@Luo: Hey I never underestimate anyone. I think everyone is a extremely good rper. Which is why I try to match and push past that the best I can. =^^=

1)*Hells Hosptial - A abandoned hospital has been sighted to have strange occurences. It was known to have been one a place conducting experiments on shinobi but was cut down by ANBU quickly. Unforunately their actions have become futile as he damage as already been done. Some of the transfigured Shinobi took their hiding from the ANBU ops and after years of solitude have begun to attack near by villagers. ((Or at least something like that. XS))
-Note: Over even better,the hosptial was making medicene that they truly didn't understand the power of. Instead of making chakra/bloodline enhancing drugs that made a mutating genetic drug that was thought to be destroyed. But instead,it was actually disposed of in the water supply in which drained to the village,and....well you can get where I'm going with that.
2) Maybe like rouge Shinobi's are roaming the area;stealing and interfering with trade between villages.Doing it in such a way that the villages would think that their neutral/rival village is the cause of this.
I have a few other's that I could think of but I may need help building it and what not.

1) Almost sounds like Lab 5 from Fullmetal Alchemist. I dunno about the whole "Drugs in the water supply" thing, because what if it came down to having to kill everyone infected? But maybe a lab experiment escaping would be cool, although this sounds like something that would be an everyday thing in Hidden Sound, due to all of Orochimaru's failed experiments.
2) I like the Idea for this one, mainly because it encourages interaction between villages. If the villages started to go to war, then It could be classified as A or even S rank. I'll ask lance about this.

And dont worry, I've seen how you RP, your really good. Definitely better than me, at least blaugh

Yeah Panthers, you're a pretty good RP'er, I've watched your work a bit. It's always a bit bad to underestimate anyone really, but at least you know that.

@Luo-lol that was NOT funny on my part. Im still going with the fact that I was either going to lose my hand or my prized sword!! I chose my hand, since I needed that. And you can blame zane for the dice-roll thing. He pretty much designed my entire weapon. And lol i remember Remorse wasn't so lucky, I hit him like three times with it.
