Sa-ar snorted, then sneezed, which half stirred him from his rest. A flurry of bats took flight from the startlement, but quickly re-roosted themselves. He languidly uncoiled his tail end, stretching it out, before hooking the tip around a stalagmite. He settled back into sleep.

Subira relaxed a little, knowing she didn't mess up the other woman's attire. After all, she knew quite well how expensive or difficult to wash some clothes could be. She sat down with the three, cocking her head to the side at the topic of their discussion. Had it not been for an interesting subject, she would have declined the invitation to sit. "Thank you for inviting me to join. My name is Subira Brown. Interesting you should bring up the disappearance of dragons... since it's hard to really say if they are actually disappearing or hiding. After all, they've been living on this island for who knows how long before we discovered them. If they should all vanish I would not be surprised." She pensively glanced over to her laptop and notes she'd left at her own table. "Uh... just one moment." She whisked off to retrieve her items, cramming everything hurriedly into her shoulder bag before returning to the small group.

Silia listened as she worked and nodded. "I see. It's nice to have friends." She had a slight impression that there was something going between the two of them that wasn't being said, but decided to let it go. If it was important, she was sure they would tell.

She shot Ci'nala a sideways glance with the equivalent of a wry smile. "Oh, I'm sure he is, but unless he can catch up with Grael, I think he would be bored to death here. He didn't strike me as the...domestic type." She chuckled.

Ci'nala laughed loudly at that, vibrating the whole cave.
"Yeah; I guess he would. But, we should keep him informed. After all, I think he's itching for a fight." She looked at the human and looking away.

Tryst'n rolled his eyes at Ci'nala and picked up a vibe from Silia; it was a funny one. He chuckled about Sa-ar, then kneeled down by the lone human and chuckled quietly.
"And what's your story, little one?" He saw that her eyes weren't working, so he laid down softly beside her and nuzzled her side carefully, making sure not to scare her.

After several minutes going without being noticed, Grael began to move into his line of sight. She watched as he clawed the ground and then cleared her throat, a little louder this time. She was extremely curious to find out what he was doing this close to the human settlement.

Anya was startled non-the-less, she had really reacted to anything beforehand, "What? me? Well we haven't been introduced yet, I am Anya, I was hired to come to this island to see how sentient you dragons are. I fell down a cliff, because I panicked about the water, my leg was broken and Silia brought me here to help." Tristan summed up not really knowing what the dragon wanted to know.

Silia nodded at Ci'nala's recommendation with a smile. "You're probably right. The first sign of a good skirmish, and I bet he'll jump at it."

She couldn't help but laugh loudly when Anya explained her job. "Well, Dear, you'll be able to go back when you're stronger and tell them that we aren't just any stupid, overgrow lizards, won't you? You'll have some real, first hand experience with us."

Having finished slathering on the salve, she grabbed a clean piece of cloth and laid it over the top. "Would you like some save and a bandage for your hand as well, or just let it heal on its own?"

Anya smiled, "of course I will, I owe you a lot and I have no intention of letting this situation continue the way it does." Anya lost her smile, "If they're holding any dragons then I will do anything in my power to get them out." Anya was serious about this, how ever her power was rather limited outside the scientific community.

Silia smiled affectionately. She had grown rather fond of this young girl in a rather short time. "I'm sure you will, Darling. And as I said before, I'm quite happy to be able to help you. It's nice to have someone else here besides me and the eggs. Even if it is only temporary." She gave Anya's uninjured leg a pat.

"Now, do you want some salve for your hand or not?" she asked with mock frustration.

"No it'll be fine, only a scratch," Anya clenched and unclenched her hand a few times, suddenly an idea hit her, "Silia, how many dragons do you know?" Maybe, theirs a chance we could label dragons endangered, ahh but then we can't say they're sentient, think girl think.

Silia nodded. "Alright. If you change your mind, let me know." She tore the remainder of the cloth into thin strips then laid them aside. "Swillow, you think you could be a dear and give me a hand here? I'm going to need more than two hands for a moment." She grabbed the sticks and started measuring them to Anya's leg and breaking them off.

Anya's question brought her up short. "Oh! Um, well, actually I only know of four, assuming that my Achiu is still alive, and most of them are right in this cave. Soon it'll be six. Why? What's on your mind?"

Kai nodded at Lillia's question, "Yeah...and whoever's behind it should get punished for taking them..." He wasn't directing that at Lillia, but he'd let her think about that for a second and turned his gaze back at Myia, "So you like dragons? What would you do if you met one? Personally I'd want to ride it and fly with it.." Kai grinned at the thought, though he was actually thinking how fun flying was instead of wondering what it was like.

Eclipse was starting to wonder if Kai had been away from other humes too long...or if was trying to attract a mate...or both. He didn't mind being alone, but wasn't against being around others. Though his main lie of thought was still that corrupt hume.

Anya closed her eyes, "I thought that when I get off the Island I could petition for dragons to be an endangered species, the downside is that to do that I wouldn't be able to say your just as sentient as humans." Anya kept thinking, their had to be something she could do for them, "That would totally defeat the purpose wouldn't it, I can't be sure if the situation in the rest of the world is as dire."

((sorry about that Trajedies.. things have been anything but normal for me IRL.))
Eclipse had been so intently focused in Kai and the corrupt one that he hadn't noticed that someone had come quite close to him, when the female cleared it's throat, Eclipse's wings opened slightly and sat up a bit more. "Who are you?" he noticed the female had a draconic scent to her.

Tryst'n chuckled at her formality, then nodded.
"My name is Swillow, if you haven't heard." He then bent down to her ear, so that only she could hear (and he made sure of it by creating a non-noticeable soundproof barrier that disappeared as soon as he said this). "But that's just an alias. My true name is Tryst'n. Ci'nala is my mate." He winked then turned to his mate.

Ci'nala looked at Silia take care of the human and couldn't help but smile. She loved this human; it was apparent.
"Is there anything I can do Sil? I feel useless right now." She chuckled sheepishly.

"I am Grael of the Open Seas." Grael bowed as she introduced herself. "Why are you so close to the human settlement? Did they take something of yours? Are they encroaching on your territory?" Grael wondered if she could get this dragon to help her with her plans.

Grael swung herself onto a branch and cocked her head to show her interest. She blinked her human eyes and wondered how well she would be able to disguise herself as one if she was forced to go amongst them to learn of their security before destroying their lab.
