Can I get confirmation on whether a use of the Rinnegan needs to have a spare body to implement the 'Path' jutsu in or can I just learn them? Also what should be the ranking for those jutsu because I was thinking they fall in the B & A rank category...

I don't know that this is really a suggestion or complaint so much as a question. Can people without some kind of bloodline/clan that specifically gives them such an ability sense chakra and chakra levels. I've seen this happen on several occasions and I'm just wondering if there's any actual reason why people can do this, or if they even can. I mean did people actually do that in the show without some kind of special ability? I don't recall it ever happening, but I suppose I could be wrong. I just don't understand why everyone and their uncle seems to be able to sense my presence because of my chakra, or why people can tell what rank I am by reading my "chakra level" without even having some kind of special bloodline/clan ability that allows them to do so. Anyway, hopefully someone can explain this to me.

Higher level ninja such as aJounin, or ANBU agents have been shown to have extraordinary sensory ability in seeing where things come from and detecting presences. Orochimaru in fact was able to pinpoint that Naruto,Sakura, and Sai were hiding across the bridge of Heaven and Earth, even when the wind was masking their scents and presence, so it's clear that some sort of such a sensory ability exists for some.

However, I would agree with you Lance, that unless the person is at least Jounin, they shouldn't be able to simply 'detect' you, ESPECIALLY since you're of the assassin class with the 'STEALTH' ability marked as a Strength. Unless they have a bloodline ability to detect presences, I would say that until you made some sort of aggressive assault, or action towards them, they wouldn't be able to detect you as you've been describing. And they certainly wouldn't be able to know your rank from your chakra levels. That's just BS, especially since different people of different ranks have different Chakra levels.
