Its called Cultural Rivalry and its been going on in Africa before the land was even discovered!
I will not deny however that condoms are protective BUT NOT 90% of the time. Its way less than that because the company that makes them cannot check every single condom that they produce and ship off in packs just to make sure a single sperm thats the size of a micro organism can get through. Condoms are usually made of latex or polyurethane. Polyurethane condoms are made of a type of plastic. They are thinner than the latex condom thus are more delicate to work with. Weather a condom is Latex or Polyurethane simply removing them from the pack can make a microscopic hole in the product thats unoticeable but big enough for even a single sperm to slither through.
As for Africa, the spread of STDs and rape, the problem is that they don't use condoms. People like those in this guild go around Africa saying condoms areuseless and abstinance works. They say companies put the virus in condoms or they poke holes in them to give people AIDS so they buy more condoms. So most of Africa has unprotected sex. Now do you know what the biggest problem is with these condom dissmising demagogues? Their cure for AIDS is raping a virgin without a condom. That is why AIDS in an epidemic in Africa. Not because condoms don't work, but because no one ******** uses them.

Well, maybe in america, but here in germany we have strict laws so that every single condom HAS to be tested. And many make tests far above the guidelines.

All truth be told, its incredible how 1st world countries tend to have less children, education and child birth seems to be in direct influence, with the US being the only oitright exception.
