, but missed. It didn't exactly hurt, but it certainly left a scratch. She looked down for her first aid kit, and was surprised to find everything had just disintegrated. Her gun, as well, was gone. Now Five felt completely vulnerable, especially after getting punched once.
xxxxxAlmost twice.
xxxxxHowever, Zeta Two's voice broke through her dreamlike thoughts. "Take down Delta 9!" she shouted. That's right. They were here to survive. To fight.
xxxxxBut it was odd, this time, she didn't feel compelled to attack anyone. She felt no pull like when she was ordered to walk over to Zeta 2. She moved around a bit and realized that she had the choice, some way or another. She could run away. Gamma Five was determined though. She would win this fight.
xxxxxSo she kicked Delta Nine square in the back when she wasn't looking. It landed pretty squarely too. It was lucky she had such a thick gas mask, because right now Gamma Five was crying silently. She tried to place herself between G11 and his attackers, swinging kicks and punches at thin air in an attempt to make them back off. She aimed a few punches in Thor's general direction, but to no avail. She only hoped it was enough to give G11 a little space. [Weapon: Melee

Delta Nine tamped down the feeling of doubt that was niggling around in the back of her mind. She was going to fight until her last breath. She was going to fight because she wanted to see Theta Seven again. She needed to see Theta Seven again. There was no denying the pull between them. Delta Nine was able to dodge Z2's attack, but she wasn't expecting Gamma 5's attack to be so powerful. When Gamma 5 kicked her square in the back, the breath whooshed out of her lungs in a painful blast. She hunched over, eyes watering, and wheezed loudly enough for Gamma 12 to hear, "Attack Gamma Five! One at a time!" Inhaling deeply (and before any other punches were thrown her way) Delta Nine let loose with a swing that barely connected and one that missed entirely. Man, she really sucked at this crap. Weapon being used: Melee Total damage to self: 0 Total damage to opponent Gamma 5: 1 Total HP value left: 20 HP

Eta VII heard the most recent command, to attack Gamma XI, and turned from her attack on Eta XII. However, the command didn't take full effect, and as she fought it, she swung ineffectually. She didn't come anywhere near either Gamma XI or Eta XII, missing them both entirely.

Under normal circumstances, Gamma 11's speech and Eta XII would have been more than enough to have Before stop attacking altogether. But even with him resisting the command to continue attacking both it occurred to him that if Thor goes down they might turn on Bee next oAo!!! And, well, even if they allied with Thor, Bee > Thor anyday. ANYDAY. :[ with that in mind, Before jumped past Eta XII, angling his body to drive his elbow down and hard onto G11. Letting loose a howl when it impacted against armor, "OH ******** s**t FUNNY BONE, FUNNY BOOOOOOONE!!!" and stumbling away from his opponents.

Given the results of the last few announcements from Dr. H, the fact that he remained silent should have been a good thing. But then again, more commands were failing now, and...was the glow on the red pendants beginning to fade as well? The OOC Rules: PVP is ON - only melee attacks are available Pendants - you may remove them - you may give them away - if you remove them you will lose 10 hp per turn (THAT MEANS YOU SMERD) ~ it also provides your character with a wonderful "I am being burned alive" sensation <3 - from this point on, those who land the killing blow will get first dibs on pendant looting,Command Users - your pendant is connected to only one other person, listed below - any commands issued must be spoken out loud where the other can hear you FEAR Holders: - you pendant is connected to only one other person listed below - when you receive a command, roll 1-6 sided dice in your reply. If you roll a 2 or a 3, the command fails and your character is free to ignore it - If you roll a 1, your pendant turns red, and the command pendant turns blue. This means that your positions have now switched.- you only need to follow verbal commands, your character is not a mind reader, so ambiguous commands are left to interpretation - if you are commanded to attack another player, roll 3-6 sided dice. The first die will determine if the command works or fails.  Red represents those who have a Command pendant, blue represents the FEAR pendant they're connected to. Well hell..Bee was more then willing to kill someone when they were fighting back - or hurting someone she knew. It was much harder when they were kneeling on the ground and begging for their lives. "Listen man..none of us want to die here, but the fact is that you need five pendants for two people to escape and with 10 pendants in play then four people can survive..and I've know Before and Bix a lot longer then I've known you - so while I don't want to kill you...I don't want to kill my friends either and Thor here is with us now too since he got Bix. So I don't know what you expect me to do here..." She told him sadly. "Besides your in awful shape now and they disintegrated our med kits..even if you get out of here with a pendant someones just going to kill you anyways" She reasoned. And then Before continued attacking as she'd told him too and Bee swung her own fist out to hopefully finish the guy off so Before wouldn't have that on his hands. Sadly it looked like his little speech had done well enough to throw her aim off and she missed. B3 hp - 14

(( I'M SORRY GODDESS! )) Thor hesitated a moment, his gaze turned away from the soldier crumpling at his feet. Soldier? Yeah, they were all soldiers here now weren't they. "None of us wants to die here, but if we want to save our friends, some of us will have to." His gaze fell on Bix, had he really grown so attached to his partner in such a few short minutes? Thor did not expect to survive, he could already feel his strength beginning to fade, but if he could get Bix out alive, would that make his death worthwhile? He didn't know. It was cruel, a sick and twisted game, shoving 20 people into a room and all but telling them only four of them would make it out alive. As if being stuck on this island and being told only 13 of them would survive (how many of them were there anyway?) hadn't been bad enough. "I'm sorry..." There was true remorse in his voice, eyes closed hard as his fist drew back, the blow struck, landing hard against Gamma 11's neck. He could feel his opponent's throat crush under the blow. s**t...why did it have to be this way... (( Thor HP: 14

Gamma eEleven had given up. When the arm drove into his armor, he felt himself standing on his last leg. Simply falling into a collapsed sit, he waited for that last blow, "I didn't want...to..." He gasped, spitting blood out into the inside of his mask, "Die in this place....I didn't want to...die.."

Beta-6 was still next to Gamma-11 but the other's pleading made him pause. This was supposed to be his victim but he was crying and pleading. Could he kill someone like that? In frustration he punched at the gym floor, missing the other completely.
Something in his gut though.. it was telling him to put the other out of his misery. It would be a mercy.
"Aren't you better.." he sniffled and for once it sounded more like emotion than his allergies, "aren't you better dying than ending up a murderer or worse? You'll go somewhere better than this damn island. I'm sure."
As soon as he'd pulled back his bloody fist from the floor is when his Commander made the killing blow. He turned sharply away, his body wracking sharply all of a sudden but he made no noise.
Doing his best to keep himself tough and together he only muttered. "He's better off now."

His fists clenched, body shaking with rage, if he hadn't been wearing a mask he would have spit in disgust, disgust at this island, this game, at himself. Instead he only screamed, rage tearing through his voice.
A moment of silence, perhaps a few words over the fallen, none of them should have to die this way. Finally, he reached out, almost mechanically, taking the pendant from G-11 and placing it around his own neck with the others.
He looked up at Eta 12.
"Stop attacking."
He wasn't sure if it was a command or not, he didn't care, what had he become? What would happen to Bix now? To Before and Bee? What would happen to his partner after he was gone?

She had expected some sort of punishment for her defiance, but nothing like this. Beta Eleven didn't even have the chance to make a sound before she crumpled to the ground, fiery pain screaming from every nerve. She stayed like that, sprawled on the floor, for quite a while, only coming back to herself when she heard B9 address her. She should, she supposed. She should put the damn pendant back on. So much for being a leader. BXI fumbled to her hands and knees, slipping the red pendant over her head again and sighing with sudden relief. The inside of her mask was wet with tears. She looked around, watching the carnage with a disturbing sort of detachment. How had she managed to not get trampled?
"Are you going to kill anyone?" she asked B9. BXI stayed on the ground. She couldn't find the strength to stand.
