"All right. If we don't find anybody I suppose we could just try doing it ourselves," Avi suggested. "I'm not sure how that will work out though..." Avalon followed Kenya as she led them to the medical tent. It didn't take long for them to find the enormous tent. There were still long lines of the wounded waiting to be treated.

"The battle was worse than I thought..." Avi whispered to herself.

"Still no end of this pain in sight," Kenya murmured, more to herself than her companion. But now that she thought about it, this suffering was probably eternal. No one here that lived through this was going to forget it, especially if they lost loved ones. She sighed. Everyone was so busy, she wondered if the general would really have time for them.

A shadow overhead caught her attention, causing her to look up as a pegasus knight circled above them. They stayed in the air a few moments before gliding down not far away. The woman's face looked worn and troubled as she looked around. She actually looked to be trembling, and not from exaustion that Kenya could tell. Her armor bore a special crest; that of the palace guard. The young shaman winced. If one of them was hear, it could only mean bad news.
