House watched her with interest, he certainly enjoyed the shirts that she chose to wear. He smirked slightly, looking up to her eyes, "Well what's the fun of being nice?" He tilted his head and lifted an eyebrow, "I mean honestly are you going to take away the little pleasures I still have in life." He gave her his patented puppy-dog eyes. He knew that it didn't work as well on Cuddy as it did on Wilson but it was worth a shot. "Plus, you know its fun to watch them squirm, didn't you play God with ants when you were a kid? You know, holding the magnifying glass and deciding who lived and died, its kinda like that."

Cuddy scowled before he had the decency to look into her eyes. Though the look was still in her eyes when he looked at her, the stare of disappointment mixed with anger. Her hands were now placed on her hips, letting him defend himself before she sent him up the river. As he gave her the soulful eyes, all she could do was smirk and chuckle, did he believe that would work on her? Even Wilson barely gave in, but he fell victim not too long into it, but he would be frustrated. For her, it never worked; she was just normally easy on House. In the end, she always took his side and defended him, even if she thought he was wrong.
“Please House…you should really depend less on those eyes. They may be cute, but you trust them too much.” she replied.
With a sigh she walked to her desk, unsure why she let House off so easily. In all actuality, he was supposed to do clinic duty, but it had become a punishment over the years. She took a seat in her chair and looked at House, hating how she found herself slightly attracted to his…”charm”. It was a misfortune that the handsome doctor was the one that gave her the most problems. Her body leaned back, pushing the chair in a more tilted position.
“You should know what’s coming. I want three hours of clinic duty before you leave today. And don’t worry, I will be checking.” she ordered.
It was not as if House had any special cases she needed him to see, so this should keep him from overdosing from boredom. In a way she was doing him a favor, at least that was how she saw it. Of course House would see thing in a different light, but she did not care what he thought. She would be irresponsible if she allowed him to go free after abusing a fellow employee

He sneered at her after her sentencing. He hated dealing with people, not to mention the boring diagnoses. He couldn't stand social contact with the masses of idiots that came to this hospital. His blue eyes clouded over with annoyance. He knew that she was only do her job but he couldn't help but get angry about these situations. "Fine, fair enough." He said through gritted teeth, he turned on his heel to head off to deal with the masses. He had guessed that Cuddy was done with passing her verdict, so he might as well get started with the idiots.

Chase gave Wilson a nervous smile accompanied by a nod; "That's alright, it's just... I expected you to tell me to piss off or something alike... " he was grinning and blushing now. Being asked on a date when you expected rejection was more awkward than he imagined it to be... Not like he actually ever expected it to happen, but still.
Chase felt new, somehow. Wanted. Amazing how a clumsy date invitation could set in motion so many feelings. He was unsure of what to do... He wanted to sit here and just be with James.. No... Wilson... but at the other hand he also wanted to go back to his daily business and wait for the date in anticipation, no matter when it was.
