Neck: As if a black and neon green vertical stripped collar was to be warn his neck should only have the neon green stripes visible. So it's like it was painted on but only choice stripes were there? If that makes sense. *see main ref*
Font Legs: His right leg should have a neon green horizontal stripe pattern going from his foot to about his knee and the green color should fade after a while. That foot should be white. His left leg should have a skeleton arm/claw pattern on it. I dont know if I should have that fade as well? I dunno. You can decide how to end the pattern.
Hind Legs: See ref. XD I dont know how to explain it.
Eyes: His left should be neon green and his right yellow. The white parts of his eyes should be black if allowed. Over his yellow eye is an explanation point "!" just no little dot at the bottom. XD *best way to describe it* Over his green eye on the pattern in my main ref. Feel free to change it up a bit because I dont know if it would look right and I can never decide what I want there in form of design. XD
Ears: Um.. black ears with one inside being yellow and the other green.

Description: He is mainly black, but the underside of his tail is a dark, royal purple. His hooves are a light yellow and his lower legs are a even lighter yellow that goes up to fade at about his knees. His eyes and horns are light yellow like his hooves. He has a curved comet’s tail making that's the same color as his eyes and hooves behind each eye. Both the markings behind his eyes and his lower legs are practically glowing.

Description: Feel free to mess around with it- nothing's set in stone. Just have fun with him! And I like surprises SO GO CRAZY!
•A fluffy, plush, otter tail. The tail would have kukui necklaces wrapped around it.
•Messy, tapered blond (blond can have different shades and gradients from a dark honey blonde to a light-dirty blonde or even to white) mop top mane with faux hawk and bangs all in his face all surfer-punk-y like along with one braid trailing from behind his ear: an Ela adolescent male's mane length but styled surfer-y? Toward the end of the mane it would be pulled together and braided or clasped together. He'd have tapered side burns of blond.
•A big leather buckle collar around his neck with a honu shaped 'dog tag'. Two silver clasps on each ear, leather wrappings on each front paw, metal cuffs or thick metal bracelets on each back paw and a silver stud piercing on his chin.
•Goofy expression- stoned, confused, clueless along with having long, thick saber fangs protruding down from the upper jaws. Ears are slightly pointed.
•Face design/masking around the eyes like Jahka's- toes, maw, under belly and chest all one color separate from the base color. Basically its all up to you- I just ask for a surf-ocean-tropical feel or how you imagine the surfer stereotype to be like. Just surprise me~ Any design or markings you come up with will be awesome!
•Detached dragon-like wings (head and feet wings maybe) with bubbles and a little roughed up at the ends of the membrane with holes and such.

• Fluuuufy! Wolf-like tail along with wolfish ears
•Messy style of mane and maybe a ridge back of hair/mane and tapered chin fur like a beard (if male). Fluffy chest fur like the Goddess of Winter (if female)
•One blue eye, one yellow eye
•Wings like the Fallen Wish Dragon along with head wings or maybe some sweet feather wings with a wing on each front paw. Its up to you~
•A meek or sad expression, a bit forlorn. Ears pinned back maybe?
•For the body base/design its really up to you- I just ask for twilight sky colors and rusty gold-bronze scale masking around the eyes and down the nose. Separate markings around the maw and other separate/natural separation of colors.. Just do yo’ thaaaang ;3 Any designs/markings are up to your creativity!
• A halo above the head although with some tape on it like it was broken but put back together that would be awesome! Around the neck is a large leather buckle collar with a bronze-rusty diamond shaped dog tag attached to it. Some gold rusty-bronze clasps on the ears and a bit metal clasp around the tail. Lastly would be a large rope necklace that hangs below the collar- attached is a glass bottle with a cork that has a shining star in it (like the Fallen wish pose). Feel free to put whatever else on you want!
