Michael just sighed and looked away from her. "I do trust you, I just...Look I don't want to spend another restless night wondering if you're going to live to see the next day. I don't want you to have to fight another war, or to even fight another battle. But I can't stop that...You'll always be the Puppet Master and I'll always be your soldier. That is a fate I accepted a long time ago." He sighed deeply and grabbed her hand. "This is our life Banshi. No matter what may come."

Banshi rested her other hand on top of his, letting her trench coat slip off the bench onto the floor. "It is. And Michael, there is a reason I have these scars... I bear them with pride, because I didnt get them because I was about to let anyone take my life away from me." Banshi reached down, grabbing her trench coat and putting it on. Standing up, she looked around at the club and the people there, seeing Mercy was still safe where they had left her. "Michael... Do you want to continue this conversation between the two of us at the cathedrial?" She knew he wanted to, and she decided to let it be his choice... There were more things they needed to talk about, personal, buisness, and planning for Mercy's future... Because Banshi would rather be damned than to have Mercy unprepared and unprotected.

Michael just nodded his head and started out the door without a sound.

Banshi walked over to Mercy, and said, "Mercy, me and Michael will be at the cathedrial if for any reason you need or want us. I would like you to go to Hawk and tell him I have requested he handle your training session for tonight. I promise you will get to speak more with Michael in the near future, however, for now, we need to take care of this first. Be careful, as always, alright?" With that, Banshi gave her a quick hug, payed and tipped the bartender, then headed out the door after Michael.

Mercy gave a slight nod, waving at the bartender as she slid from her seat and pulled her bag on again. " yeah.." she slid her gaze to Michael, openly decideing if he could protect Banshi while he was away, before giving another.. more serious nod. " I'll be in the forests then, just.. dont get into danger without me, yeah?" turning away she left the club, considering what Hawk would have in store for her tonight. no doubt grewling training.. and maybe a pat on the head if she actually managed to mimic his fighting style.

Slowly the sound of a heartbeat filled Quin's ears.. the pulse frantic and laboring. blinking slowly the person in his grasp came into focus, the bartender held against the wall by Quin's hand on his throat.. crushing, so close to crushing.. shaking his head slightly he let the man drop, snatching his hand away as if burned before looking around. the place was trashed.. bodies and broken furniture scattered around the club. he could only feel two living.. the bartender unconscious on the floor, and a waitress hiding behind the torn up Booth in the back. what had happened..? he remembered.. the image of Dayan came back and he flinched, the need to kill riding him again. Dayan was dead.. he had come here, someone had touched him.. and he had snapped. stumbling back he fairly fell against the bar, baring his fanged canines as he fought off the urge to finish the two survivors. why should they live..? Dayan was innocent, yet he died.. what right did they have to life, when Dayan himself didnt?

Gaap's cold, wet hand dropped on Quin's shoulder. "Enough. Your bloodlust need not be wasted on these people." He grabbed two chairs and sat them up at the bar. "Bartender. Two drinks. Make it quick or I'lll finish what he started."

The man scampered to obey, the young woman behind the bar giving a fearful cry at Gaap's words.
Quin struggled to focus, his calm control slowly takeing the bloodlusts place. As the scent of blood and flesh faded he took a seat, rubbing his temple. this was.. right, somehow. this rage, and strength feeling like a basic part of him. he had felt this before.. a long time ago. " The binding has faded.. has it not?" he asked Gaap, studying his drink as he swirled it absently. he knew Gaap was demon.. knew he was a demon lord, just like himself. the wolves had bound Quin's power when he was just a boy, he found it.. odd.. that it was free again.

A jet of water shot into the girl's mouth and froze on impact. muting her but still allowing her to breathe. "These people are such annoyances. To answer your question, yes. You are back to your full power and from what I see, ready to claim your throne." Gaap grabbed is drink and took a long sip before continuing. "It should not be difficult for you to regain your crown. The east has been watching you, waiting for your return. Their current 'leader' however will not be so happy with your unbinding. He will have to be executed, publicly of course. And with a creature of such power like youself it should come easy. But, you are new to this. Mayhap you will need some help?"

" Then why allow them to live." He mused, disturbed to find that really was his view on the matter. humans.. vampires.. there was nothing, no emotional bond. lycans he felt kinship with, if only for his rule of animals. oddly amused at these ramblings to himself he glanced at Gaap.. his eyes shifting until the white areas were black, and his irises lupin yellow. " In return for assistance yourself?"

He nodded and showed Quin the tattoo on his right arm. "I have become weak. Bound to the powerful being who was able to best me. I am forced to be a part of his affairs and stretch my resources thin. So an alliance with the East would be in my benifit. As well as yours. I may be in a weakened state, but the Southern Armies are still quite strong." He looked over at the woman who was still trying to scream and sighed. "This one is annoying me. Would you like to do the honors?"

Standing slowly he watched the girl try to crawl away, closing his eyes as he breathed slowly. at last he gave Gaap a curt nod, rounding the bar and lifting the girl by the nape of her neck. before she had time to struggle he twitched his fingers.. snaping her neck and giving her a painless death. " I will join with you, when the throne is mine the East and the South shall be brother-kingdoms." but first.. his gaze traveled to the bar tender, the man paleing. best to not leave a witness.

Gaap put up his hand to stop him. "Leave the human. Someone has to tell our story. These mortals have gotten cocky. They forget who runs the show around here. Let this, serve as a reminder." On the last line he gestrued out to the wreakage of the club in pride. Carnage of this level always pleased him. He only wished he has been there to enjoy it. "Come now my brother. There is much to be done." He said, opening a gate to the underworld among the ravaged corpses.

With a last, almost promising smirk at the man he turned away.. fallowing Gaap into the portal without a second glance. let him live in fear the rest of his life.. worried that every little noise was a demon comeing for him, if not for Gaap's wisdom.. Quin would have tore the man to shreds.

Xei shifted on her feet, eying the place before her golden gaze. She sighed an pulled up her hood, keeping her eyesight low, wandering towards the door an pulling it open. She winces slightly as the noise bombards her ear drums, slender form giving a slight twitch. She raises her eyes to look for an open seat towards the back which she quickly worked her way to, dress bellowing about her like black smoke. Sliding into the seat she settles in, placing her shin in her hand, looking at the people scatted about, breathing softly, silver tendrils of hair falling about her shoulders in waves.
