Chrono laughed. "I've been fine, I guess.....those were the good days, huh?"

Jay's eyes got bigger as the Hyper Beam destroyed his Boomerang and getting closer and closer to him and the Primeape. "Holy Shi~" yelled Jay As it's hit him and the Primeape, they both pass out form the attack. They was both laying on the ground out cold and not moving one bit. Jay slowly started to wake up as he head Selena yelling for helped."Uh.... W-what's happened?... D-Did we win?" said Jay looking up at Selena.

Sitting down, Shayla put up a small plant fortress around herself. She focused on the sound of things hitting the ground, trying to determine what was happening-and where Ben was. She heard hooves coming towards the river, and she prayed that they wouldn't come any closer.

Ben was leading Shayla's Rapidash with her Leafeon sitting on its back, toward the direction he last saw her Pidgeot.
"Shay, if you're going to do something stupid I swear," He murmurs, and looks at her Leafeon. It cocks its head to the side, mewing a question.
"Ninian, my dear friend, could you try to find Shayla for us? She's in her Pokemon form, so you shouldn't have too much of a problem," He asks, and the Leafeon leaps down once the two Rapidash came to a halt. She lands lightly, and then goes over to a tree, touching it with her paw. Focusing, her silence meant everything.

Shayla gasps when she heard the hooves stop and the light paws hit the ground.
"Ben, no..." She whines softly under her breath.

"But mom, how did they slip the pendant to you in the first place?" Kerelons asked in a rather confused manner.

"The Void Soldiers must have planted it on your father's body, knowing that Ralto and Selena would have returned for him so we could bury him" Felicia admitted. "Chrono, I don't want to fight right now. I just want to relocate to somewhere safer. After all, what point would there be in fighting them? They'd just run away when they're weakened, rest up and return to fight again. It's pointless.

"Zaldin, you have to learn when to pick your battles" Felicia explained to him. "It's the only way to actually survive in this world nowadays. It's all about brains, not brawn."

"Actually mom, it's a mix of brains and brawn. On occasion, brawn can be better than brains" Kerelon corrected. "You still have to use your brain to figure out the best time to use brawn. That's how I've always lived, and it's also how I defended that castle keep using nothing more than my Pokemon and myself."

Dark Frost laughed.

[Rufus Meiammeleiah: Lair of Mirrors]

The Lair of Mirrors had been all so quiet in the past few hours. Rufus had been watching. Shelder had been able to show him everything that had happened in the battle. After all, he was one of the Void Soldiers and as he was, he always had this thing for mirrors. He always looked at them as if he saw the world through the eyes of his reflection - thus, the mystery of his lair revealed. Nevertheless, Rufus had a smile upon this face as of this moment. He was sitting on his throne, looking at the perfectly circular mirror of ice that Garnet was holding.

"Poor little things," he said. "But, ugly people do deserve what's in store for them. Am I right, my Ivory?" he asked as his hand ran through the head of his ivory white dewgong. It had been sleeping beside him for a while now.

"Then," he said, as he gazed closer into the mirror, "That girl right there," uttered as his eyes locked in on the projection of Selena's image on the mirror of Ice, "She's a nuisance. Hmmmph! She gives a bad name to the word 'beautiful'. I'm starting to dislike her, even though she's got that mask over her face," he said, the blue of his eyes turning serpentine, sharp as if he were ready to kill.

"No matter," he said gleefully. Rufus snapped his fingers and at once. Three shadows had appeared before him. One was huge tall who was apparently on the left most part. Opposite this was a smaller shadow, but the one shadow who presented himself closer to Rufus seemed to be the leader of the trio.

"Three of you!" he shouted at them - the shadows did not speak, "Forget that boy. I have something better in mind," he said. He twirled his hands, and his Cloyster had turned around, showing the shadows the images projected in that disc of ice. "You see now, before you, is a person named Aigul Silverfeather," he said, describing the person on the screen who seemed to be busy with a lot of people in town. "We have suspicion that this person right here is one of the hiding legendaries. Since you three have brought me my Articuno and my Suicune," he continued as he referred to the dark abyss inside the lair, "I believe you won't be any difficulty with this one,"

"Why?" asked the one who seemed to be the leader.

By that time, Rufus had exploded in a roar of laughter. He stood up, his eyes as sharp as ever, his pale skin remaining as such, as he was that cold. "Come on, my dear Sleet! Isn't it obvious?"

"I think he's refering to Lugia, the ruler and guardian of the sea," said a woman's voice. It came from the other smaller shadow.

"Good grief, Snow! You hit the Rotom on the head, didn't you?" said Rufus.

And Snow had replied with a loud grunt.

"We'll get him, Rufus. There's three of us and only one of him. It's going to be a piece of cake," said the taller and much bigger one.

"Oh shut up, Hail!" snarled Snow, who had apparently begun sassing at him again. The giant had eventually sealed his lips in an apology.

"Well, somehow, I don't find it surprising why Hail is afraid of you, Snow. You have such a lovely face and a lovely name," uttered Rufus who seemed to be getting back to his seat, and back to petting his over pampered Dewgong, Ivory. Yet again, Snow had replied with an even louder grunt.

"Snow," said Sleet, who seemed to be looking at her straight in the eye at the moment.

"Don't look at me like that, Sleet. We all know, I own you," she said.

"Whatever, sour cone," said Sleet.

"What did you just call me?" she argued back.

"Hmmph, I don't want to argue with little miss Shuppet any longer," he snaped.

"So I'm little miss Shuppet now!? We'll see about that when my Cleaver chops your little miss fu-"

"SILENCE FOOLS!!" yelled Rufus. His voice pretty much echoed through all parts of the cave as it shook for a few moments. Cloyster had droped the ice disc in terror, and had retreated back into its shell. Rufus had an angry look over his face, suggesting absolute command over the three who had apparently bowed down before his presence as he stood tall.

"Bring Aigul Silverfeather back here and I want him ALIVE," he said - emphasis on the word alive, "My sources tell me he's in the city of Alto and since you do not have Pokemon that can fly you there, I suggest you don't rush. The ones who did ended up skewered and barbequed in the most unpleasant way you can imagine," he said further, sighing in disgust. He sat back down into his icy throne.

In chorus, the three had replied, "Roger," and they proceeded out of the cave with snow lagging behind as she bent down to pick up what was in an enourmous bag in one hand and placed it over her shoulder. "Oh! And, Snow?"

Snow took a moment to look back, her pure white eyes sharply gazing into Rufus' blue ones. "If you happen to come across a girl with extra long and beautiful blond hair who has an Empoleon she calles King," he paused, looking sharply into her eyes to stress a very important point. "Do try to blow her up? She's definitely ruining my image," he said blatantly.

"You have to pay me more than what you're paying them, you brat," she sassed at him.

"Ah!" he uttered, "But of course," he said, a sinister smile etched on his face.

With that, Snow had left the Lair, and once again, before the three shadows had arrived, the cave was left to Rufus and the silence that had always occupied it.


[Selena Flacid: Alto Limits]

Jester had done a great job sealing up the wound. Having put the bandage own, a weak orb of a forming Ice beam had done the act of the Cold Compress that was supposed to clot the blod a bit faster, having taken the excessive energy that the cells would be producing. In her hand, she held the arrow that had punctured the guy, named Vincent's, chest. With a hand, she broke it in two and threw it aside. Now, Selena and the other two, plus, Vincent's Pokemon had gathered around him. She held him onto her lap and said, "You're going to be fine, Vincent. We'll carry you to town,"

Then, she looked at the fainted Primape. She was unsure whether it had survived, but chances are, the Primape would probably be dead. "Queen!" she called out. Somewhere nearby, a small pink Luvdisc that wore something like a ring over its head had appeared, "Queen!" she called again. The Luvdisc had sped up, fast. It was a blur of pink that had treaded through the fields - distance between the tree she had used as a hiding spot before all of this had started. "Check the Primape. If he's still alive, I want you to use Water Gun on it so it could come to its senses. If not, leave it there," she said coldly.

The Luvdisc followed without doubt. Selena, even though she was thankful that nobody else was hurt, was bitter by the fact that the boy who owned the Primape had interrupted her attack. If it weren't for that boy, the battle would've ended up early without Primape having the slightest of injuries. Little punk deserves to suffer a loss. He doesn't know the difference, she thought to herself as she shot a killer look at him. "Kid," she said to him, "If your Primape's dead then we'll leave him here. If you chose to die along with him, I suggest you stay put and think about whose fault it is why your so called 'Big Brother" is in that situation," she snapped at him. He lay down Vincent on the ground knowing that he couldn't move. He then turned to Lati, whom she heard had introduced himself beforehand.

"Lati, can you and your Pokemon carry Vincent's sword?" she asked, standing up.

[Aigul Silverfeather: Alto Market]

Aigul was happily buying foodstuffs for their travel across the ocean. He had gone passed the apple stand and had bough a sack full of apples, which unfortunately, Staryu had to carry. He also went and bought a few modern potions((Of this Time in the Setting)), as well as a few of Lapras' favorite Giant Oran Berries, which sadly as well, Staryu had to carry. The weight of the things that Aigul had bought almost toppled Staryu over. If, by any chance, Staryu was not levitating, it would've not been able to get up.

"Mr. Staryu?" asked Aigul as he looked at it.

[I-I-I-am-al-right! YEAH!] said Staryu, who was obviously being tortured by the weight of the groceries. [A-a-any-ny-thing-for-you, Master-Lugia!] it said - of course, nobody who was around would be able to understand Pokemon Speech than him. Aigul, was of course, Lugia.

"Oh, Mr. Staryu," he said, groaning out of pity. Aigul's hand moved to his pocket where it had grabbed something solid. He got out the hand, and it held something that shone in majestic blue as he held it. It was some kind of stone, glowing and resonating with power. It was bigger than Aigul's hand, so he was not able to fully conceal what the stone was. "Here," he said, as he moved the stone closer to Staryu, it was a Water Stone.

With the Water Stone present, it was obviously resonating with Staryu's presence and Power. Staryu, then in the middle of the crowd, surged with electricity as it's central gem glowed a bright red. Soon, it's body began to shine a brilliant white - brighter than the sun. Staryu was evolving as a few edges in that white shadow started to add itself to Staryu as its limbs. The sacks of groceries fell to the ground as new edges began to solidify themselves around Staryu. In a few seconds, the light had dimished, revealing a most surprising kind of Evolution. The watchful crowd had been left in awe, while Aigul himself attempted to pick up the sacks. Staryu had finished evolving - it was now a Starmie.

"Well, well, Mr. Staryu. Or shoud I say, Starmie?" uttered Aigul who was standing up from picking up the groceries.

[Yes, Master Lugia. You may call me whatever name you prefer,] said Starmie.

"Fine then, Starmie, my friend. Let us get back to the Harbor and have ourselves a nice supper, shall we?"

[Of course,] said Starmie.

As Staryu had evolved into Starmie, it had gained far more strength and abilities than from before. It was now a half Psychic type Pokemon and with its Psychic, Starmie had levitated the bags of groceries out of Aigul's hands and carried it all the way back to the Harbor. Under his breath, he muttered, Congratulations, my friend. My gift to you, as the smile on his face seemed to never fade away.

((Make sure that you've read Rufus Meiammeleiah's part. It's really important since Rufus is hunting down the Legendaries as we speak, and has already gotten two - Articuno and Suicune, who are both Ice Types. Also...

@Darkfox: I also wanted to get permission for creating three new major badies who work under Rufus. They were already indicated in the post, I was wondering if I could have their profiles pasted on the profile thread as well. PMing you the details...))

"But if we run, won't they keep chasing us? It's almost a waste." Chrono sighed and reluctantly spiraled back into human form. "I say we fight and get it over with so we can relax for a bit,"


Mikhail was a little scared at how Richard destroyed the rock with a flaming fist. Blaze sniffed him again, unsure of what to think now.
The boy hesitantly nodded. "Yes sir, I'll take care of them," he said shyly with a step backwards.
