The ringmaster had been staring angerily at the performers, his clawlike hands gripping the arm rests of his chair tightly. He turned his head and stared at Neru. "Do see to it would you? Subdue the vampire. She will be punished accordingly later." He stated, turning his attention back to the performers. He glared down at them, wondering how else they could screw things up.
Zack stumbled foreward once his legs were released. His head moved in quick, short jerks as he looked around. He was completely on guard now. I could've sworn that I was supposed to be the center of attention for this act.. He thought.
Lily forced a smile. "Well It'll only be an accident that you should stumble upon her." She swallowed. "She'll be very angry when she awakens. I'm afraid the performance she was to paricipate in today has gone awry." She folded her hands in her lap. She shook her head. "Just don't wander the cirque alone. Try staying with the crowds. Something's telling me, even if you do get stuck here because you avoided her you should just hide, hide and make no noise at all. Pretend to be unconcious if anyone finds you." She paled slightly. "Ringmaster Lokin is very angry."

Neru nodded and bowed shortly before hastily making his way out of the performance tent. His eyes scanned the crowds of people walking around. He was taller than most people, so Neru loomed over the visitors. He immediately identified Amelia violently making her way towards the circus's exit. He pushed his way through the crowds himself, until he finally reached her. Then, grabbing her hand, he gripped tightly, his palm emitting fire, and looked at the girl with his intense, icy-blue eye.
"Where do you think you're going, hm?" he gripped tighter, almost breaking her bone, and began applying his hypnosis abilities, "Especially after a show like that! The Ringmaster is very upset with your actions, Amelia..."
As Amelia pushed past them, she hit Ana's shoulder rather roughly. The shock went straight to her mind, where, apparently, something clicked. ANa clutched her head with both hands, dropping the whip. Fera ran up to her, but being unable to help, she could only watch, her tail swaying about. Adelphos sighed. At least one ordeal was over. Ana suddenly stopped clutching her head out of pain, so you could assume that she was back to her normal self. Fera sighed from relief. But now, the crowd was getting impatient. Where was the show?

||Nft D X You guys went farrr.||>Amelia forced her two feet to move quickly through the crowd, she heard noises faintly, the sound of abnormal voices that were more clear than her own thoughts. Then she came to a stop in front of the exact thing she had come here to see, her heart throbbed quickly in joy. She was more excited than she had ever been. She had found the show.

She sensed him before he had even spotted her. Amelia did not meet Neru's gaze as he grabbed her wrist, it made it easier to resist his hypnosis. She ignored the fire, she no longer feared it. "You know? Being able to read minds makes it pretty damn easy to ignore your little tricks. And I know the ringmaster is angry, and I say let him be." She refused to look at him as she grabbed his hand on her wrist and peeled it off. "And I know exactly where I'm going: to the exit!" She whirled around and landed a good punch on his jaw, knowing that this wasn't over even before she tried it. She continued toward the exit, probably slower than she should have been if she was trying to escape. She wondered if Neru would notice that she was just trying to make this convincing, that she wasn't really trying to escape. She had to cause such a commotion that the ringmaster would leave the others alone.

Nima sat on the bottom of her tank, bored. Everyone had run when the barker had announced that the big top show was to begin. She wondered if Nodachi was there, preparing for his high wire act. With no one around, she started swimming around lazily. Unless she was in the big top shows, she didn't really have a part in anything once the crowds left, and rarely was anyone in the mood to wander back and play with her after seeing the horrors that the big top brought. They were either too high on adrenaline, or too terrified. She rarely ever saw the former, being a 'gentle freak' as compared to Ana or Amelia. She swam up and adjusted the cd player that played the music for her dances to a song she loved and started dancing, forgetting for a while where she was and what she was. She allowed herself to get swept up in the music and danced just to be happy.
((It's probably a good thing Nima can't see what's going on, being outside and all. She'd probably avoid everyone for a while. biggrin ))

"Finally."she whispered softly, among the crowd of people. She knew not that this might turn out to be her last night to glide among the earth freely, and with dancing feet. But she did so openly, dancing along with the music that flew through her and pushed through her vains like an antibiotic, healing the broken heart she held with the foot step of a simple dancer. A chimed laugh came from her lips as she danced along with the music, brushing along any being that was beside her. Not of purpose whatsoever, but only completely lost in the beat of the music. She found her self moments later bumping into a few beings as she lost herself in the crowd, her used to be dream turned into a nightmare when she crossed her first monster of the night, which seemed to tower over her. Her shaking body came to a stop just before her skin would brush the nightmare's pasty skin. She looked up and a loud noise came from the monster's chest, a growl that was noticeable among all ears. What is that...? she thought as she stared at the only thing that feared her most, something that she couldn't explain.

Neru saw the punch coming, though could do little to stop it. His head jerked to the side, though snapped back to face Amelia with hateful eyes. He grunted and caught both of her arms with one of his. As he tightened his grip, fire surged through him and onto Amelia once more. His eyes seemed to glow a ghastly, pale-blue light- his hypnosis abilities were once again kicking in, though much harder this time. Even a Vampire would not be able to be totally immune to such power. Neru gave her a questioning look.
"Now what did I do to deserve that? I'm simply following orders, my dear...As for your telekinesis abilities...I've also obtained those in my years on this earth. And frankly, you're nothing special," he leaned closer to Amelia, and with his other hand moved her chin so that she couldn't resist making eye contact, "Trying to take the attention away from the other freaks...Ha! What a pitiful attempt at being a savior. It'll just get you into more trouble...I know what you're thinking. You believe that you could sacrifice yourself into order to obtain freedom, isn't that right? Wrong. Everyone, no matter what you are, regardless of your past, is selfish and self-centered. It's called instinct. Like animals. And like a zoo, we, the superior beings in this little cirque, keep animals like you in cages. So like it or not, you're not leaving this place, no matter how much you run, or scream, or squirm. It's futile."
He was working into the girls's mind as his hynosis took effect. The fire probably hurt her now more than ever, as it kept pouring onto her wrists and hands. Hopefully, she's fall unconcious before he needed to take any serious action.
[[I dunno what else to do to her. D; She's so...invinsible-ish. So uh, escape if you can...? o__O;;;]]

[[I know it seems that way Dx But, vampires are usually very old, and what else are they gonna do in their spare time? Go to the movies? xD Anywho, they experiment on their abilities, trying to come up with ways to become invincible. Know what I mean?]]
Amelia allowed herself to be captured again, but she would not allow herself to be knocked out, that was the only thing that pissed her off more than the ringmaster himself. She closed her eyes to avoid from seeing Neru's, and allowed herself to focus on the pain that the fire brought. This kept her awake, and all she did was hiss and snarl ferociously at Neru. She told him that he was wrong, she told him to try and be on this Earth for over fifty millenia and see how self-centered he was. "Try being alive that long and see how much you would mind dieing!" She snarled, knowing that it would just make him laugh or something ignorant. Superior beings my a**... She thought, knowing he could hear it.

Neru narrowed his eyes at her. He used his free hand to grab her neck and choke her. His eyes now shined with an intense blue fire. No one would be able to resist it, even if they closed their eyes. This type of advanced hypnosis would connect with the target's mind, regardless of the target's abilities. He stopped releasing fire onto her hands, as he'd realized that it actually kept her awake. Neru heard her thoughts and words, though ignored them. Talk would only slow the hypnotic process. He honestly didn't want to kill her. Hurt, yes, but kill? Intentionally? No...

Trenton continued to walk around, like I said, keeping to the shadows, when all of a sudden he heard some music. He was bored, so he decided to find out the source. His ear lead him to a large room with a tank lying in the corner. Inside the tank was a water nymph dancing around. Next to the tank was cd player. Trenton stood by the doorway, in the shadow of the door, and squinted. She seemed familiar...what was her name? "I think I remember when she came here...only faintly though...Can't believe i remember it though...but then again who can forget all that blue..." Trenton thought. With his dark hair, a shadow casting across his body, and his golden eyes, he seemed quite scary.

Amelia sighed as he choked her, like she needed to breathe or something. She would just have to be knocked out it seems. She felt the hypnosis begin to work, and she gave into it. She said one thing before she was completely unconscious. "You people are lucky I've never really tried to escape." With that, the blackness took her.

Ethan stood there frozen to the spot as the many eyes of the people closed in on him. His eyes flickered through the crowed ever searching for the angry gaze of the Ringmaster. Until his eyes meet a site he didnt like Neru Was talking with the ringmaster. And the Ringmaster was livid. He flinched abit out of conditioning. He hoped no one noticed this. When Neru left his gaze went to Zack and Ana they needed an exit strategy. He walked over and picked up the still burning whip and looked at Del and Fera. He hoped this worked. He then cracked the whip leaving a trail of fire in the air. He wanted to catch Amelia before Neru did.
Scott swallowed hard hearing that Amelia, 'The vampire' was going to be angry and looked the girl in the eye. "And you say if i do avoid her i will end up stuck in the cirque.....How bad can it be?" he asked apprehensive to what the beauty infront of him was telling him.
