@Remedy: Raise the chakra cost for creating exploding tags and paper to five instead of just one, it seems pretty unfair that you could basically create one-hundred sheets of paper to use against someone and have it cost just 4 points total. And I'm not allowing it to be as strong as diamond at any point in time even at the kage level, no one is allowed to have a weapon like that.
@Akura: DENIED. I am not approving anything that allows someone to use elements they themselves don't have, sorry. Not only that, but if you read the rules they distinctly say you MUST have an RP sample.
@Kazuma: DENIED. Not everyone knows what omnislash is. Also, levitating swords at genin for no chakra cost seems like a bit much considering the jutsu advancing blades which does the same thing is a kage level jutsu.

Hinote Tosatsu Modified my previous request for use with my new RPC. Name of weapon: Chakra Glaive Who owns the weapon: David Greyson Where it was found/Who made it: Buried in the sand of the dunes near a wrecked wagon. It was crafted by a typical blacksmith intended as a wagon axle, but somehow his metals got mixed up and he used chakra conducting material instead of steel. The Range of the weapon: Melee range, about five foot. Sometimes six. Weakness: Electric attacks could be channeled into the metal and affect the wielder if they aren’t careful. The pole is very heavy due to it’s material, and would give someone unable to compensate a very difficult time lifting it. If the pole becomes super heated one way or another, it would become very difficult, even impossible, to hold that portion of the pole. Description: A four foot metal pole that looks suspiciously like a wagon axle. When chakra is put into it a blade forms at the end. The blade is about a foot long, making the total length five feet. Another blade can be made at the other end, jumping the length to six feet, but the range remains at five. The ability to form this blade is not actually built into the pole, but is actually caused by a slot on the tip of the pole. Chakra flowing through the pole shoots out through the crack, forming the blade. The chakra used to form the blade is held in stasis, meaning it does not disperse, and when the blade is released, the chakra returns to the user. Chakra used: Six points of chakra per blade. If the weapon is forcibly removed from the users hands while the blades are active, the chakra will hold it’s form for ten seconds, then dissipate harmlessly. This is already approved, but I realized that it's basic form was twice the height of my RPC, so I changed the lengths around to be more appropriate.

changed again  Name of weapon: Tsurugi Who owns the weapon: Kazua utsuchi Where it was found/Who made it: found at a stumbled upon shrine The Range of the weapon: close range Weakness: long range ( when the technique is complete user cant use chakra for 2 posts) Description: as you can see from the picture this sword is four swords in one the user is able to use 6 different forms with the parts of the swords that are combined and taken out of the fully formed tsurugi when the user has charged the blade with thier elemental chakra they are able to slash their opponent by using their chakra to levitate the blade (which will cost + 2 extra chakra points depending on how many swords levitated) then by using either Kawarimi No Jutsu (Body Switch Technique) or shunshin (Body Flicker) and slashing their opponent with each of the blades six forms. genin 2 slashes = 6 chakra points 3 slashes = 7chakra points chunin 4 slashes = 7 chakra points 5 slashes = 8 chakra points jonin 6 slashes = 9 chakra points 7 slashes = 10 chakra points kage 8 to 15 slashes Rp Sample: as kazuma whatched his opponent draw his sword from the seal on his back " Let me show you true power " he said. Kazuma charged his blade with his fuuton chakra it began to glow dark blue. Then tsurugi split into four blades he then used Kawarimi No Jutsu (Body Switch Technique) with eachblade and attaced with each then combined the two longest blades and continued afterwards he combined each and striked then repeated this and finished at 15 slashes. kazuma was out of breath due to the amount of chakra used at one time.

Kazuma, being that your weapon is essentially seven unique weapons, I think you should write up a specific description of each of them, along with their unique traits, strengths and weaknesses. You also didn't change anything on it from what I can tell since Luo denied it.
Also, your RP sample is highly lacking considering the technique you're trying to get approved.

We don't accept weapons that just give you "extra power" (your power phial), or weapons that "Heal Chakra" (Dragon Phial). Well, my dreams of Rping whit a weapon from monster hunter are ruined and it's written in a odd way cause it's the only way I can explain what it does in the actual game, unleas you want the real effect which what it does is that it sends out bolts of some strange purple lightining thing that is drawn from dragon scales and other stuff, anyway, what ever, ill just have to suck it up and think of something else, or just erase everything and keep the paralisis phial and add a poison one, if you don't have a problem whit that that is

Akura Bashirou Name of weapon: Switch Axe; Deamon Bind Who owns the weapon: Akura Bashirou Where it was found/Who made it: In the hidden sand market place, was made by a wandering salesman The Range of the weapon: short( blade mode)/med range( axe mode) Weakness: Does not work on blade to blade combat while in axe mode, and is incredible susbebtive to wind jutsu while in blade mode. Description: This weapon is basicly a fusion between a blade and an axe, it is and axe with a special chakra activated function to switch between one mode to the other. The weapon has two trade marks, while in axe mode it is called the swing frenzy; wich consists of varius inaccurate close/med range and can only be used every 4 posts by the user, while in sword mode it is an attack called the elemental discharge wich consists of eleven simultanious hits wich ends in a explotion of said elemetal phial wich will be explained bellow. To change from Blade to Axe it takes 1 post to remove the phial and one post to change it to the other post, if it's from Axe to Blade you must do one post to switch between the modes, then another to add the phial ( when you are switching between them you can continue the post as normal but you cannot risk the weapon breaking if it's hit and if it's broke you have to post 10 times a 8 lined post of you fixing it once and if you return to the village alive.) Paralysis Phial: Paralizes the afflicted area of the foe for 1 post, and has no cutting value, takes 3 posts to switch between this phial to any other phial Element Phial: Is like an extention of any of the users chakra and the user can NOT switch it for a period of 5 posts Poison Phial: Gives the enemy a small dose of poison whit each hit, the poison is not fatal but it attacks the lungs ( makes the enemy less capable of running away ) and the sence of sight for a period of 5 posts. Rp Sample: ( Battle between Kay and Akura ) Akura entered the battle field whit his Switch Axe wrapped up behind him " So, Kay, looks like we'll both get our wish, we get the chance to whipe the floor with each other" Akura said as he reached for the wrapped up weapon, he grabbed it and gave it a gentle flick and all the bandages that were on the weapon got ripped to shreeds as Akura held his Axe looking weapon up toward Kay " That doen't scare me." The other boy said as he spread his hands as multiple bugs came out " Usual of you Aburame, always hiding behind you're crappy little bugs." He said as he Switched his Axe to a Blade ( this takes up 1 post ) and then took out a small yellow phial and put a little on the tip and he then put the phial away " Now then, aren't you going to attack" Akura said as he taunted him to move toward him so he could get within striking distance of his paralizing terror, " Yea right, like I'm going to fall for the same trick twice" Kay said as he jumped back while doing some seals "Parasetic Insects, Exploding Insects" He said as the insects that were around him turned into explosive bug clones and ran toward Akura, " Parasetic Insects; Insect Pillar" he then said as both the insect clone turned into a pillar that rushed toward Akura " Damn it." He said as he jumped to the side and escaped both the pillars which after they passed him exploded which gave him a burst of speed " Got'cha" Akura said as he slashed Kay nearly missing him due to Kay's quick thinking, but due to the small scrape Akura gave him, he got paralized. Akura then got out a brown phial and applied it to the tip as it got over the yellow liquid on the weapon, suddenly the weapon got rock solid. He then walked toward Kay " Elemental Discharge" he said as the weapon reacted to his chakra and started to do bursts of his elemental chakra which sent Kay flying out to the opposite direction, he then took out another phial and put it on the tip of his weapon " Whit this I'll end it" he said as he ran toward Kay " So, yellow means paralizis, brown means earth element, interesting, so that means poison, In that case, I give up" he said as he put his hands up and a man came down and picked him up...

@Remedy: It is approved, but in the future I have to actually say it's approved before it's considered approved by others.
@Akura: Much better. I didn't mean to be rude or anything of the sort, but I have to be really strict with these. I hope you understand, it's just that I get so many of these because everyone seems to want a custom weapon to put them over the top. Name of weapon: Kichiro
Who owns the weapon: Kai Muruno
Where it was found/Who made it: Kai grandfather made Kichiro for Kai. He spend two whole years making this weapon for his future granddaughter, but gave it to Kai anyway when he was born. "A disappointment" was what he said when he handed it to Kai on his first birthday.
The Range of the weapon: 42 in
Weakness: Very fragile but still strong enough to take several solid blow (Five) before it start breaking apart.
Description:Kichiro
A thin white katana that can easily cut through flesh and pierced armor. Its thin blade can easily go for the opening of a full suit armor and between the ribs. The tip of the blade is coated in poison that can paralyze an elephant with just a touch. The middle of the blade are hollow, containing a small dose of poison that can cause excrutionary pain and hallucination. The poison are released when the holder twisted the handle. The end of the handle also contain a poison gas that caused hallucination and a slight effect of body paralyze for a short amount of time. The poison gas is colorless and odorless and take effect right after it got inhale into the body. Unless one is train with these poison since birth, they will not be able to fight off the poison by themselves. The blade can be easily repaired with the right equipment and a little time thank to Kai bloodline.
Rp Sample:Kai let out a tired sigh as he arrive at the kirigakure gate. He saw the three chounins guarding the gate and smiled evilly. It was around three in the morning and the moon was covered by the clouds. "This is going to be easy." He said to himself as he slowly faded into the darkness. He had planned out everything and are prepare to kill.
Silently, Kai followed the weakest of the three chounins. He waited and waited until the young man walked away from the group to patrol the area. The young man must be a novice at gate duty because he went out of sigh of the other two when it was still dark and without back up. Kai smiled got brighter as he crept up beside the boy and placed the tip of Kichiro on the young man neck, right next to his spine. "Go to sleep." He whispered into the boy ears as the tip of Kichiro slightly cut the boy neck, but that was all it took for the poison to work. He let out a sigh as the young man body went limp and he hit the ground without a sound with Kai help.
Kai couldn't believe that they would place someone like this on guard duty. He shook his head and went back to work. Quickly he went back to the gate and nearly laughed out loud when he saw that there was only one chounin guarding the gate. He quickly climbed up a three to see that the other chounin went to the restroom and by the expression on his face Kai doesn't expect the man to be back soon. He silently climb back down and approach the last chounin. Now wanting to kill anyone today, he silently sneak up behind the man and placed the tip of Kichiro at the man neck, but was caught by surprise when the other chounin, who he thought to have went to the restroom, appeared behind him. He chuckled weakly and raised his hands up into the air. "No trouble." He said and smiled as he look at the chounins.
Both of the chounins looked at him with discuss and took out their own weapon, but before they can fully unsheathe their katanas Kai cut the first chounin on his wrist and smiled went his body went limp and he fell to the ground with a thud. The other guy prepared to jump back but Kai expected that. He bend forward and pierced the guy through the arm. The poison on the tip must have been used up because the guy was still standing. He sighed and moved toward the now whimpering Chounin who is on his kneed. "Now," He whispered into the Chounin ear. "If I twist this handle then you are a goner. So, you want to do this the hard way or what?" The chounin shook his head and Kai smiled brightly before knocking him out. He gently helped the man lied down before pulling out Kichiro and bandaged up his arm. He stood up after he got done with the first aid and faced the gate. Taking in a deep breath he walked pass the gate and into the village. Entering the village took longer than he though.

Name of weapon: Zen and Zio Who owns the weapon: Konaga Riko Where it was found/Who made it: Zen and Zio were twin daggers presented to Riko on her 12th birthday. Forged for her by her own grandfather, he used only the best raw materials he could gather for her at the time. The daggers took 7 days to make and once completed, they were immediatly covered by a thin layer of iron to help strengthen the blade. Afterwards the daggers were sharpened before getting wrapped up hidden within the storage shed until the time came to present the gift to Riko. The Range of the weapon: Close / melee Weakness: Zen and Zio's ability to use the user's chakra as enhancers requires a sufficent amount of chakra to mantain. Meaning that for as long as the chakra enhancement is in play, the user will suffer a -2 chakra point deduction for every post after the first (which requires a D rank activication cost). *Since most shinobi should only be able to have 3 chakra elements, 2/5 will still remain be unavaliable to the user Description: The blade of both daggers are 8.5 inches long and 2.5 inches wide. With the handle being 4 inches long, that makes the dagger 12.5 inches long in total. Made of a special raw material that allows it's weilder to transfer their chakra into the blade, the user is able to enhance the ability/abilities of the blade depending on the chakra infused with the blade. To tell the blades apart, the handles were designed slightly different, Zen's being more soft and elaborate and Zio's being more edgy and sharpe. Fire - Infusing katon element chakra into the dagger(s), will cause the blade(s) to set ablaze increases it's damage range by 1.5cm all round. The power of the fire is depended on its user's current rank so compared to a jounin using this ability, an academy student might only be able to cause minor scorcing while the jounin could cause a first degree burn. Wind - Infusing kaze element chakra into the dagger(s), will cause the blade(s) to sharpen even more, allowing it to produce more clean, and effective cuts (slicing a leaf in half). By infusing the dagger with the kaze element, user is also able to extend the reach of the blade by a maximum of 1 inch. Lightning - Infusing raiton element chakra into the dagger(s), will cause the blade(s) to flicker slightly due to the miniature electrical charges surrounding the blade. Upon contact, the blade release a slight electrical shock. Earth - Infusing doton element chakra into the dagger(s), will cause the blade(s) to strengthen and increase slightly in weight, allowing it to take in more damage and still not break. A dagger against a claymore, the mere weight of the claymore could cause the blade to crack but with this ability activated, the dagger will be able to handle the weight and still not crack. Water - Infusing suiton element chakra into the dagger(s), causes the blade to soften, allowing the user to mold the dagger into a different shape. User can make the blade longer but thinner, shorter but wider, alter the design, etc. If the blade is not molded back to its orignal form before the cancellation of this ability, the blade will remain as it is. Konaga - Infusing the raw chakra of a Konaga into the dagger(s), will cause the blade(s) to be surrounded by a burst of raw chakra with in turn helps to increase the amount of damage caused by the blade. What might have felt like a pat on the side would turn into a full out punch. Rp Sample: (At this point in time, my RPC only knows about the pure raw chakra within her. She has yet to learn about the different elements related to ninja training.) Staring at the beautifully wrapped box in front of her, Riko didn't know what to say. She didn't usually get such elaborate gifts but it seems this time she did. Placing delicate fingers to the side of the box, Riko slowly opened the lid with both hands and broke into a wide grin at what she say. Laying in the center of the box were two twin daggers appearing only different in their handle design. "I heard that you aspire to become a ninja young one, so I crafted these expecially for you. Try adding your chakra to the blade and you'll see something worthwild." Finally allowing herself to avert her gaze from her daggers, Riko smiled happily towards her grandfather. "Oh thank you grandfather, I can't wait to try them out. You know what? I'll go right now." Grabbing the daggers from the box, Riko sprang right up and dashed away from her own party, ignoring the cries of both her parents. Not stopping till she reached a secluded area in the forest at the base of her mountain home, Riko held a dagger in each hand and began to comtempate her grandfather's words. ' He said to infuse my chakra into it...' Never having really trained in something such as this, Riko closed her eyes and allowed her chakra to flowed a bit freely. Pain surged through her as she felt her chakra coursing through her body like an untamable flame. Gripping the handles of her daggers tightly, Riko focused on transferring her chakra into her blades. After a few minutes, Riko suddenly felt her hands shaking and opened her eyes. Riko let out a small gasp at what she say, the blades surrounded by a burst of wild raw chakra, the force being so great that Riko couldn't even properly hold onto her blades. She lost her grip a few seconds later and as the moment the blade left her hands so did the chakra, reverting the blade back to its original form. Dropping to knees, Riko took in several deep breaths as she attempted to calm herself down, the pain still raging around. ' That was intense...I wonder what would happen if I had a target?' Picking up the disgarded dagger, Riko once again attempted to channel her chakra into the blade. Holding on as tightly as she could, Riko felt the raw power surge around her blade as it attempted to lash out and break free. Glacing around and spotting no nearby target, Riko empted for the next best thing, the ground. Turning her hand downward, Riko stabbed the dagger into the ground without considering the consequences of her actions. Upon contact with the ground, their was a small explosion of earth and Riko got thrown back by the mere force of it, letting go of both daggers in the proccess. Lying on her back with her eyes closed, Riko worked to control her laboured breathing as she fought the pain surging through her entire body. ' Guess just suddenly cutting off like that is dangerous. I wonder if this is how a chakra augmentation feels like? Or will it be worst? Probably the later.' After a few minutes of just lying on the ground with her eyes closed, Riko was able to push aside the pain and force herself upward with her arms. Looking at the spot where she stabbed the ground, Riko was surprised to see a decently sized hole. Getting on all fours, Riko crawled over and stared in bewilderment as her deed. ' Wicked.' Knowing that she needed rest, Riko quickly picked up her two blades and dashed towards home.

 Name of weapon: Nodachi: Shira Kosaku (2 hander: White Peacock) Who owns the weapon: Kuza Kalomi Where it was found/Who made it: Found in Red Chakra Forest. (gets it after the Chunin exams) The Range of the weapon: From Hilt to top of the blade is 4 feet, Handle is 1 foot. With holding the blade right below the hilt and fully extend your arms, The range is around 6 feet. Weakness: Requires 2 hands to hold, while holding this katana no jutsu's cept for the weapons jutsus can be used. (even if owner is a support ninja only weapons jutsu's can be used) Description: The Shira Kosaku was forged thousands of years ago by a mighty samurai but was lost in the Red Chakra Forest. Due to the exposure to the red chakra for thousands of years the Katana gained special properties. The Katana was picked up by a traveler around 500 years go, he studied the blade taking note of everything it could do and left it in a scroll attached to the katana. Since the Red chakra had preserved the blade and anything touching the blade the scroll was able to remain fresh. In the scroll lists everything about the katana. Scroll:-When holding the katana in both hands, the user's chakra color becomes red in color. Chakra is still invisible to those who can not view chakra. -Chakra of the holder is converted into Pure Red Chakra, the same chakra that flows through the Red Chakra Forest. This restricts the holder from using jutsu's except for Red Chakra Jutsus. -Pure Red Chakra is natural chakra that is produced by that forest. (Not to be confused with sage mode chakra) The chakra has kept the katana in tiptop shape and repairs any damage done to the blade. If the user is holding the blade, 10 chakra points from the user will repair the blade. If the katana is in the Red Chakra Forest, the forest will repair the blade in 2 posts. -To fully master the katana the Holder must go through training with it. Stance training, Katana training, Red Chakra Training. (only after the first two training exercises are finished may the user work on Red Chakra training.) Chunin- 10 posts of Stance training, 10 posts of Katana training, 10 posts of Red Chakra training. Jounin- 15 posts of Stance training, 15 posts of Katana training, 15 posts of Red Chakra training. Kage- 20 posts of Stance training, 20 posts of Katana training, 20 posts of Red Chakra training. Stance training consists of how to hold the katana, legs movements and other things involving stances. (scroll has everything detailed) Katana training consists of how to use the katana. (scroll has everything detailed) Red Chakra training consists of learning how to tap into the red chakra or if already known how to control it better.
