If that doesn't work, try doing Ctrl+Alt+Del and flip to the tab that says Processes. If you don't know what it is (ex. winampa.exe is pretty self-explanatory, but csrss.exe isn't), just google the file name. If it brings up something that people are complaining about, click on it, end process and run a search for it on your computer and delete it. 3nodding
Edit: If you do find it, make sure to Run -> Regedit and do a search there too. Delete all the files there that have that specific file name from your registry so it doesn't come back.

Hey, does anyone know if you let something in the marketplace end that has bids, does it automatically accept the highest bid or do you have to accept the bid for anyone to win it? I usually just do the buy now option, that's why I ask..

Monday I get my certificates and my job placement and then in 3 months I get my NY State Security License.

I'm pretty sure it accepts the highest bid, right? That's why people cancel their auctions before the time is up so the item won't be sold too low.
