Nitoru nodded once.
"Alright. Leto, you will be taking the twins here with you on a mission to Konoha. Your mission is two fold." The Kage began rummaging in the pile of papers on his desk.

Nitoru pulled the scroll out with the mission, and handed it to Leto.
"Your missions. First off, to make sure that our treaty with Konoha is intact. The second portion, is to find out what villages Konoha is allied with, and bring me back the news. I will make your next mission based off the results of this one. Also, try not to get into any fights if you can avoid them. Airi, Rin, this goes to you as well. No fighting." He spoke sharply to the twins.

Leto took the scroll, scanning it as Nitoru told him the information. "... if you want me to be bored." he said, not liking the no fighting rule. "Since those two are out cold I was wondering if I could train. I would need to borrow Tsukyuusei-ryu Battoujutsu scroll though."

Ronnel looked up.
"That one.. you'd be the first person beside me to even have looked at those. Give me a minute to find it."
He stood up and moved to a small locker beside his desk. He spread some of his blood on the padlock, watching as it clicked open. He opened it and searched through it, moving aside several large bags.
Finally, Nitoru turned back to Leto, a small scroll in his hand.
"Give me your hand Leto. This is a blood sealed scroll, and I need to align it to you as well."

(OH NO! The battery in my mouse is dying...)
Airi and Rin awoke from their slumber, to find themselves healed. "Thank you. And when we return, could you possibly teach me in Medical jutsu?" Airi asked. When she said thank you, it was from the both of them. "When should we depart."
((When the arc starts, Airi and Rin can't be there. My other RPC is in The Valley of the End, taking care of a kid who keeps god modding, and he attacked the Kusakage, attempting to assassinate her, and almost sparking war between Iwagakure and Kusagakure.))

Leto bite his thumb, handing the bleeding finger to Nitoru. "Here you go." He ignored the brats.

Nitoru took the thumb, pressing it to the scroll. He muttered something under his breath that neither of the others could hear.
"Alright. You're aligned now, it will open. Airi, I'll be happy to instruct you in Iryoujutsu. Just make it back safely, and no starting trouble. You're dismissed to go as soon as you are ready."
((Alright, Koi, have your RPCs join Leto once he reaches the gates. Leto, remember to post in the countries between, and through the valley of the end.))

Leto pocketed the scroll. He turned to the brats. "Right. Go get ready, if you don't know what to pack this will be a learning experience for you." he said, forming hand signs as the wind picked up and he vanished in a whirlwind.

Nitoru sighed and sat back down at his desk. He rubbed his eyes tiredly, then looked out the main window at the village.
"Sigh... so much to do...and no one to do it... Ok..." He looked around the office and sighed again.

Nitoru tipped his hat back and sighed.
"Maa....these robes and this hat are uncomfortable.. I see why Sephiroth wasn't hesitant to ditch them... Argh, still need to find him and qualify his status...." The Amekage stood up and moved over to a file bin, rifling through it. He pulled out a small scroll and checked it over.
"Missing nin..we don't have that many...just two that I'm aware of... Missing Nin Ame, my temporary partner who ran before we got any missions, and Missing nin Sephiroth, both family name if Kamisama, Ame wielding paper.....
Sephiroth has not been heard from since his departure, and Ame has set herself up as the Kage of a small village in the Mist region... nah, that'll be the Mizukage's issue, we don't have the manpower to take on Ame right now....ugh." Nitoru sat down in his chair, rubbing his eyes.
"I need to learn the Kage Bunshin when I have time...." He looked up.
"But...when does a Kage have time? Never. Wait.. I have no appointments for several hours.. I may be able to..." He grinned and pulled out a scroll from his desk, leaving the scroll with the names of Ame's two missing nin on a corner of his desk as he strode out to the training fields.

Tasmi Uchiha, The sanin from the Snow village, arrived at the Amekage's tower and watched as he was in the middle of something, but had to finished her mission. "I am Tasmi, from the Snow village and the Yukikage wants an alliance with the Rain village..." She said as she walked through the door.

The clone of Nitoru appeared in a swirl of wind, and blinked at the woman standing within the room. It moved past her warily, then sat down in the seat behind the desk.
"Hmm, an alliance with Yuki... tell me one thing miss. How are Yuki's relations with Konoha at this time?" It steepled its fingers as it sat forward, watching her carefully.

Tasmi watched as Nitoru appeared behind her and noticed something about him, but didn't mind it much. "Yuki's relationship with Konoha is still a great one... We try to aid them when we can... May I also ask for special training in this village as well ?..." She asked, feeling as if she was pushing her luck.
