Ugh, why is Luther the only one on? I'm challenging him last since I know it's a guaranteed loss. And don't give me that "It's always a possibility" crap. the only way I'm gonna win is if he makes a screw up like in the Halloween Tourney. Ugh, c'mon Sideris...

If my memory serves me right... right now he must be at his job...... so that´s a "no, no" at the moment... Also, pal, I heard that the previous Ghost gym leader was one tough cookie, giving Luther a fight that he could not forget... so, types are not that much of an excuse right now sweatdrop

Yeah, Zet's told me about him. Wish he could give me some tips. I'm nearly clueless on how to use my team to its greatest potential. Thanks to you I've realized just how vulnerable they are though.

Well mate, the best way to find a way to excelence is by the very same experience you gain in every battle... don´t look for "easy to go" matches...... that never helps to bring out the gratest potential of any type based team...
Though Im not sure if I want to cry or laugh since so many trainers sporting fire, fighting and ground joined the challenge...

I know, I'm just hoping that I can at least get a win on the only leader I have a type advantage against. And should I not get the spot, you can believe I'm going to register in the league and whup all of your asses.
EDIT: Wow, I'm pathetic.

Probably far too many. And I have an odd feeling that quite a few were from me in my empty threats for revenge.

X Dark Serge X Also, pal, I heard that the previous Ghost gym leader was one tough cookie, giving Luther a fight that he could not forget... so, types are not that much of an excuse right now sweatdrop Sateru was an interesting fellow indeed. He beat me during the first Gym Leader tournament in quite the cut throat battle, that ended 0-1, his favor. Let's just say he used every trick he could to win that match: Thunderwave, Will-o-Wisp, Hypnosis, Trick Room, Spite, Confuse Ray, Destiny Bond, etc.

Ghost (Like Dark) aren't power Pokemon. Using Strategy in battle is a good way to boost chances of winning. Think Positive. Your battle can only be as good as you think it will be. And don't get disappointed when you lose. I'm sure (Correct me if I'm wrong) all the gym leaders have lost at least once.

Kyo the III I'm sure (Correct me if I'm wrong) all the gym leaders have lost at least once. Not in this challenge, but in general, of course!
