Kat turned to look at him a moment, her face not giving away what it was she searched for, but she turned back around and started walking, heading out of the Gym. "We'll see." She said simply.

"I called them out. They want a fight, then I'll give them one."
"And you expect to make it out alive?"
"Well..." Samuel shrugged as he made his way back to the gym to change. "That's what I wanted to talk to you about. I had to leave my house, it was too dangerous, and they could figure out any of my friends, and you did tell the team to go to you if we were ever in trouble..." There was a distinct 'hint hint' in his dialogue.
"So the guys you called out are at my doorstep, right?" Jeffery smiled, seeing Kat and some kid up ahead. "We'll talk 'bout it later."

Rook looked over to Kat, forcing a smile.
"Let's get outta here. Maybe grab something to eat and talk this whole thing over. We got things we need to talk about, and I at least want to have some idea of what to do next before we talk to Jarred and Roxanna."

Kat shook her head, "I don't know what there is to talk about Rook." She decided not to mention she was thinking of heading out on her own. Rook attempting to talk her out of it, seemed an obvious.
She glanced up as she saw Jeffery and Sam walking down the hallway. She pretended not to take notice, not wanting to spook Sam again.

"With Crane having been here... They have a list. A whole list of kids they're gonna go after. I aim to get that list from them. Maybe save a whole bunch of kids from the same brainwashing they did to us. And I need you help with that." He replied, running a hand through his hair nervously, "Maybe even Maya, too."

"Sounds like a bold plan, Rook, but I'm not particularly fond of the idea of putting myself right in the line of sight for the keepers. To be of any assistance, that's exactly what I'd have to do." Kat gave the Coach a glare as he passed by, making sure he saw it, before turning in the direction of her last class. "Maya, would probably be of more help."

To be of any assistance, that's exactly what I'd have to do." Kat gave the Coach a glare as he passed by, making sure he saw it, before turning in the direction of her last class. "Maya, would probably be of more help." "I can get into the compound, and out of it, myself. I need someone to play get-away driver, and someone to keep an eye on activity outside for me, and then be able to relay what they see in real time. And you're the closest thing to a psychic I got, Kat. I wouldn't knowingly hand you right over to Lincoln, I hope you'd know that..." He took a deep breath, running another distracted hand through his hair, "But... We need to keep that list from getting to the Council, either by killing Crane while he's taking it there, or by getting it somehow before then. And I need to get Adam out of that place, too. The Keepers are no place to grow up. Especially not with babysitters like Lincoln and Crane."

Ruby St.Claire Kat let out a half laugh, "Get away driver, huh?" She thought about it a moment then gave a short nod. "I suppose we'll have to start setting up a plan then, won't we?" Rook looked to Kat, a small smile on his face. "We have to do it soon. Just because I can sneak in to, and out of, the outpost doesn't mean I want to. I'd like to hit 'em while they're leaving. Knock a few of them out, snatch the kid and the computer they had the list on and run."

Jeffery and Sam talked for a bit, which is me covering all the plot points about Sam convincing Jeffery to let him crash at his place for the night.
