The boots are a bit distracting. D: LPS might have a good suggestion though. I'm not really good a giving suggestions for thew waist down reasons being I don't usually wear them much.

EDIT: Also I am dressed as a female Squall in a Garden uniform. Suggestions on how to get the coat closer would be nice, since I can't layer the bow with this necklace.

If you don't wear any clothes, you can cosplay as Rule 34 on a female Squall in a Garden Uniform.

0/10 for LPS cause Squall is a wuss.
If Enchanted Book didn't have that coat tail thing going on, that wouldn't be too bad. Also, William Playwright, but it's a little TOO Gaudy
Also maybe the Lawl and Order top? With some long sleeves, or gloves or something?
