Ahh Advanced Dungeons and Dragons... Only ever played one campaine of that version and that was very short too. Sad it was probably my funnest campaine too.
I've mostly played v3.5 and enjoy it. However I have a supreme hate for v4 though the class ideas in the players guide are most interesting. However sense they ruined my favorite spell "Fireball" I can not forgive wizards.
Boy I could rant on and on about the ups and downs of the Wizard's versions of D&D but I won't.

I'm still pissed they got rid of monks. what the bloody hell is a "warlord" anyways xd
Ah well, I guess going unarmed and nearly naked is a bit too reckless in a realistic sense, but its for the people who like to say "******** it" and see what happens.

Thread Update!
A Generic Shop inventory has been created. Future references, if you want to enter a store, announce what kind of store it is and what you wish to buy, if there is a "special offer" I will announce it in the post.
Additionally, I'm raising the party's gold to 2000 even. (Mainly because I'm lazy and don't want to go looking back through the posts at each time the group got gold lol.)
The current gold will be listed on the first page of the OOC as well.

Warlord = Warrior/Cleric who doesn't have healing spells....

Which pretty much makes that class useless.
The most interesting class in v4 I'd have to say is that chaotic Demigod Class.. I can't remember the name something prankster... I was very interested in it.

Pssst, Kaiten, time fast-forwarded a bit to progress the caravan travel up to the attack, about 7 or so hours passed, so I think you and Tjaden finished your conversation by that point XD

RAWR back from camping for Labor day... took a while but anyways. I missed 2 days and there were 2 and a half new pages lol. Was good reading though. Glad to see the spots were filled by active ppl.
@Kai Karasurei Thanks for the explanation. DnD has been something I've wanted to do but i never knew how to start. Now it seems I'll stick the the RP's lol.

This is actually alot like D&D. The DM does most of the work really so its actually very fun. The most tedious part of the entire thing is makeing charactors really. Takes FOREVER, especally in v3.5

yeah, that link I sent you zero is sort of a rip of 3.5 AD&D general reference.
Dispositions, bloodlines, previous history, advanced history, alignment, training, preferred traits, preferred talents...uuuugh. Fun to make a character, but then it just gets overkill to play.
And if you want overbearingly complex look at a Shadowrun 4.0 RP book... I DLed one out of curiousity and its 350+ pages.
On an RP related note...I think Prometheus is slightly glad the grove is not set aflame...even though it would automatically deal with all of the archers wink

Laren is also happy to see the forest safe, if only so she can wipe out the archers herself.
