Ha! Yes, cliches can be highly entertaining. =) Mmyea, place for me! Er, maybe. Well, either way. *shrug*
How long is Madame Xaimee giving the interim between waiting and going on ahead...? For I will be gone for a few days. (10th, AN - 13th, EV) Texas... *sigh* and a sixteen hour trip (one way!) ahead of me. Dear me, no, not a good prospect. Ah, well. I seek solace in the very large new volume of stories I have purchased. Much love for the wickedly sharp mind of E.A. Poe. [/ramble]
Anyone else exceptionally excited for the weekend to start? Well, with the exception of horribly long car rides in cramped spaces, anyway....

Exceptionally excited, not really... But I'm excited still! I'm going to my friends' Saturday evening and staying there 'til Sunday evening. We'll be doing some D&D-ish RP, so that's always fun.
I think Xaimee said she would wait a week or two for a reply to her PM.
Speaking of roleplaying, I'm wondering: are you in a roleplay in the guild, Thaedrian? I think you type really well even in your OOC posts, it'd be a shame if you weren't in a RP yet. o_o

Metal-Ridley: Very jealous! I have been looking for a competent DnD group for awhile (pancake monkeys... noooooooo!) and have so far failed. Well, preferably a Shadowrun group but at this point i am not picky. =/
Currently, no. I was in two and then things happened as they are wont to do. Thank you! I do try to write as sensible as I can though the occasional oddity does escape my grasp now and then... eh heh heh~

Heh, thanks.Well, I have a second final on Thursday, but after that, I'm free for like, five weeks? Also, it doesn't snow where I live, but I like it better this way, so no complains from the E.
Were you looking at any other roleplays? We try our best to help our members find the roleplays that work for them. I should be working on a new roleplay soon (though I don't know how you feel about school roleplays...), and I heard from Rid that he's been jumbling around some ideas in that head of his. But I'll leave it to him to talk about that. =3

@Thaedrian: Oh! Shadowrun was fun when I played! That was years ago though... The DM was kind of a dictator too, so I eventually dropped out of it.
Well, as E mentioned already, I've been thinking of starting my own roleplay. We need the activity and well, I'm the only Vice Captain who doesn't have one or even ever made one. It'll be set in a fantasy world though as opposed to a Sci-Fi one and I really want it to be a table-top kind of roleplay. If you're interested, I'd be more than happy to have you a part of my plans. ^_^
Now that I know you're not in any roleplay anymore, I think I really should get working on my idea asap...

Ridley: Dictators are never any fun. Seriously, worst losers ever. And as winners... they are just unbearable then. Guh. Yes, very interested! Fantasy is my one true love. When it calls I will always come running. Much to the grief of my english teacher. So do you have the plot worked out or is this a "lets just see what happens" sort of deal? Oh and if you'd prefer to chat in the PMs I don't mind since... we're kinda off topic... hehehe.

Yeah they are. Gods, when I think back on these days... He really wasn't fun to play with that much. He always limited me in my choice of characters because I was the youngest. Tsk... Oh well.
Haha, you're right we are getting off topic... I'll just say this: it has a plot worked out. It's not just the "You're in a fantasy world; do what you want". There will be a quest and I'll be DMing.
Now that I think about it, E, we still don't have a massive chat topic inside the guild. We should really do that...
But back to Black Dawn now! Xaimee, did Mort Faux give any sign of life yet?

You could always create a thread to advertise and discuss your roleplay in the main forum. For whatever-you-want-chat, I've always preferred the out-of-guild thread, 'cause it helps with advertising.
But yeah, we could always make a massive chat topic thread in the main forum...
