Background/Personality:
Maharet is a big bundle of nerves most of the time. Neve told her children about their grandmother to warn them into being cautious when they ventured out into the world on their own and unfortunately her daughter took it to the extreme and is terrified of running into her grandmother or any Soquili that looks remotely Kalona-like.
She is even slightly afraid of her own brother Belial because of his Kalona wings! She is attached to her mother and father, doesn't stray far from the family home lands and would be a strong fixture in any of her sibling's lives that also stayed in their birthplace.

Maharet does like meeting people if they can get past her first reactions of hiding behind her wings in fright, and does get on with Soquili easily if they don't look anything Kalona-like.

Friends

Ethan & Cricket: Maharet met this friendly pair whilst she was out doing some tentative exploring. Cricket was easy for her to get on with right away as she is a grounded mare, but Ethan's appearance got in the way at first as he looks quite Kalonish. She soon got to know him, and hopes to see both of them again one day.

Enemies

Izusa: Maharet has always been afraid of her Kalona grandmother but until recently had been lucky enough not to meet her. Unfortunately one day she did, and Izusa attacked her (which led to her meeting her mate Jonquil so there was a good thing to come out of it). Maharet hopes she will never again meet her half-crazed grandmother.
