Clone Yami That is all they have changed. We can't have another GiB guild. How long is this going to take. Patience. I just got word back from them. Ente Lotus The Iron Magus Dear Ente Lotus, I noticed that you have created a GiB guild named "Origin Cell." You might not be aware, but there is already an official GiB Guild. We have existed since October 2006, the day the Zurg Halloween event started. I would ask that you please stop identifying your guild as GiB in your forum names, you banner, your id cards, etc. Sincerely, The Iron Magus, Founder of GiB. To The founder of the original GiB Yes we already had previously noticed your xistence which is why we changed it to origin cell to create a different guild. We havent had the time to remove th ebanner and change the forums yet, but be sure that we will. We thank you for handling the situation maturely and sensibly. Sincerely Ente Lotus We'll keep an eye on them, but he seems very reasonable. For now, let's assume they'll do as he says. Arguably, removing the tag was the most important step. Now we're once again the only guild that shows up when you search for GiB.

I just read through their guild and they are making the changes but one post the leader put pissed me off a lot. Ente Lotus unfortunately there IS a GIB (not as awesome as our idea for gib i might add XD) but there is one that has beenn around for awhile and they didnt seem to take kindly to it. so we continue on Jonnys original dream. WHICH IS AWESOMER, or we cud for our own littl efun continue our own GIB. They think they are better then us.

Yes, yes, everyone thinks their GiB is better than ours. >.<
Anyway, they're changing it, so... no worries, I guess. Unless they, uh, continue their own GiB for their own little fun. But it looks like they won't. XP

at least when zOMG Elite did it, they knew they were just cosplaying (and if they didn't, I made sure to tell them). There was even a link to this guild in the planning thread.

Jesus, you should NOT take it upon yourself to do ANYTHING like that without even BRINGING IT UP IN THE GUILD. I agree. If anyone had done it, it should have been Section 3, for obvious reasons. But still, it's not a good idea. When actions for the guild's status are taken, the guild needs to be in on it before it happens. That way, everyone has input on the subject before it takes effect, or before it even comes up. Let's just hope they ignore it. If they ignore it, we have nothing to worry about. Or... Do we?

Only one person in the former look-a-like guild has kept their first Id. I did a mini check up and they have changed everything involving GiB.
