*whispers* Poor thing, this seems like a very important and serious potion.

"Four daisy roots..." Begins to chop up roots. "allllriiight... done." Looks round and bend over work, mumbling. "Peel one shrivelfig... now add six caterpillars........ four leeches... mix it a bit... add a rat liver... now let it sit" Glances at potion book nervously. "I hope I did this right..."

Heart begins her potion, well, first cutting her daisy roots into perfectly equal pieces. She consults her book from time to time to make sure that every step is precise. Adding the right amount of everything into the mixture, the girl waits for the potion to be ready. She awaits her results nervously, fidgeting quite often. She flips through her notes.
Some time later...
She notices that her vial containing the solution turns into a stunningly bright acid green. Heart's eyes widen as she slumps back into her seat.

Minced daisy roots, peeled Shrivelfig, sliced caterpillars, a single rat spleen, and a small amount of leech juice. Mince, peel, slice, place. Stir. Hmmmmmmmm... This isn't looking good... Its... Orange?!

Aludra Yvette... Aludra looked around at her classmates and shook her head in disappointment. "How can you all possibley start the potion yet. The Professor hasnt given us the proper instructions or anything!" ...6th Year Slytherin ((But seriously guys, dont start the potion yet... the teacher hasnt given us steps.))

"Listen up! Aludra is quite right, Professor Akahana has not given us the proper instructions to start brewing this potion. I want you all to stop before some hurts themselves."
*To reinforce what I said I pull out my wand and shout*

 *Glances at the tadpole while pulling out her ingredients* Hmm. I wonder what the ratio of the potion is versus how much you shrink. If we're going at a few drops, I might have been slipped some of the potion before. *Looks warily around the classroom*

Professor? When the toad shrinks into a tadpole, does his age go backwards as well? If we leave him like this, will he age into a toad again? The potion is only temporary, so yes, eventually, he'd grow back to being a toad. Mind you, this only lasts an hour or two, so his age and all that isn't really affected...10 points to Slytherin for an excellent question! And, as previously stated Aludra, he's not in any pain. He's perfectly fine. wink

((Sorry, work pressure and all, I'll try to be more right in the future)) *unscrews the lid of her flask and drinks heavily from it* x.x;; And Callysto, we're not working in partners this time, dear. And Nerevar, thank you for that. (I apologize for being absent. Walmart's cracking the whip. x.x wink So, 5 points to whichever house xeno is in for making the teacher look like a complete idiot and 5 points to Nerevar for doing his job correctly. ^_^;;; AND, I should mention to all our new people, I usually give instructions on how to brew the potions, so...there's no need to rush ahead.... *passes out spleens*
