((Well, I would say Sylveria would have entered, but since this is a time skip of sorts we'll say that she's already been here.))
A beautiful redheaded woman in a white office shirt, a black skirt, and black high heels greeted the new arrivals, and she blinked. "Agent Barton, Agent Barnes?" she asked. "Where the Hell have you been?"
Sandra Roberts shook her head. "It doesn't matter. Ni-- Director Fury's taking a rest, and I'm SHIELD's new Deputy Director. Needless to say, I'm trying to get everything up and running, but with so many agents scattered about..."
She sighed. "What have you both been up to?" she asked the two veteran heroes.

Clint's jaw dropped a bit as the stunning redhead advanced towards the duo. His eyes were glued to Sylveria as she spoke, it was well known that Clint had a soft spot for redheads. His track record with Black Widow proved that point enough. During this time, Clint day dreamed, he missed almost every word Sylveria said. Thankfully James had more control.
At the question, Clint froze up for a moment, letting a silence settling in for a moment. James quickly covered for Clint as he spoke up first, "After...what ever happened to Earth, I woke up in the middle of nowhere. I meet up with the Captain and we headed into Keystone city. We were attacked by some sort of monster but we were able to put him down. After that we split up and went our separate ways. I ended up here and I haven't heard from Cap since".
Clint shook his head and snapped to as he spoke, "I've been busy in New York. Doing some underground work to see if anybody had a clue what was going on and what's happening. Though I found nothing, I was able to put an end to a few criminal activities and was even able to bring a few gangs down as well. I'm sorry Miss, but what did you say your name was?"

Sandra grinned. "Nearly thirty years in this business and I'd think I'd make more of an impression on an Avenger with a fondness for redheads," she said. "Sandra Roberts. And before you ask..." she held up her left hand, on which there was a wedding ring. "I'm married and have a son. Incidentally Agent Barnes, my son is probably Captain America's biggest fan. He always wished he had been in your position, when you and Rogers worked together," she said to Bucky with a smile.
"Now," she said, turning away and strutting down the hall, "follow me. What's this you said about a monster, Agent Barnes?"

Clint's jaw and heart seemed to break simultaneously, his jaw from shock that this beauty had just answered every question he had in a second, without him even asking them. His heart from the fact that she was married and had a kid. If Clint was alone he would of had at least shed a tear but being in public he swallowed his pain and actually paid attention to what she was saying.
James smiled to himself as Sandra managed to shoot Clint down in at least 3 different ways. "It was an honor fighting beside one of America's greatest hero. Hopefully once we get this world back to a somewhat peaceful state, your son will be able to meet the Captain. I know it would be my pleasure to meet America's future hero.", saying the last part, James remembered being Bucky and working side by side with Steve. Back then Steve was his idol, friend, mentor, and part of him even wanted to say a father figure.
The trio began walking down the massive hallway as James began recalling the events, "The Cap and I were in Keystone when a monstrous being came upon us. He wielded some strange ring that released energy. The Cap and I alone couldn't put him down but with Thor we were able to get him off his feet. After Thor departed battling some even stranger being, the monster rose back to his feet and took off. The Cap and I tried to follow the beast but he was too fast. After that we went our separate ways and you can guess the rest."

§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲ "One can only presume that the Captain and Thor did all the work, right James?" The voice seemed to come from nowhere just as a form emerged from the shadows. The black seemed to evaporate and unveal the form of another SHIELD agent, Ghost Op agent, mind you right in front of the oncoming trio. An orange jacked adorned his frame with a pair of leather pants around his waist. Two blades in their sheathes were on his belt with two pistols placed in front of them in their respective holsters. Black hair covered his head but silver eyes glared out from his face. Meet Alexander "Alexi" Stark Romanov, SHIELD Ghost Op Agent.
"Everything's destroyed...wonderful." Alexi muttered, himself leaning slightly. His Shadow Travel had put some wear upon him but he would be up and ready in a couple of minutes. His eyes remained narrow as he looked around. "I'm gone on a single mission and everything goes to hell...good work everyone." His hands went to his sword handles, "Care to reiterate what happened or rather, what is going on?" He leaned on the hallway wall...thinking. ▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§

"That mission of yours must have taken weeks, as SHIELD's been like this for a while, and I'd advise you to watch your tone around me," Sandra said to Alexi. "Now, all three of you-- follow me to the debriefing room," she continued briskly, walking past Alexi without a second glance toward the very room in which Nick Fury had named her Deputy Director.

"A team succeed and fails as one. Then again you wouldn't know anything about team work", James said as he glared at Alex. James knew these arrogant SHIELD agents. They came a dime a dozen but James never let them get to him. He always just shook it off and kept going. He did this again as he followed Sandra to the debriefing room.
"Tell your mom, if she wants a real man again, she has my number", Clint said giving his classic smile and wink along with it, as he moved past Alex, moving along with Sandra and James.

Reasons beyond them or myself. And that is that. Also, if it wouldn't be a bother, I'd like a full detail of this...monster." He was about to turn when Clint made a...comment. In an instant, a single blade appeared, not aimed at someone but...the intent was there. "I haven't seen my mother...in a while..." He said chill like, "Shutup." He glared at Clint before relaxing entirely. With a sigh, he began to walk behind her but quietly, not even making the slightest sound. He looked down at himself but shrugged, walking briskly forward as they all entered the debriefing room. Meh...not that telling them what the mission was would matter. His hands remained on his blades as he kept his pace, finally entering the room and returning to leaning once more...ready for debriefing. ▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§

Sandra led the three into the debriefing room. "Okay now... where to begin?" she asked herself aloud. "I guess I'll start with SHIELD's condition. The Helicarrier was smashed by the Hulk-- don't ask me why, I have no idea-- and so Colonel Fury relocated here. Until I arrived, he couldn't even get the power on, and right now he's having a well-deserved rest. I'm trying to find as many agents as possible. Right now, you three are a Godsend, or would be if I believed in him.
"Now," she continued, "onto other matters..."
Sandra spent a while debriefing the three on the Black Lanterns, the plans of Nekron, and just how <********> the Earth was at the moment due to the disappearance of many heroes from either universe.

Clint didn't even flinch as Alex drew his sword, he just kept moving thinking 'yeah whatever'. When they entered the debriefing room James and Clint took seats on opposite sides of the table. James sat up right, with his eyes on Sandra. Clint on the other hand, slouched in his chair, with his feet up on the table. The two listened closely, taking in everything that was being said.

In fact, he completely disregarded what had been said to him just five minutes prior by Clint and James...instead, his eyes remained closed as he listened in...learning what he had to do and what to take care of. ▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§

"Now, onto your missions," Sandra said, placing her hands on the debriefing table and leaning forward.
"Agent Barton, I want you to go to Gotham City, which is here--" She pulled up a computer tablet with a holographic interface, and showed him Gotham's location. "I've detected the presence of Doctor Doom and several other beings gathered in one place, called the 'Iceberg Lounge' and I'd like you to investigate. Do not go in your hero attire.
"Agent Barnes, I'd like you to go to the Avengers Mansion here in New York, see if you can't find any others," she continued. "Agent Romanov, I'd like you to go to Xavier's Institute and attempt to get information from the X-Men on a black-ops group that they attacked on Long Island hours ago. Am I understood?"
