Oh, I meant it to have a paralysis effect. That's why I made the time it takes longer. Is it okay if I change it to paralysis and then change the time it takes to your idea?

Right, here's what I think it should end up as:
Direct contact between the poison and the blood: 6 posts of increasing numbness and sloppiness every enemy's posts, followed by a post of complete paralysis, and then 3 posts to recover from it completely after that.
Inhilation contact: takes 8 posts to reach paralysis.
Also, is this a chemical or biological agent? If it's biological, then the opponent could be affected longer, but extreme amounts of chakra exertion or kenkei genkei defenses could kill them prematurely. A biological agent would increase the duration of the numbness recovery period afterward. Which do you want?

Name of weapon: Raikami
Who owns the weapon: LT -Tares Demascus (Nara)
Where it was found/Who made it: I was forged in the Land of Fire and handed down to him from his clan, The Nara Clan.
The Range of the weapon: Melee, (Katana)
Weakness: Its range, its only a katana
Description: The blade is made from reinforced material and folded steel, therefore it is light, strong, and fast. It is the perfect all round weapon. Meaning Raikami is good for offense and defense.
This weapon has three special features.
With D-rank amount of chakra, applied to the blade, the blade can be the source of a Ninjustu.
With C-rank amount of chakra, applied to the blade or sheath, it acts like the "Yellow Flashes transportation technique" The user can only transport to the place where the item is. For example: LT left the sheath on the table after pumping chakra into the item and walked outside. After focusing and using charka LT is transported back to the sheath.
With D-rank amount of chakra, the user becomes as light and as fast as the blade for 10 posts, can not be reused after activation for 12 posts.
Rp Sample: "Come out side and play you murderer!" yelled the enemy squad of three. LT sighed as he was sitting in the chair at the kitchen table. "This is so troublesome," LT muttered as he got up from his chair. He took Raikami from his back and slide the blade out of its sheath. He laid the sheath pumping with chakra on the table and the took the blade in his right hand as he pushed open the door with his left. The sun shone brightly as his eyes adjusted to focus on his three opponents. At his sight, the three enemy nin jumped at him screaming and yelling in pure rage. With Raikami in his hands LT pumped chakra into the blade causing him to become light as the blade making him able to dodge and block, and be able to counter attack swiftly.
LT ducked under the first attack and rolled behind the the second. He stood, turned, and slashed the back of the second and quickly brought up the blade to block the third attackers blade. With a quick grapple with the enemy and the blades still in contact LT surged lightning into the blade, making both swords like conductors and frying the the third opponent causing him to burn and catch fire. LT heard a yell from behind him and LT knew he didnt have enough time to turn around and he remembered his sheath on the table and activated his transportation technique instantly. He did so just in time too for he could feel the first opponents blade centimeters away from taking his head off. LT appeared in the kitchen again with his hand on the sheath. He could hear the man outside yelling out names, trying to find him. He would soon turn his attention to his two fallen comrades so LT took his chance to escape through the window and run off into the sunset.

Who owns the weapon: Aaron Sōsuke Rakatsui
Where it was found/Who made it: It was made in the Sound medical clinic. Aaron eventually was granted it, at his custom request.
The Range of the weapon: Roughly half a foot long, and two inches wide.
Weakness: Range, and size
Description: The blade is only about three inches long, doused in chakra restricting poison, that is fast-acting. Each post is more debilitating. After three of the opponent's posts, they lose access to 1/3 of their maximum chakra points. After five of the opponent's posts, they lose access to 2/3 of their maximum chakra points. After seven posts, the users chakra reaches zero, thus incapacitating them, or in most cases fully killing them. The blade only needs to pierce the skin once, in any area of the body. It can also be thrown. The poison can effect Aaron as well, if the blade touches him. Aaron carries an antidote specific for this poison.
Rp Sample: [ENTERTAINING... or at least I thought so...]Aaron was within five feet of the two men staring him down. It was... oh my gosh... SAI KONAGA... and DEIL GRIST! Sai and Deil heavily out-powered Aaron. Having heard the stories of the Konaga clan, he decided there'd be only one way to possibly survive this. "YOU CAN'T CATCH ME!" He yelled, merrily, prancing in a zig-zag formation. Deil and Sat chased him, like they were chasing a pig or a runaway child. Jumping over a boulder. He then performed a handseal, and hid his chakra signature completely. Sadly, Aaron was too much of an idiot, to realize Sai and Deil, WERE TOTAL EPIC GENIUSES?! They ran around the boulder on opposite sides. Frantically, Aaron dove upwards, and tried to tackle Deil, who kicked him hard in the chest. He stuck that scalpel in nice and deep, ripping it out violently. He then ducked, as Sai used Air Cannon, whizzing over his head and blasting Deil up against a tree. Sai then pulled out this weapon, and attempted to impale it into Aaron, who gripped the blade with both hands, and the scalpel fell. Sai, kicked forward knocking Aaron down. Sai then took the scalpel, and then violently thrust it repeatedly into Aaron's torso, and performed a mediocre form of torso surgery, ripping him apart. The poison killed Aaron, before the scalpel did, due to mass spread of the poison. Deil was screaming in agonizing pain, and crying as though the poison was merciless. Sai, dumbfounded for the first time, watched as Deil foamed at the mouth, and fell down, dying via the poison.

So the poison kills you in 7 posts if you're even scratched by it? Sounds a bit OP. I don't mind the Chakra Restriction, its a good idea actually... but to have it kill you too, that's a bit much. Don't you think?
...and without being too presumptuous, if in fact, it ends up NOT killing you, how long is the Chakra Restricted?... and at the point after that, does it all come back?

Well, I could make it... say 12, and every three posts of the opponent's posts, and the person loses 25% of their current chakra. (This being all dependent on whether the blade comes in contact with them.) And on the 12th, they are finished. I think it's a matter of realism. If they live, their body enters a state of full paralysis for say 3 of my posts, if they survive that, then they regain about 15% of their chakra, full control of the body, and can do as they please.*cough* Personally, either way, their RPC will end up butchered. I can do a lot in three posts. >;3 Oooh. And to make things especially evil... the opponent can't tell if they've been poisoned, and they don't feel the poison taking affect, nor coursing through their body.

Lol, I fail as a RP if I actually let my character get hit by that attack. But it wouldn't matter, because my character can neutralize the poison without that antidote anyways. But, for those people who haven't taken the precautions that. But, when someone looses a quarter of their chakra, you would definitely feel that. I mean, normally you become tired when your chakra decreases, so naturally we would feel the poison at work.

The pain is excruciating, and fully felt due to the amount of chakra being removed. It exhausts and weakens opponents over time. The poison spreads quicker with each strike from the blade by 1/10 times the current percentage. After the first three posts, they lose access to 1/4 of their maximum chakra points. After six posts, they lose access to 2/4 of their maximum chakra points. After nine posts, the opponent loses 3/4 chakra. After twelve complete posts, the opponent loses all chakra thus incapacitating them. When incapacitated, their body drops to the ground in a state of paralysis, thus fully vulnerable to whatever occurs without any protection. The incapacitation leaves them without the use of jutsu for 10 posts The blade only needs to pierce the torso one time for it take effect. It can also be thrown. The poison can effect Aaron as well, if the blade touches him. Aaron carries an antidote specific for this poison.
